Ara ran through the only visible path before catching her breath she realized that she had actually made it far from the castle, she couldn't see it anymore.

It was a sense of relief, and calm. Her heart was slowly starting to feel calmer.

What now? Her face finally relaxed, and all of her muscles loosen up.

Ara was fully well aware of the fact that she couldn't just stop now, she knew she had to keep on going for all she knew he was still out there, maybe he knew, he knew that she would be out here.

Running a bit more she's finally spotted a road, or maybe just a slim paved path. A sigh of relief, she knew there was a higher chance of her being spotted.

"Who comes down here anyways?" Wiping the sweat from her face, a dark rain cloud covers the only source of light. Breathing heavily she grips onto her bag walking faster down the paved road.

Taehyung had made it to his cabin, one that had electricity and acted as an office for his work.

Slamming the door behind him, ruffling his hair he frantically calls his secretary. "Come on...come on!" Pacing around in the room, he was tense.

That file

"That fucking file!" Griding his teeth and breathing heavily through his nose he thinks hard about what happened to it.

Finally, he picked up the phone.

"Any leads?"

"Sorry sir, I'm afraid to say that all track records of whose hands it has passed through are unknown."

"Fuck...Listen I'll pay you more than overtime to find it. One week max."

Ending the call and throwing the phone onto the couch, he rubs his eyes in frustration.

Nobody knew what was on that file. All he knew is that it was something worth more than their time.

His secrets.

Taehyung was a sophisticated man, well respected, and well known for his success. He owned a law firm. One of which was passed on from his late father, He grew up alone in an orphanage and didn't really have anyone to call his own.

At age 20 he discovered that if you dress well, it's like flaunting money and before he knew it the ladies willingly threw themselves at him.

He soon started to find a thrill in going for taken women, they weren't sluts but he enjoyed knowing that they were more caring, almost like a mother figure.

At age 23 he discovered the abandoned castle, had a few people of his build up the place, and made it his own little playhouse, he hadn't realized how bad his ways had gotten till after he committed his first murder.

Guilt.

The guilt he had for murdering her ate him inside, and so he decided to document every bit of it, from the way he felt to all the physical evidence, of course. He didn't dare say where the bodies were. But it was only a matter of time before someone would find that file.

Ara's eyes started to droop, the drowsiness started to kick in, her stomach was grumbling and her legs were starting to feel weak.

The silence was killing her.

"Ahh," A loud crack deeper into the woods startled her. Her eyes were twitching, she was stressed, and the pain in the back of her head pounded more. Her eyes were watering and gasping for breath was harder.

Grabbing a banana from her bag she munches on it.

Bitting off tiny pieces she tries to make it last longer.

In the distance, she noticed a faint light, not sure where it was. coming from she naturally decided to go towards it.

Thinking about all of the possibilities, she tries shoving all of the thoughts of her own death into the deepest corner of her head. She knows exactly how it happens in the movies, although it's simple fiction the plot could definitely play out in real life.

It was getting chilly, and a quick cold wind causes her arm hair to stand. "What the hell" rubbing her hands together she tries to warm herself up. she slowly reached the light sours, staying hidden behind the trees, she noticed a figure behind the blinds.

A clearly newly build a cabin, and the owner was home.

A slight sense of relief fell upon her, now if it was one of those weird families who enjoyed the sensation of being alone knowing they could die at any moment and no one would know for god knows how long.

Shaking all of the fear out of her she decided to run up the front door, ringing the doorbell she patiently waits. Noticing the initials on the door KT

"K...T," she says wondering out loud.

"Oh, sweetpea I didn't know you missed me that much!"
