The dinner party was in full swing, and the banquet hall buzzed with laughter and clinking glasses. With a wide array of dishes laid out, everyone indulged in their favorite foods.
Akansha, elegant and composed, sipped her wine while sampling the more conventional dishes. Akash, the tech enthusiast, piled his plate high with his favorites.
(Author : Mein bhi kyu chhut jau fir mein bhi beithti hoon Akash ke paas)
(Why should I be left behind? I'm also sitting near Akash)
Meanwhile, Idhayan moved gracefully among the guests, checking on his employees and ensuring everyone was having a good time.
His calm demeanor and kind smile put everyone at ease. He received cheerful nods and grateful smiles as he inquired about their comfort.
However, his attention soon shifted to finding Shreeja, his eyes scanning the room.
He finally spotted her, seated with his niece and nephew, happily devouring a plate of fried chicken. A knowing smile crept onto Idhayan's face.
His earlier suspicion was confirmed-Shreeja had skipped lunch not because she wasn't hungry, but because her all-time favorite fried chicken was on the menu tonight.
(Author : Seriously, iske liya lunch skip karne ki kya jarurat thi?)
(Seriously, why was there a need to skip lunch for this?)
He chuckled softly to himself, leaning against a pillar as he watched her eat with childlike enthusiasm.
"Mein isse sirf aapke liye hi laya hoon, jitna chahe utna khaiye",
(I got this just for you; eat as much as you want) he murmured under his breath before turning away, content that his silent gesture had brought her joy.
"चुपके से देखता हूं तुझे दूर से खड़े,
तेरी मुस्कान में ही है मेरे अरमान सादे,
जो कुछ भी है, बस तेरे लिए सजा है,
तेरी खुशी के आगे, ये दावत भी अधूरा है।"
(I silently watch you from afar,
All my desires lie in your smile.
Whatever is here, is all set for you,
But compared to your happiness, even this feast feels incomplete.)
(Author : Hayee, yesa koi kab humhe milega,jo sirf humare liye hi sab kuch karega)
(When will we find someone who will do everything just for us?)
Meanwhile,
Shreeja's colleagues, noticing her unusual single-minded focus on the fried chicken, approached her table, their curiosity piqued.
"Shreeja, why are you eating only fried chicken? Isn't there anything else you like?" one of them asked, half amused, half bewildered.
Shreeja, caught off guard, glanced up, her cheeks puffed with food. She tried to respond but only managed a series of muffled "umm..mmm.ummm.aammm," struggling to swallow her bite.
(Author : * Facepalmed *)
Akansha, observing her friend's predicament, playfully slapped her forehead. "Eat first, babe, then speak," she chided, shaking her head with mock exasperation. The group burst into laughter, amused by the scene of Ms. Secretary.
Shreeja, undeterred, polished off her second bowl of fried chicken and looked at Akash. "I want more!" she declared, her eyes bright with determination.
Akash took her bowl with a smirk. "I'll get you some more," he said. He was about to head toward the food station when Akansha called out, "Hey, get something for me too!"
Akash feigned annoyance. "What do you both think I am?"
Without missing a beat, Shreeja and Akansha replied in perfect unison, " Our personal waiter!"
(Author : Bechare ko waiter bana diya hai, waise mere liye bhi kya le aaoge kuch)
(You have made the poor guy a waiter, so will you bring something for me too?)
(Akash : *Glare at Author*)
(Author : Oh mein to khud hi lene ja rahi thi *mera koi nehi hai*)
(Oh I was going to take it myself *I don't have anyone*)
Akash rolled his eyes, pretending to be offended. "Huh, I'm not-" he started, but Shreeja cut him off, her mischievous grin widening.
"No worries if you don't want to serve us," she teased, leaning back in her chair with a playful glint in her eyes.
Before Akash could retort, Shreeja's hand darted out, and she snatched his video game console off the table with a swift motion.
