Abhi seemed very happy that day after talking to Reena.

Looking at him the elders were now feeling they have chances to execute their plans.

Reena also had joined for work that day itself. She was feeling relieved that her boss really don't have any love feelings towards her.

Saritha ji met Ram ji in private and said, "I have an idea Ram ji but I need your help for that."

Ram ji, "Looks like someone needs help from her enemy."

Saritha ji, "Ram ji, please.... It's just competitive nature towards you."

Ram ji, "I know Saritha ji. I was just joking. Tell me what help do you want?"

Saritha ji, "You have to tell the men that we will make situations to get Abhi and Reena closer."

Ram ji, "But Saritha ji, love should happen naturally. Not like this right?"

Saritha ji, "Ram ji, I know but think why all this things are happening. First Reena working with Abhi then she coming to house. After that Abhi himself asking her to look for someone to take care of us. And finally he telling he is in love with Reena to media. Don't you think all these signs that something is happening between them? Some kind of connection is forming between them."

Ram ji thinks and says," Yes but still..."

Saritha ji," We will not make it as if they are forced into the situations. We will do small things that make them closer. But the final decision is up to them whether they want to be close to each other forever or not."

Ram ji, "You seem to be correct."

Saritha ji, "I am correct. Now will you help me?"

Ram ji, "Sure! Tell me what am I supposed to do?"

Saritha ji explains what have to be done and Ram ji also give his inputs.

After that Ram ji asks, "You still haven't told Abhi the truth right?"

Saritha ji, "What truth?"

Ram ji, "Nevermind...."

Saritha ji, "There is no truth Ram ji other than the truth all of us are here because of Abhi and will be here for Abhi. That's all."

Ram ji, "I agree but...."

Saritha ji soon leaves and Ram ji looks on.

Ram ji murmured, "She is smart for others but not smart for herself."

Later that day, Reena implements something new for the elders.

Reena, "All of you have gathered here because I am going to tell something important."

Saritha ji, "What is that Reena?"

Reena then asks them to wait and signals Hema to bring something.

Hema pushes a whiteboard stand and the elders wondered what is going to happen now.

Reena then writes all the names of the elders in columns and below their names she states 10,000 points.

Ram ji, "Points?"

Reena, "Haan!"

One of the elders named, Devi asked, "Points for what?"

Reena, "I got to know that every month there is elections here to choose the leader of the house and the special prize is like Abhi sir giving chances to bring the leader with him for dinner right?"

The elders said yes and Reena replied, "From now onwards there won't be elections."

Saritha ji, "What? Why not?" she asked in shock.

Reena smiles and said, "Hereafter there will be no elections but there will be point system to elect the leader."

Ram ji, "Reena, please explain to us clearly. We still don't understand."

Reena then explains that everyone of them will be given 10,000 points that is written on the board. Their responsibility was to make sure they have the highest number of points by end of the month as the one with the highest number will become the leader. The points deduction will be based on the mistakes they do in house. The mistakes like not eating on time, not sleeping well and any misbehaviour like arguments and fights.

Hearing to all of this, the elders were shocked.

Reena, "In this way, everyone might get a chance to be the leader of house. It's not fair if only Ram ji and Saritha ji take turns in getting elected for leadership position."

Devi, "But what if we are not interested in being leader?"

Reena, "Devi ji, even if you are not interested to be the leader, it's fine.... You will still get the opportunity of going out with Sir if you have the highest points."

The elders looked at each other before looking at Reena.

By then Abhi had arrived and he was silently listening to everything that Reena had told.

Abhi," Reena, I didn't expect you to work here so fast. And whatever you have told, I had heard it. It's a very great idea and I am eagerly waiting to see how well- behaved will be the kids in this house."

Ram ji, "We are not kids Abhi."

Abhi, "Well... I feel so uncle but if you want to prove me wrong then prove it by sustaining the highest points."

Ram ji, "I will!"

Saritha ji, "Same here Abhi!"

The rest of the elders also said with determination that they will prove themselves in the point system.

Abhi smiled widely and looks at Reena.

Reena in response smiled as well.

Later that day,

Reena was in kitchen checking the meals prepared for elders when Saritha ji came.

Saritha ji, "I think Abhi likes what you have done."

She said standing beside her.

Reena, "You mean for the point system?"

Saritha ji nods her head as yes.

