The Chosen One
The chosen one.....
(a true love story)
He was the one who proposed
I was the one who disposed
When I looked into his longing eyes
I parted my lips for a No
But what emerged from it was otherwise
All I thought was fun
For me... He was the chosen one
He was so full of me
Sending me cards, flowers, gifts and text messages
I never knew what relationships are?
For I never had one
So I replied his love with none
Alien to the fact that
For me... He is the chosen one
He kept on showering his love
I had nothing for him, neither did I try
One day when he asked for his anticipated Touch
I walked to him, thinking enough of pretending
I confessed I was scared, I wasn't prepared
Love was the feeling I never had
I looked at his face sad
Glad that he wasn't mad
My one sided story was coming to an end
The fact remained hidden
For me... He was the chosen one
Surprising his love was for me
Calmly he said
He would wait
He never was in a hurry
Life is too big to stop before we begin
He convinced me noneth to worry
Like a princess to me he still treated
For he truly believed
For me... he was the chosen one
We talked, we shared
Moments of togetherness
Learnt how similar were we
And how strangely different
He liked pizzas and pastas
I preferred homemade breads
Agate was both our holiday destination Vegas
Lost in happiness friends were we
And my fears were now gone
But To reality I still was ignorant
For me.. He was the chosen one
One day he uttered coherent
Lets get married
So that we stayed committed
His excuse; full of errands he needed company
When I was full of denies
Cognisance had overtaken my family's economies
A shiny band in my ring finger now shone
Formally...He became the chosen one
It was an obligation to say Yes
So sweet he gave such sweet promises
That even as husband and wife
He gifted me a separate life
I therefore was me
And he still loved me
Without any expectations
Our wedding was a mere celebration
Stupid me was oblivion
For me...he was the chosen one
Strangely and surely we went
On an elaborated honeymoon
Which was no honey and only moon
But my face fully bloomed
For I was blessed with a friend
Who I knew was always there
Till life paused at a dead end
He never complained, never did he groan
Lucky I was
For me... He was the chosen one
Some might call it was bizzaire
Some might call it was funny
But I assumed it to be perfect
For there was nothing to expect
We were good as we existed
Sometimes happy, sometimes merry
Even fought on matters we disagree
My life was awesome
For me... He was the chosen one
I know for him I made it Hard
Lying on the bed besides him
I ignored his $exual pain
When overnight on his shoulders I sustained
He always had feelings for me
His body craved for mine
But never did he whine
He patiently waited for me to learn
For me... He was the chosen one
I was strongly falling
Him being a such a great human being
I suddenly found my self gawking
At his lonely picture
His facial features chiseled
His body perfectly muscled
Still I refrained
Locking myself being insane
Failing to accept the fact
This marriage no longer was pact
The truth was yet to be drawn
For me... He was the chosen one
I was being ruthlessly selfish
Enjoying all his love and attention
His undue comprehension
Still sulking for fake freedom
For he was always ready to give
Expecting nothing in return
My lack of knowledge, never showed his frown
For me... He was the chosen one
It was my bad, misusing what I had
So destiny swayed the magic wand
Putting me to the bed
When I saw how much he cared
Watching me, feeding me and medicated
Staying awake for me overnight
His eyes shone with tears
Losing me was his deadly fear
Been blessed with his true love
I was the lucky one
For me... He was the chosen one
I gathered all my willpower
Pushed myself against the infection
Walking to him, I opened my heart
Told the truth as it was my confession
This illness was not strong enough to tear us apart
He kissed me which was so very tender
Scared of hurting me, he tried it gentler
He held me like a delicate fern
Today I know
For me.... He is the chosen one
Days and weeks past by
I stand lost in the thoughts of my own
He pulled me into his arms
Where I melted like a mercury ball
Out in the porch, when it started raining
I saw his eyes gleaming, his lips inviting
I pressed mine to his
Crazy feeling was this
I stepped back giving him rejection
Butterflies, sparklers to me were new
I found it difficult to reckon
For me... He is the chosen one
I pecked him like usual on his cheeks
Which he returned back with a deepening kiss
I tightened my grip into his soft curls
Staring deeply into his brown pearls
I no longer feared, shy I was no more
I loved him to the core
I enjoyed our bodies lifted to paradise
Lost in his lusty moans
He said I Love You
I repeated it once, twice and thrice
Today my conscience has to know
For me... He is the chosen one
And we lived happily ever after
In love we are glued
Like normal couples
We make love, kiss, care and argue
I love reading books
His interests are playstation
Watching movies we enjoy in unison
Our love has changed
And He iis no longer gentl
His kisses are more hot and passionate
Burning me into jolts of desires
Today I have learnt
And he has always believed
For each other... We were chosen one:)