Holding it up with her left hand, she smirked. "Now, I'm tempted to deep-fry this console just like those juicy chickens. Then..."
She let the sentence hang, her smile turning wickedly playful. Akash's eyes widened in mock horror, and Akansha burst out laughing, clapping her hands at Shreeja's impromptu threat.
Akash shot Shreeja a warning glance, his voice edged with playful annoyance. "You... don't even think about it."
Shreeja raised an eyebrow, her grin mischievous as ever. "Try me, and you'll find out if I dare or not," she taunted, still holding his game console hostage.
Her grip was firm, and her eyes sparkled with the thrill of the playful standoff.
(Meanwhile......
The Game Console : 'What have I done to deserve this? Why am I being kidnapped? I don't know, but I'm sure my Papa will rescue me.' (Gazing at Akash pleadingly with teary eyes.) 'Won't you, Papaa?'
Meanwhile, Shreeja and Akansha snickered wickedly in the background.
Author : Oh god It's scary.....)
Akash rolled his eyes dramatically, feigning defeat. "Aishh, you're such a bully," he grumbled, crossing his arms.
"Fine, I'll serve you both, Your Highnesses. After all, what choice does a lowly servant like me have?" He added with a theatrical bow, "So, please, Your Highnesses, be patient. I'll bring your food shortly."
Akash's exaggerated elegance and over-the-top sarcasm drew a few seconds of stunned silence before the three of them burst into laughter. Grinning, Akash headed off to bring more food.
While holding the plates, Akash briefly checked his phone, his expression shifting momentarily.
Akansha noticed and, when he returned, she couldn't resist poking fun. "What's the matter, my son? Did you go to bring food, or were you planning to cook it yourself?" she teased, her eyes twinkling with mischief.
Akash handed the food to Shreeja and Akansha without a word, but Akansha wasn't done yet. "You're checking your phone a lot," she remarked, feigning innocence. "Are you talking to your girlfriend these days?"
(Author : Kyaaaa, girlfriend kab hua? mein kyu nehi janti? Yaar ye meri story hai, aur mujhehi nehi pata)
(Why, when did you get a girlfriend? Why don't I know? Man, this is my story, and I don't know about it.)
Shreeja, busy munching on her food, looked up in surprise. "Girlfriend? You have a girlfriend and didn't tell me?" she gasped, feigning hurt. "That's not right, Akash! I hate you! Am I not your bestie anymore?" She went back to eating, her mock indignation fading into a playful pout.
Akash watched her for a moment, trying to hide his amusement. Akansha, observing the scene, rested her hand on her cheek, smiling at the friendly banter.
Akash sighed, his tone now tinged with mock seriousness. "Where's your phone, Akansha? I don't see it here," he asked, attempting to divert the attention.
Akansha narrowed her eyes, catching onto his attempt to change the subject. "I might have left it in our cabin. Why don't you go get it for me?" she suggested, half-joking, half-commanding.
Akash let out another exaggerated sigh, but with a resigned smile, he turned to leave, gesturing something in Akansha's direction before disappearing into the crowd.
A short while later, as Shreeja continued to devour her food, Akansha leaned closer and whispered, "Keep eating, I'll be back in a bit."
Shreeja looked up, surprised. "What? Where are you going now?"
Akansha waved her off, her tone light. "I'm just heading to the washroom, babe. Eat slowly, okay? I'll be back soon."
Shreeja nodded, taking another bite of her food, her attention already drifting back to the delicious flavors on her plate.
Akansha walked briskly through the empty corridors, her senses on high alert as she searched for Akash.
He had gestured for her to come outside earlier, and now she was left wondering why he had looked so worried.
His expression had been off, and she couldn't shake the feeling that something serious had happened.
"Why did he lie to Shreeja?" she thought, frustration bubbling inside her. "What could be so bad that he needed me to sneak out?"
