The wall of Alexandrias fallen!! Walkers were flooding the fallen wall we could defend ourselves shot, stabbed and killed walkers left and right until Jesse let us in the the house.
We took shelter upstairs with Deanna Being the only one with professional medical knowledge(Yes I'm fifteen with medical knowledge)  I had to tend to her wounds only to find not only was she wounded but bitten.

"Rick. " I said

"What?"He looked over at me I showed him the bite.

We all knew what this meant

I heard what sounded like two people strugglin downstairs the only ones downstairs were Carl and Ron.. And they were in the garage.  I rushed downstairs.
"Carl? " I called

I tried to open the door it wouldn't budge.

"Open the fucking door now!! " I yell.

Rick pushed me aside and chopped at the door and Carl and Ron came out and walkers were close behind we shut the door and pushed against it to keep them from flooding in until Gabriel helped push something against the door.

"What the he'll happened in there?! " I asked

"We were trying to fight them off. "Carl said.

Ron said the same thing when Jesse asked him.

Soon the walkers flooded in the house.

"What happened in there?  Don't lie to me. " I said to Carl.

"I'm not. "

"Really then why was the door locked and what is this hand mark doing on your neck? " I asked him.

"It's nothing. "

"I know Ron tried to kill you.. Why else would you have Two guns and Ron doesn't have his. "
He looked away from me.

"Next time he comes near you with threatening intentions .I'll put a bullet through his thick skull Carl that's not a threat it's a promise so do me a favor. After all this is over stay away from him."

The walkers were flooding in.. We had to cover ouselves in walker guts and we made it out of the house safely but sadly we loss jesse and Sam.. Out of no where it all happened to fast.. A shot rang out I looked back at Carl.  His eye....

"Dad? " Carl said.  I automatically knew who it was I pulled out my gun and shot Ron right between the eyes before doing he Same to other walkers.  Carl was carried to the infirmary. The Doctor gave us the diagnosis and I offered to help.

"You're only a kid."

"Your point is meaningless let me help.  Cause I swear if you freak out and say you can't save him nobody wil be here to step in!I'll be mad as he'll!!" She let me help and as I predicted she freaked out mid-Surgery and I had to finish.... That's why I say never let my age and naive looks fool you I'm capable of more than you think.
His eyes was situated now all he had to do the rest of the healing.
"Hang on for us Carl.  Hang on for me." I say shedding a tear.

Carl's awakening....

I absolutely refuse to leave his side. Not for anything.  I want to be the first one he sees when he wakes up.

And finally he woke up.

"(Y/n)?"

I looked up and smiled.

"Carl.. You're awake!"I hugged him.

"What happened?"

"Ron happened."

"Why can't I open my eye?! "

"He shot you in the eye,  Relax don't move it too much. You'll fuck up the stitches. "

Rick and the rest soon came in... I let them talk to him.
I stepped out of the room.  But soon rick joined me outside.

"(Y/n)  you care to explain your irrational behaviour lately? " Rick asked.
"What's irrational about my behavior?"

"You shot ron without hesitation, come in and start yelling at the nurse you have no control. "

"About Ron...I saw a threat and I eliminated it it's as simple as that...ABC...123 that's how easy it can be.  I don't know if you notice this but.. Alot of  people that walk into the doctor's office don't walk out alive in fact  they don't walk out at all. Not saying the lady isn't trying. Trying is good.  But carl was dying and I couldn't let him be one of her....failed attempts..I saved his life. Wouldn't you say that's what matters most.Mr. Grimes? And not that I always expect a thank you but it would've been nicer than you jumping on the first time I get off of autopilot ."

"You didn't have to kill that boy is all I'm sayin'. "

"So he could finish the job? After he tried to kill Carl in the garage... No way sir. "

"What are you talkin about they were attacked by walkers."

"You really believed that bull they were spouting?Mr. Grimes I thought cops could spot a good liar when they see one.I noticed a couple of things. I couldn't help but wonder why was the door locked in the first place?  What if we needed to get to them Carl is smart he'd think things like that through so why lock the door?  Also if they were so quiet as promised.. How did the walkers notice them unless some noise like a shot gun drew them in.  There was one shot heard an then a few seconds later many more of they were being attacked it would one after the other. Last but not least omewe got upstairs Carl had one gun but walked out with two and Ron didn't have one sound fishy to you? "

"Why would Carl lie? "

"To cover Ron's butt,  Doing what he does best he sticks to his morals and be understanding."

"What were you before all this? "

"A kid,  My dad was a Detective my mom was a nurse.....Calls for an interesting bring your child to work day wouldn't you say?" I asked smiling.

"Carl wanted to see you. "

"OK. " I walk towards. The door.

"(Y/n)?"Rick said.

"Yes, Sir? "

"You should really uh ask him out if you care about him that much. "

"Never took you as the type to try to et your son up with girls."

"Never took you as the kind of girl interested in him. "

"How could you tell. "

"I'm a sheriff , it's my job to read people. "

I go in and sit next to Carl.
"Hey." He said.

"Hi." I said giving him a gentle smile he smiled back.
"How ya feeling?" I asked.

"I've had better days if I can even say that."
I smiled again.

"You should smile more,  It's very cute."

I looked away and blushed "hm."

"My Dad told me what happened you shot Ron.Yelled at Denise, and saved my life but why did you kill Ron?"

"You're my best friend Carl... You are family. Nobody almost kills my family and gets away with it."

"Thank you for doing my surgery I don't know how you did it."

"I paid attention in health." I joked.

"Back in the house, how'd you notice all of that on such an intense moment? "

I shrugged.  "No clue I just did. "

"Bullshit. "

"How can you tell?"

"I just can."

"Maybe it's cause we've been around each other for so long that we read each other."

"My dad also told me you cried for me and wouldn't leave my side."

I blushed. "What's so special about that."

"You never ever ever cry. Ever.  For you to cry over me says alot."

"Like what? "

"Like maybe you feel the same way I feel about you."

"How do you feel?"

"Like we have a connection of some sort and its more than friendly.  Like I want you more than a friend. "

"How would you react if I said that was true but I'm afraid it wouldn't work out. "

"Why wouldn't it?  Because I have one eye?"

"Carl your one eye has nothing to do with it I liked you since we met at the prison. I could care less if you lost both your legs I'd still feel the same for you... It's me I'm a fucked up girl sooner or later you'd want to leave me."

He said hovering over me.

When we pulled away I laughed he did too and I kissed him again.

"Well your dad will be happy about this." I say.

"What?"

"I'll tell you about it later."

"You sure you'd date a guy with one eye?"
"It makes you look.... Sexy...... And more badass. "

"If that's the case then i'm kinda starting to like the idea of an eyepatch."

"Just wait till we find you one sheriff.  Get your hat and the patch and you'll definitely have me wooed." I say in a flirty tone.

He smiled and kissed me again.
