Thats when mahir realises what she just called him and also that she somehow came to know about his real identity.

Shaan who came there behind bela heard her and gets happy to hear that she hates mahir and now will come back to him only.

He closes the door and takes her to her bedroom and lays her down on bed. He then calls doctor for her who confirms him that she is fine but just fainted due to stress and she will get conscious soon. Mahir sit beside her holding he hand and thinks to tell her everything when she gets up and also hopes that she trusts him .

After two weeks in India :

Shaan come to bela's home again to convince her to move on. He want her to get married to him and forget forget her past but she is not at all ready to move on and always ask him to leave her alone. Thats why he asked bela many times to get settle with him in another city so that mahir can never find them again . But she always denied to it saying mahir can't do anything more to them as she has done something in london which will trap him there only. )

Next day, Bela get beautiful fully ready for a small date with her would be husband.