Akansha's phone was dead, though she had it with her. They'd made up the story about her missing phone to avoid drawing suspicion.
She sighed, her irritation growing. "Where the hell is that brat? After calling me out here, he vanishes?"
Just as the thought crossed her mind, a hand shot out from a dark side passage, grabbing her and pulling her swiftly into the shadows.
Startled, Akansha's instincts kicked in, and she was about to inject a poison needle hidden in her ring when she recognized the familiar face. "Akashhh...youuu? Are you crazy?" she snapped, her voice a mix of anger and relief. "Why pull a stunt like this? You could have just called me normally. What if I had injected this into you?"
Akash gave a sly smile, unfazed. "I knew you wouldn't; you're not that careless."
Akansha rolled her eyes, exasperated. She face-palmed, letting out a sigh. "Okay, enough of the games. What's wrong? Is it a serious problem?"
Akash's playful demeanor vanished, replaced by a grim seriousness. He handed his phone to Akansha without a word. She scrolled through the screen, her expression hardening as she took in the information.
"Am I seeing this right?" she asked, disbelief coloring her voice. "Did he really get caught?"
Akash nodded, his expression tense.
Anger surged through Akansha. She kicked the wall beside her, the sound echoing through the empty corridor.
"How could I have trusted such an important job to a useless person? How did he manage to get caught? I warned him repeatedly-be careful, or don't do it at all if he couldn't handle it. Now he's been nabbed by Uncle's men. If Uncle finds out about our plans..." She trailed off, her frustration boiling over.
(Author : Huhh... Uncle? Idhayan? )
Akash stepped forward, trying to calm her down. "There's got to be a way to fix this," he said, his voice steady despite the tension. "We can still stick to our plan."
Akansha's eyes flashed with determination. "There's no room for failure here," she said fiercely. "We can't retreat. This isn't just 'do or die.' For us, it's 'if you have to die, take everything down with you to your grave.'"
Akash nodded in agreement, his resolve firm. "That's right. We'll see this through, even if it means facing the worst."
Akansha took a deep breath, placing a reassuring hand on Akash's shoulder. "I hope everything works out. We're in too deep to back out now."
She glanced at her watch, realizing how much time had passed. "We're already late. I'll head back first. You come a little later, and take my phone with you."
She handed him her phone, then walked away, her footsteps quickly fading into the distance.
Akash remained in the shadows, staring at the device in his hand and wondering about the uncertain future that awaited them.
With a final look toward the darkened corridor, he turned and made his way back.
When Akansha returned, Shreeja looked at her with mock annoyance. "Did you go to Washington while going to the washroom?" she quipped.
Akansha chuckled, shaking her head. "Sorry for the delay, babe. The washroom line was longer than I thought."
A little later, Akash arrived, handing Akansha her phone. Shreeja, never missing a chance to tease, smirked.
"So, were you looking for her phone or chatting with your new girlfriend, huh?"
Akash rolled his eyes, starting to explain, "I don't have a girlfriend because..." But he hesitated, trailing off mid-sentence, his voice uncertain.
(Author : Because.........??????)
Shreeja's eyes widened with excitement. "Wowww, so it's a boyfriend, not a girlfriend! You're interested in men? Why didn't you tell me earlier?"
(Author : What The Fish)
Akansha couldn't contain her laughter, doubling over as she mocked Akash. Shreeja, still not entirely sure why Akansha found it so funny, tilted her head in confusion, her expression priceless.
Akash opened his mouth to speak, but the sight of Shreeja's adorably puzzled face stopped him. Instead, he let out a sigh, a faint smile tugging at his lips, and returned his focus to his video game.
After some time, Akansha glanced at her watch and announced, "We need to leave now."
Shreeja immediately grabbed her hand, pleading. "Whyyyy? You promised you'd stay with me today! You can't just leave like this."
Akansha patted her hand, trying to soothe her. "We've got some urgent work, babe. But if you really want, you can come with us."
