Reena reached his house with a blank mind as she was still unsure of her work for today.

"Reena! Here!" he said as she walked in the house.
She turned towards his direction and was shocked seeing his plight.

"Sir.... You're sweating a lot!" she exclaimed.

"Is that a joke Reena?" he asked wiping his face with a towel.

"Sir...." hesitated.

"I am completely drenched from top to bottom because of the kids at my house!"

"Kids? You have kids with you?" she asked looking around for any sign of kids.

"They are grown up kids. In fact, more grown up than me." he said looking at a specific direction.

Reena understands he was referring to the elders as she saw him looking at the elders who were looking timid and hiding themselves behind the pillars.

"Just give me two minutes Reena. Let me get changed." he said.

Reena nods her head in response and waits for him.

After few minutes,

Abhi comes dressed up in casuals. He then sits opposite to her.

"I am sorry Reena for making you wait." he said

"Sir...It's alright and I just waited for a while." she replied.

He smiles and says, "So let's get to the point. You see.... Like what you saw earlier of me. Something like that happens everyday. I mean its chaos Reena. I don't know from where these people get the energy from to argue, trouble each other.... I..."

"Sir.... Sorry to interrupt. I wish to tell something."

Abhi signals to carry on and she said, "I understand you're referring to the elders here. I know it could be worrying you of their behaviour but you're their energy to behave this way."

"Yes I know that Reena. But now I am concerned about it. At this rate, I am worried they would end up hurting themselves." he replied.

"I don't think such a thing would happen Sir..."

Abhi, "But there's no guarantee Reena. I just feel I need to take an action before it is too late. And that's why I sent you the email. I don't know who else is as responsible as you are and moreover you have seen Saro and the rest here. You can talk to them as well and then help me look out for a caretaker for the elders. But note one point, make sure the person is strict and friendly at the same time."

"But....Sir....my office work?" she asked.

Abhi, "I have checked your work progress. It seems you have completed most of them. As for the rest, I can handle it."

"Sir! No need for that sir. I can finish the rest as well."

Abhi, "Reena.... I said I can handle it. Moreover, it's not like I don't know how the work is done."

"But sir...."

Abhi, "Reena, it's not like I am doing a favour for you. It's like we are helping each other. You're helping me to find someone to handle the elders and I am helping in your work and that is actually for my company!"

Reena, "I understand sir.....but..."

Abhi, "No more buts. I just want you to help me Reena.... If you are so.... Then...."

Reena, "No sir. I am willing to help you!"

Abhi sighed in relief and asked her to interact with the elders first as he needs to leave to meet someone.

Reena then approaches Saro who finally comes forward.

Saro, "We are not that naughty as he says. He is exaggerating it."

Reena smiles and then looks at the rest.

Saro, "Let me introduce the rest! You only know me here!"

Reena then follows her and Saro says, "You see.... In our gang, only Ram and me are outspoken. The rest are very silent. They are kind of silent killers."

Reena, "Okay Saritha ji."

Saro then continues to talk and explain what's their daily routine and how Hema tortures them by asking them to have their food and medications on time.

Reena hearing to her understands that it was not her boss who was exaggerating things but it was Saritha ji. At the same time, Reena finds the happenings in the house by elders as super fun.

After a while, Reena managed to interact with everyone there including the staffs who work at the house.

By the time she was about to leave after taking notes of the happenings and requirements of everyone that is related to the new staff, Abhi had returned from meeting someone.

Reena looks at Abhi who was looking tensed and he never pays attention to her. He just walks pass her and goes to his room.

Saritha ji, "There he goes into his cocoon!"

Reena, "Cocoon?"

Saritha ji, "Yes Reena. This happens almost once a month."

Reena, "I don't understand what you mean Saritha ji."

Saritha ji, "We also couldn't understand this initially until one fine day, we figured out that Abhi is meeting someone to find someone."

Reena, "Oh... But that's normal right? I mean everyone will find someone in their lives especially those whom they have lost in touch."

Saritha ji, "Yes Reena. I agree but not for years right? I mean this is like happening for more than 10 years!"

Reena, "More than 10 years?"

She asked in shock while Saritha ji replied, "Yes.... We are with him for the past 3 years and it seems he is doing like this for more than 10 years."

Reena, "But.... Sir doesn't look like..."

Saritha ji, "Reena, maybe he is acting as if he is happy in his life so that nobody interferes in his personal life."

Reena agrees to her and replies, "He must have been disappointed everytime of not getting any information about the person he is finding and that is why he goes to his room."

Saritha ji, "Yes Reena. And as his well wishers, all we can hope is to hopefully he finds that person as soon as possible."

Reena nods her head in response while Ram ji manages to silently gets into Abhi's room without anyone noticing him.

Abhi wipes off his tears sensing someone in his room and turns to look at the person.

Abhi," Uncle, anything important?"

Ram ji," I have found someone to handle all of us."

Abhi, "Not all of us. It's all of you!"

Ram ji, "Haan. But you have to agree to our choice."

Abhi looks at him suspiciously and asks, "Who is it?"

Ram ji, "Your secretary, Reena!"

Abhi, "What? Reena? On what basis all of you chose her? She just came and she came to help me hire someone to handle all of you."

Ram ji, "You left just now right? In that time, all of us liked her. We have a daughterly feeling towards her. It means we will listen to her and obey her words."

Abhi shakes his head in denial.

Ram ji, "Please Abhi.... She is perfect to handle us..."

Abhi, "What? That's impossible. I can't agree to it. I had already bother her by handing over the responsibility of hiring someone. It's too much to expect from her and moreover, she might not like to do this."

"Please Abhi. We had decided this after a lot of discussion." Ram ji said.

Abhi looks perplexed and walks to the window side and sees something downstairs which made him smile.

Ram ji follows him behind and seeing what Abhi had seen said, "Isn't that lovely? She do behave strictly towards us."

Abhi saw Reena telling something with a stern face to the elders and they are listening to her as well.

Abhi, "Even if I am ok with it, I doubt she will be ok to join this position."

Ram ji, "Ask her to join for a change. I guess she is working for you for quite sometime so...."

Abhi, "Okay Uncle.... I will try but I will not force her."

Ram ji, "Thank you so much Abhi!"

Abhi says to himself, "Maybe uncle is right. For a change Reena should take up this job."

Reena looks in disbelief as Abhi had never spoke to her in this tone before.

Abhi walks away and goes to his room.

"I shouldn't be doing this. But I am helpless. How can I forgive the person who is responsible for my past? I am not that much of a great person to forget and forgive people who had hurt me." he tells himself by looking at the mirror.

"But.... She is not responsible for it. She is just his...."