Reena smiles and tells" Yes I know Saritha ji. Sir had appreciated me for it too."

Saritha ji, "Oh... But I never seen any appreciations to the rest who work here even if they do something good."

Reena, "Really? But sir always appreciates me whenever I do my work as per his expectations."

Saritha ji, "I see.... That's good. At least you are lucky enough to get some appreciation from him."

She said and left informing Reena that she is going to the garden.

Reena thinks of talking to Hema and the rest of the staff to check whether they got appreciations from Abhi.

Saritha ji feels her plan is working out as she sees Reena looking for Hema.

Hema was in living area checking some files when Reena approached her.

Hema, "Have you checked the meals Reena?"

Reena, "Yes and everything seem to be okay. Hope you can check again."

Hema smiles and asked, "Do you want to ask me anything else?"

Reena, "Wo.... Actually...."

Hema, "Come on Reena! You don't have to hesitate. I am friendly enough to respond to your doubts or any kind of concerns."

Reena,"Wo...Don't take me wrong.... Does Sir appreciate you if you have done something good? Just like earlier he appreciated me in front of everyone."

Hema, "Yes he does. But why are you asking that now?"

Reena sighed in relief and replied, "Just asking only."

Hema, "Oh.... Okay...."

Reena, "I will go and check on everyone. I think they are at garden area."

Hema, "But...Wait....Actually Reena, Sir doesn't appreciate us in the way he did to you."

Reena, "What do you mean?"

Hema, "Mr. Abhi do appreciate us. Like he did to you but in that appreciation, we don't see that much of happiness and excitement like he did earlier today. His appreciation is very short and after that he will talk about other things. But today he is talking about it repeatedly. First he appreciated you openly, then personally thanked you which you had shared with me and just now he told me about your idea too. I feel like he really and very genuinely likes  what you have implemented for elders."

Reena," Oh...I...It's just a simple thing... I mean even in office there is a lot of activities and implementations to motivate employees towards best performance etc. I came up with the idea based on that. It's nothing like it is unusual."

Hema," That is true but none of us here thought of it na.... Maybe that's why Mr. Abhi is impressed with you."

Reena," Impressed?"

Hema,"Don't get me wrong. I was referring as impressed with your idea."

Reena, "Oh..."

Hema then she have something important to check in the storeroom and leaves from there.

Reena then sits on the couch and was feeling confused now.

"I am only doing my work but what if that itself make Sir to like me?" Reena thought.

Abhi then came over and saw her in deep thoughts.

He cleared his throat to signal that he was here but she was still lost in her own thoughts.

Abhi, "Reena!!!"

Reena stands up in shock and asks, "Sir?"

Abhi, "What Sir Reena when sir was standing here for more than 5 minutes but you never noticed that!"

Reena, "Sorry sir... I was...."

Abhi looks at her sternly and she says, "I am very sorry sir. I didn't mean to disrespect you."

She sounded as if she was going to burst into tears and Abhi giggled seeing how scared she had turned.

Reena looks confused and didn't understand why he was giggling away now.

Abhi composed himself and said," Alright! You don't get the joke. I was trying to scare you with my stern looks and you got scared as well to the extent you want to cry."

Reena, "But Sir....You never joke with me this way before."

Abhi, "Yes but that is office. This is my house. I can't be the same in office and house right?"

Reena agrees to him by nodding her head.

Abhi, "Anyways, Don't think too much. There could be changes in my behaviour from office to here but that doesn't mean I have hidden thoughts."

Reena, "Okay sir."

Abhi, "Alright then, I am going to my room and you carry on your deep thoughts time.

Reena gasped in response as she can see her boss was teasing her for thinking too much.

Abhi then walks to his room and Reena," Maybe it's just that I am thinking too much. Sir had already told that he don't have any love feelings towards me so I shouldn't think that he will love me."

She then decides to let go off her thoughts on Abhi might love her and concentrate on work.

Abhi in his room looked at a file and could only think of Reena.

"Damn it! Why does Reena have to be his....if she wasn't related to him then I wouldn't have messed up things in front of the media. It's not that I am upset or angry with him.....I really don't know how this is going to end. How can I say to Reena that I am actually doing things now with hidden thoughts! Reena is a very good person. But I have no choice other than involving her in my personal life."

"I am sorry Reena.... You have to be here to help me. You will be helping me in many ways but I will be only bothering you. I am very sorry about that."