Shreeja shook her head quickly, looking back at her half-finished plate. "No, no, I can't. I haven't finished my food yet."
Akansha dramatically clutched her chest, pretending to cry. "Oh, my babe loves food more than us! Sob...sob...poor me, abandoned for a plate of fried chicken."
(Author : Dramebaaz) (*It's mean someone who is good at acting*)
Shreeja playfully smirked and stuck out her tongue.
Akansha cooed, wiping away her fake tears. "Aww, my babe is so naughty, huh?"
Meanwhile, Akash discreetly signaled to Akansha with his eyes, reminding her they needed to leave soon. Akansha caught the hint and straightened up, smiling warmly at Shreeja.
"So, we're heading out now," Akansha said, waving her hand lightly. "We'll catch up again soon, alright? Bye!"
Shreeja waved back, her smile genuine but tinged with the faintest hint of sadness. "Bye, take care, both of you!"

As the twins were leaving the company, they crossed paths with Laksh and Arbaaz, who were entering.
Akansha observed Laksh practically dragging Arbaaz along, their contrasting energies evident.
Laksh beamed at both of them. "Hello, dear little niece and nephew!" he greeted. "How are you both? I haven't seen you in ages."
Akansha studied Arbaaz's expression. "We're fine," she replied, "but why does his face look like that?" She pointed at Arbaaz, who sighed in response.
Laksh chuckled, nudging Arbaaz lightly. "Oh, he's just excited to be here," he explained.
Akansha raised an eye brow, her voice laced with skepticism, "But why do I feel the opposite?"
Arbaaz sighed again and muttered, "I have nothing to say."
Curious, Akansha asked, " So, What brings you two here?"
Laksh's eyes sparkled. " We heard our friend is hosting a party," he said. " So we decided to drop by. Well,to be honest, he's way more excited than me."
Arbaaz shot Laksh a side-eye, but Laksh brushed it off. "Doesn't matter," he quipped. "If I'm excited, he'll be excited too. It's a package deal."
Meanwhile, Akash, engrossed in his video game, interjected, "Dylan was saved because he's not here." Arbaaz sighed once more.
Akansha playfully needled Arbaaz. "Poor guy," she teased. "You can't even go abroad because of your fiancée, right?" Arbaaz coughed, avoiding eye contact.
Laksh's curiosity shifted gears. "Where are you both headed?" he asked. "Won't you have dinner with us? And where's our little cutie?"
Akansha shrugged. "I have a date, so we're leaving; we've already had dinner. And Shree is inside, enjoying her food."
Laksh raised an eyebrow. "Dating, huh?" he mused. "But you two are together; don't tell me you're...?" He paused, then corrected himself, "Aahh, I mean double dating?"
Akansha's retort was swift. "None of your business!" she exclaimed.
Laksh persisted, teasingly. " No, seriously, I'm really curious, Who's your date this time?"
Before Akansha could answer, Akash suddenly broke his silence. "Oh great, the game is over," he announced. " Now I have to start from the beginning again."
Akansha's frustration simmered. "I'm here trying to answer questions, and this guy's lost in his games."
Laksh's humor took a different turn. "Ohh, he's already married to his games," he joked. "So, what's the point of dating, when you've got a lifelong commitment like that?"
And with a final laugh, they parted ways. Akansha watched Arbaaz almost slip away, but Laksh intervened, dragging him back inside.
As Laksh and Arbaaz entered, they spotted Shreeja seated at a side table, engrossed in her meal.
"Hello, cutie," Laksh greeted with a grin.
"Hiiiii," Shreeja responded without looking up, still focused on her food.
They joined her at the table, amused as they watched her eat, nibbling away like a squirrel, her cheeks slightly puffed as she chewed.
"Should I bring food for you both?" Shreeja asked nonchalantly, though she showed no intention of moving from her spot.
