Love Story

   Once upon a time, in the ABC Kingdom, there was a VERY rich king, seriously, who wanted his son, prince Edward, to be independent, ready to take the responsible of the whole kingdom and sit on the throne. So, he sent his his son to the Magical Kingdom to work as a cook in a castle, where only lived a school girl named Jane and her stepfather named Zorkymork, who is an evil wizard who wants to kill the ACB kingdom’s prince to take the crown. After time, Edward fall in love with Jane and Jane was too but unfortunately, Zorkymork found out that the cook is prince Edward of ABC Kingdom so he planned to kill Edward.

   At the garden, in a beautiful sunset, where Jane is playing

-Jane – Edward said, coming out from a bush

- For god sake! You scared me! – Jane replied, her face suddenly changedfrom scared to blush – Yes, Edward?

- I’m sorry... f...for scaring you... – He took a short pause – I ...I ...w ...want ...to say th ....that ...

- That? – She asked, with her heart beating continuously

- I ... I ... l... – He paused and took a deep breath – I love you Jane, yes, you, I love you, will you be my lover?

   Jane feel her eyes wet, her heart beting rushly. She must say, she loved him from the first sight, and even more when she felt her heartbeat rush and her face blush when he is close. Suddenly, a shiver came along her spine, she felt her heart broken. He had no idea of who she really is, of the conversation, or an arguement exactly, happened last night...

- NO FATHER! I WON’T DO IT!

- That stinky rat would stop me from taking the throne from the old man at the ABC Kingdom! – Zorkymork said contemptously – You better listen to me, my dear, or you will get enough!

- But... but I...

- Love him? Oh come on, you’re not a child anymore – he said as he held her chin – He is no different from a playboy, I’m sure he would leave you for another lady. Didn’t you learn the lesson from the time you couple with James Ward?

-NO! He’s different! – Jane cried – I know he loves me truthfully! I don’t need gold or being royal, I just want to be loved! Go ahead and do your stupid play yourself, old man, cause I quit! I’m running away with him! – She yelled as she was about to run

- Well, well, this is true love, now... GO AND BE HAPPY IN THE MIRROR! – Zorkymork casted a spell on Jane and trapped her in a mirror

- Father? What are you doing? I’m your daughter! – she cried

- Step daughter exactly, and now... SHUT UP! – he shouted

- Nooooo! Edwardddd!!!

   Zorkymork let her out to the garden to listen to Edward’s confession, increasing the afraidness of the young school girl.

- Jane? Jane? Are you still there? What’s your answer? – Edward called her back from her thoughts

- Yes Edward? Ah! Edward, my answer? Well.... – her eyes was wet as she was thinking of the best answer – I have to go now!

   She shivered while she was running because she cried and afraid of going back to the mirror. She is now trapped in the mirror, once again, on the way to the Mysterious castle in the Unknown land with Zorkymork, waiting for Edward to come.

   He, Edward, didn’t find her in the castle after the afternoon in the garden. He was afraid and worried for Jane as he found a message which said: “If you want to rescue for little girl then go to the Mysterious castle and the Unknown land”. He decided togo into the wood as he met a bus driver

- Do you have a bus? – he asked – May I borrow it?

- Yes, but my bus is very old – the bus driver said – I think you should use my fire engine

- For free? – Edward was surprised as the bus driver nodded

   So Edward drove the fire engine into the wood but then he met a road intersection as he didn’t know where to go. A fairy appeared, said to him with a sugar voice: “My dear Edward, follow your heartbeat and you will find your way to Janey”. Edward came closer to the right road and his heart beated very fast so he chose that way and luckily, it was the right way as he saw a black and dusty castle right ahead.

   At the ticket booth

- One adult please! – Edward said to the old ticket salesman

- *cough cough* Here you are – The oldman said when he give Edard the ticket – Oh, *cough* just a moment!

   The oldman was away for about a minute and then back with a coat hanger.

- *cough* This will be your weapon to rescue your princess Janey – the oldman said – Remember, to rescue the girl, you must BREAK THE MIRROR!

   Suddenly, there was a yell of a girl at the summit of the castle. He knew that that was Jane’s voice so he ran quickly to the summit of the castle. He arrived, seeing no one but a mirror. Come closer, he saw Jane, crying desperately with many injuries on her arms and legs.

- Oh my dear Jane, I have come to rescue you! – Edward cried

- No, Edward, you must leave, NOW! – Jane yelled – Before Zorkymork sees you!

- You don’t have to wait, I’m here – Zorkymork appeared with his pet – a snake- on his shoulder

- Oh no! – Jane cried

   Edward quickly threw the coat hanger towards the mirror as it transformed into a sword. The mirror broke and Jane is released.

- Mwahahahaha, so you think its over? You really think she’s kidnapped? – Zorkymork laughed as he felt gloating – She is my servant and she will help me to destroy you so that I will be the king of ABC Kingdom

   He was shocked

- Jane, answer me, is he telling the truth? – Edward asked Jane in desperate

   Jane was totally silent

- I SAID ANSWER ME JANE! – he intensed – NOT JUST BEING SILENT! ANSWER ME! IS THAT TRUE?!

- Yes, Edward... but...

- NO BUT JANE! Now I’m hopeless, leave me alone! – He said to Jane, and told Zorkymork – Kill me, if you want! NOW I DON”T WANT TO LIVE ANYMORE!

- I will surely serve you well, your Majesty! – Zorkymork laughed as he told his snake to kill Edward and then, he threw it towards Edward

   Edward slowly closed his eyes, ready to suffer from the poison of the snake’s bite. But he fell down and felt heavy on his chest instead of the intense pain. He opened his eyes and curiously looked down on his chest.

- No! Jane! Nooo! – He yelled

   Jane soon saw the situation so she jumped out in front of  Edward to save him

- Jane, Jane, say something – he cried

- Edward, Edward, listen.... listen to me.... – Jane whispered softly

- Yes, yes, I’m here – Edward said as his tears fall

- Look – she said – I don’t mean to hurt you. I just can’t see any other way

- No, Jane, don’t leave me alone – he said rushly – I have forgive you, I love you, Jane, I will always be

- Then I am ready to go, I’m sorry – Jane said – I love........

- What? Jane, wake up! Don’t scare me, please Jane! Jane! Jane! Noooo!

   Suddenly, her body glowed as her spirit flies up in the air

- Goodbye, Edward, I will always love you and e beside you!

- Will you be back? – he asked, in desperate

- Someday, I don’t know! I have to go now! – Jane said as she flies upon the sky with her beautiful white wings

   After that, Zorkymork was arrested and Edward went back to his home to continue school. He never forget her and always love her.

   Few years later...

- Class – the teacher said – today we have a new student to our university

   Edward was sitting and starring at the window, missing Jane, tend to ignore his teacher

- She is going to seat next to Edward – the teacher said as he get out of the class – now have a nice day of studying

- Hi, I’m Jane – the new girl said

- Edward – he said, and suddenly, realised something, he looked at the girl. It was her: her face, her name, her voice, her personality. He couldn’t believe in his eyes

- “Maybe this is just an illusion, a result of thinking about her too bad” – he thought

- Isn’t this enough to have you realise me, Edward? Isn’t it enough? – Jane said

   He looked at her, cannot believe of what is happening. Suddenly, he hug her

- Jane? Is that you? What took you so long? It has been a long time, I miss you so bad! – Edward bursted in tears

- I said I will be back! – Jane cried – Edward, now I’m here, I miss you too, I love you!

   So they kissed, their first kiss of their life, proving a happy ending for their love story.
