This is the first part of the poem anthology that will probably never end because I always have more ideas-

Basically, it's the original idea for this whole book: poems to tell you why you should keep living, keep loving, and keep being you.

Eventually, as you will see in later parts, things got a bit...different.

I've struggled. A lot. With personal confidence, my body image, my personality, and just generally who I am.

So I mean it when I say you can do it.

I mean it when I say you are strong. You are brave. 

You just need to believe in yourself as much as I believe in you.

Never give up. You are here for a reason.