(Author : Dekho isse, uthne ka naam nehi hai apni jagha se, aur ye dusro ke liye khana layegi)
(Look at her, not taking the name of getting up from her place and she will bring food for others.)
Laksh patted her head affectionately. "No need to trouble yourself, cutie. You just eat."
The three of them continued eating and chatting casually.
After a while, Shreeja leaned back in her chair, her back straight and her belly round from overeating.
In front of her sat a tower of empty bowls. Suddenly she let out a tiny burp, and Laksh and Arbaaz couldn't help but laugh.
Shreeja's face turned slightly pink as she quickly looked around, making sure no one else had noticed.
That's when Idhayan walked in. "So, have you all finished eating?" he asked.
Shreeja instantly straightened up, panic flashing in her eyes. "Oh no, Sir can't see me in such manner! What will he think?" she worried silently, her posture suddenly more prim and proper. Everyone else quickly confirmed they were done.
Idhayan gave a slight nod and suggested, "Let's head home, then."
Arbaaz nodded in agreement and asked "Shreeja, should I drop you home? We're going the same way."
Before Shreeja could respond, Idhayan cut in, his gaze fixed on Arbaaz. "No need. You two can go ahead; I'll drop her."
Laksh jumped in quickly. "Why? We'll take her home, won't we, cutie?" He flashed a grin at Shreeja, who remained unsure of what to say.
(Author : Ye hamesha kebab mein haddi banne ke liye ready raheta hai)
(He's always ready to become a bone in kebab.)
Idhayan smiled faintly at Laksh's persistence.
Shreeja waved her hands. "No, no, you don't have to go through the trouble. I can manage on my own."
Arbaaz, who had been watching Idhayan closely, suddenly cleared his throat and said, "Oh, I just remembered something important. We'll head out now. Cutie, next time, okay? We'll drop you next time."
Laksh, ever the dramatic one, clutched his chest. "What? You don't want to come with us anymore? You don't love me anymore, cutie? My heart... it's breaking! Oh, my poor heartu!"
(Author : Aur ek dramebaaz) (And here comes another dramatist)
Shreeja let out an awkward laugh, clearly unsure how to respond to Laksh's theatrics. Before she could say anything, Arbaaz grabbed Laksh by the shirt and started dragging him away. "Alright, alright. Enough with the drama. Bye, cutie! See you next time!" Arbaaz called out as they disappeared around the corner.
Shreeja turned to Idhayan. "Sir, really, you don't need to go out of your way for me. I can-"
"I need to discuss something important with you," Idhayan interrupted calmly, his tone leaving no room for argument.
Shreeja made a small 'O' with her lips in realization. "Oh, okay... then let's go."
With that, they left together, heading towards Idhayan's car, where their conversation continued in a quieter, more private setting.

I parked my bike a little distance from the house. I shouldn't say I don't enjoy doing this kind of stuff, but...(I sighed inwardly.) I missed my babe. I thought I'd spend some time with her tonight, but no, here I am. Ughhh!
Damn it, I'll have to make this quick.

*Tonight, she's dressed in her favorite black suit-sleek, functional, and designed for moments like this. The fabric was high-tech, form-fitting but durable, allowing for maximum flexibility. Its matte finish, accented with subtle glossy highlights, traced the contours of her body in just the right way.
The suit had a zip closure at the back and reinforced padding at the elbows, knees, and shoulders for extra protection. A utility belt wrapped around her waist, packed with the necessary gadgets and tools. Stylish, yet perfect for the actioed night ahead. This suit never fails her.*
~°°She's just looking like a Perfect Spy..
To help spark your imagination, I'll add a picture for all of you.°°~
With a quick glance around, I made my way to the back of the house, scanning the perimeter.
My eyes fell on a large tree nearby, perfect for what I had in mind. After a couple of calculated jumps, I grabbed hold of a sturdy branch and hoisted myself up.
You should know, I'm pretty good at this sort of thing. And if you don't know, let me show you what Akansha can do.
