" Babe!" Mark tapped my shoulder.

" Hum?" I looked up.

" Miss, are you sleeping in my class?" Ms. Anne said

" I'm sorry..." I scratched the back of my head.

- After school-

" Hun, are you ok?" Mark puts his arm around me.

" Yeah, I'm fine..." I said and put my head on his chest.

" Wanna come over today?" He asked.

" I'm too tired and the exam is coming up gotta study!" I said, patted is back and walk in front.

" Ok..." I feel bad that I don't have enough time with Mark but he gotta understand I'm going through tough times right now. Ever since my parents divorced, my dad never call back to check on us, my mom just spends all her time working, she usually comes home when I'm asleep.

I got a part-time job at a store near my house, it was pretty nice I mean I don't have anything to do at home anyway! Even though our family is decent, not too rich, not too poor, I still wanna work because I can just kill time while I'm there.

" Going to work today?" Mark asked.

" Yeah! Actually wanna come with me to work?" I hold his hand.

" Sure but only 20 minutes!" He said and kissed me on the cheek.

- At home-

I dropped my bag and hop on the bed right when I get home. I took out my phone and go on Instagram for a bit.

I got up and grab my work uniform. I headed to the bathroom to take a shower.

The water was warm and refreshing I just wanna stay in there forever. The cold floor hit my feet makes me shivered. I wrap myself in my towel and applies my lotion. I get changed, grab all my stuff and head out the door.

- At work-

" Oh, you're here!" Alex one of the co-worker there said.

" Yeah so...What stand I'm I gonna take today?" I asked. A hair tie between my teeth, I quickly create a messy bun and fixed my uniform.

" Oh, isle 8!" She said pointing and the cashier spot.

"Thanks!" I said and walk over to the spot.

* Ding *

" Oh hey, Mark!" Mark enters the store.

" Hey!" He came in and sit next to me.

" Are you going somewhere? Why are you all dressed up?" asked.

" Yeah as I said in 20 min I have to go cause...Brian throw a party at his house today!" He said.

" Oh..." I awkwardly smile.

Just to let you know I've had a couple of boyfriends before Mark and one of them is Brian, I caught him cheating on me at prom with my best friend, used to be I guess! We broke up after that incident, Mark is his best friend, he treats me way better, but again I feel like our relationship is more like a friendship. Many months after dating Mark, Brian began to hit on me again, duh I said no cause I was dating Mark. But that hoe never stop, he decided to hit on my best friend again at the party yesterday, gah damn.

The reason behind me having a lot of boyfriends is just basically because all of them are the same, boring and basic, nothing that's enough to catch my attention. I'm good at communicating, that's why I and Mark lasted more than others one. He's nice and sweet, but I always feel something is missing...I don't really know. Lots of his friends and exes told him to break up with me 'before I do' but he never listen to them and that's what I like about Mark.

Lately, he has been going out a lot, with Brian of course. I really don't want him to hang out with Brian too much because he's gonna act like him.

I feel like our relationship is fading and I really don't know...is it gonna be better if we go our own ways? Life is hard, Love is harder!

" Hello?"

" Hello? Earth to my girlfriend!"

"huh?" I startled.

" Why are you spacing out all of a sudden? By the way, it's time for me to go. Oh, and also, I don't think I can pick you up tomorrow, so..." He said and got up about to go.

I held his hand

"huh?" he raised his eyebrows.

"uh...nothing...just go!" I let go of his hand and look down.

Why can't he stay with me for once? I thought he wanted me to go to his house earlier! Well, I guess not...*sigh*

" Excuse me?"

" Hello?"

" Oh sorry! Can I help you?" I looked up.

" Are you...ok? Why are you crying?" he handed me a handkerchief.

" Ah, I...I'm ok!" I said and wiped my tears.

He looks at me with pitiful eyes.

I extremely hate that look, I am not someone you should feel pitiful for, I can handle things by myself.

He still staring at me...What's wrong? Is there anything on my face?

His eyes...

There's something about his eyes... It makes me feel wa...warm!

" I'm sorry!" I broke eyes contact with him and start scanning the items.

" Thank you...Have a great day!" He nods and walks away.

Whaa~ What's wrong with me?? Nah I gotta stop.

I took a deep breath and look down at my hand.

" The...the handker-" I tried to call out but he was no longer in sight.