I tapped the Bluetooth earpiece nestled in my ear, switching it on.
"Hey, how many guards are we dealing with?" I asked, my voice a low whisper.
My brother's voice crackled through the earpiece. "There are three guards on your side. Wait for my signal, then go."
I acknowledged with a soft hum, steadying my breathing. I've got this.
As soon as Akash said, "Now," I leapt from the tree, landing smoothly on the wall.
Akash's voice guided me through the earpiece. "There are guards on your side. I'm working on sending them to the other side and looping the CCTV cameras. While I do that, you need to head straight to the officeroom, okay?"
"Aye aye, captain," I replied, a smirk playing on my lips.
True to his word, Akash did something, and I watched as the guards shifted away from my side.
Once the coast was clear, I approached the door and swiftly unlocked it with my master key, slipping inside without a sound.
The room was dim, and there was only one computer sitting on the desk. I took a seat in the chair, booting it up, only to be greeted by a password prompt.
"Password?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Wait a sec," Akash replied from the other end.
Leaning back, I casually kicked my feet up onto the table, crossing one leg over the other. A moment later, the computer blinked on without any further prompt.
"Done," Akash's voice came through, smooth as ever.
I couldn't help but smirk. "Impressive," I muttered, quickly navigating through the folders. Plugging the pendrive into the CPU, I said, "Alright, your turn, bro." Akash hummed in response.
I whistled softly to myself, watching the files copy over at lightning speed, thanks to his skills.
Once the transfer was complete, I powered down the computer and stood up, locking the door behind me as I exited.
Now, all that was left was to climb the wall again. I made a quick jump and pulled myself up. Just as I was about to climb down, I froze.
Down there, someone stood with their back against the wall, arms crossed.
The person standing below grinned at me, and to my utter annoyance, it was none other than that bastard, that Daksh.
(Author : Ayeeeiinnn, Ye yaha kya kar raha hai?)
(What is he doing here?)
"What the hell is he doing here?" I thought, my entire body heating up with anger. That smug smile he gave me only fueled the fire inside.
He looked up and said, "Hey, what a coincidence sweetheart! We meet again. But what are you doing up there, perched on the wall? Need help getting down?" He stretched out both arms, that everlasting smirk plastered across his face. "Come on, darling! I'll catch you, don't worry."
(Author : D.A.R.L.I.N.G?)
I shot him a glare, ignored him completely, and jumped down on the other side of the wall without saying a word.
Seriously, why does he always show up to ruin my mood? I hate him to the core. And that stupid smirk-it's like every time I see it, he's plotting something. Always something.
As I started walking down the road, I realized he was following me.
"So, what brings you here?" Daksh asked, his voice laced with that irritating curiosity. I didn't bother answering.
He kept pace, asking again, "Busy with something? This is a pretty unique exit strategy, I must say. Oh, you must love the thrill of adventure, right?" Again, I ignored him.
But then, I stopped abruptly. Where's my bike? I remember parking it right here.
Daksh, still close behind, chimed in, "Looking for something? Need a hand? Don't be shy sweetheart, you can ask me for anything." His voice was so annoyingly cheerful.
I turned to him, deadpan. "Where's my bike?"
Feigning shock, Daksh gasped theatrically, "What?! How could I know, Wait....Did you just......Hawww....How could you accuse me of such a thing?"
I stared at him, unimpressed. "Where. Is. My. Bike?"
He dramatically wiped away fake tears, "*Sob sob*_ You think I'm a thief? Me? Just look at this handsome face! Sure, I've stolen many hearts, but a bike? Never! And how can I steal something from someone precious to mine. *Sob..sob*.."
This bastard's over-the-top performance only made me angrier. I wanted to punch him right there. "Enough with the drama. Just tell me the fucking truth."
He grinned, that irritating, knowing grin. "And what do I get in return for this 'truth'?"
I rolled my eyes, exasperated. "Whatever." I didn't care anymore-I just turned and started walking again, trying to distance myself from him.
But, of course, he caught up, jogging a little to stay beside me. "Leaving your favorite bike behind? And why are you so angry today, DARLING?"
I wished I could ignore him for the rest of my life, but then he said something that made me stop in my tracks.
"Oh wait," he said with a sly grin. "Maybe you like that red car better-the one parked at xx/nx street."
I turned to face him, narrowing my eyes. How the hell did he know my car was there?
(Author : Did he stalk you?)
Daksh shrugged innocently. "You parked it there, right? I mean, with security being so lax these days, who knows what could happen?" His tone was playful, but there was something ominous behind it.
I glared at him, gritting my teeth. "Don't fucking push me, Daksh, or it won't end well for you."
He chuckled, unfazed. "Wow, really? Now I'm curious to see what exactly would happen to me."
I shot him a glare, my hands resting firmly on my waist. "What do you exactly want from me?" I asked, my annoyance barely contained.
"Huh, will you really grant me my wish?" he replied, his face lighting up like a kid who had just gotten their favorite candy.
I sighed, tired of his drama. "What is it? I'll listen first."
His eyes gleamed with excitement. "Oh yes, of course! I JUST WANT YOU!"
I gave him a sweetly smile. "Yes, of course, why not?" And without missing a beat, I took off one of my shoes and hurled it at him.
He caught it effortlessly, grinning. "Wow, okay. So, you want to start like this? I see, I see. Well, it's fine by me."
"What the fucking hell do you mean by that?" I snapped, the irritation rising in my voice.
He chuckled. "I mean, you're starting by giving me a gift. That's so thoughtful! But, unfortunately, I didn't bring a gift for you. No worries, though. I can always give you... something else." He winked at me, his smirk widening.
My blood was boiling. "Give me back my shoe, you fucking bastard."
"Nope, why should I? Haven't you heard? Once you give someone a gift, you can't just ask for it back." He hugged my shoe dramatically, as if it was some precious treasure.
"You... you fucking scoundrel..you...!" I couldn't even finish my sentence. My patience had reached its limit. Without another word, I pulled out the knife strapped to my thigh, smirking at him with murderous intent.
I lunged at him, aiming to wipe that cocky smile off his face. But that bastard was fast, dodging every swipe of my knife.
"Oh, what a beautiful shoe!" he marveled, pressing it to his lips and kissing it. "If the shoe is this beautiful, I wonder how beautiful your feet must be. I'd love to kiss those too."
That was it. My fury was off the charts. He hugged my shoe again, taunting me with a satisfied smile.
"How about you rest that lovely foot of yours on my heart, huh? Or maybe just put it on my shoulder. I bet it'd look perfect either way," he mused, shrugging with that smug grin that made me want to smash his face.
I swung at him again, my blade narrowly missing him each time. Until finally, my knife grazed his chest over his heart, and blood oozed out. I smirked, feeling triumphant-until I looked at him.
There was no pain on his face. No fear. Only that damned, sickening smile of satisfaction. What the hell was wrong with this asshole?
"We really shouldn't indulge in so much violence, you know," he said calmly. "We should strive for peace."
"Peace, my foot," I sneered.
"Oh yes, your foot is quite awesome," he said, almost rejoicing. That smug bastard.
Fed up, I took off my second shoe and flung it at him. He caught it, just as easily as the first.
He stepped back, holding both shoes with glee. "Oh wow, another gift! You're too kind."
"What do you..."Before I could even finish my sentence or make another move toward him, he turned on his heel and dashed down an alley.
"Okay, I got my gifts, so byeee, babyy! See you again!" he called out, disappearing around the corner.
(Author : Heiiinnnnn?)
I bolted after him, but when I reached the alley, he was gone. Completely vanished. What the fucking hell? How did he disappear so fucking fast?
