"Aditi yeh kya bachpana hai.. raat bhar call kar raha tha.. ", said Vikrant. "Phone kyu nahi uthaya tumne "

"Mein thak gayi.. thi na isliye ", Aditi replied and got engrossed in her work.

Vikrant sat on Aditi's desk. "Are you sure tum mujhse kuch chupa nahi rahi ho ?"

"Nahi.. mein bhala.. kya chupaungi ? "

"Kaal kya hua tha phir ? ", Asked Vikrant staring deep into her eyes

"Kuch.. kuch.. bhi toh nahi Vikrant "

"Jhut kyu bol rahi ho.. kalse tumhara behavior ajeeb hogaya hai.. Jab kuch sidhe-sidhe puch raha hu batao warna mujhe bhi tareeke ate hai "

"I think case zyda important hai abhi ", said Aditi and picked the file and walked away.

Vikrant noticed marks on Aditi's hand but decided to ignore it for the moment.

Both got engrossed in the case. Later they found that Nitya was staying in the room with her husband and her teenage child. Some gang had barged into their room and killed her husband and raped both her and her daughter. She was evanging for revenge.

Aditi and Vikrant managed to catch the gang and talk to the ghost and set her free.

Later that same evening

"Aditi please talk to me yaar.. Tum itna distant kyu behave kar rahi ho.. Kya hua hai.. Tum uss dawai wali baat se naraz ho kya ?", Asked Vikrant while following her.

"Aisa.. kuch.. nahi hai ", replied Aditi

"I know tum ussi baat se naraz ho,  mein tumhe sab batane hi wala tha.. I guess abhi hi sahi time hai.. mein woh dawai.. tumhare gayab hone ke baad lene laga.. bhaut affect hogaya tha mein.. mein bardash nahi karpaya.. tum mere akho ke samne hi gayab hogayi aur mein kuch nahi karpaya.. anti- depressants the woh  "

"Vikrant ", muttered Aditi and had tears in her eyes. Aditi hugged Vikrant.

"Sussh ! Shant hojao ". Vikrant patted Aditi's back and she snuggled more closer .

"I'm sorry.. I know meine tumhe assault karne ko try kiya hai.. lekin trust me mein hosh mein nahi tha aur aisa kabhi karta bhi nahi "

Aditi was startled .
"Tumhe yeh sab kaise ? "

"Tumhare haath aur gardan pe nishan dekhar smajh gaya tum kitne bhi ache se chuppa lo, Acp Vikrant see kuch nahi chipta .. "

Aditi chuckled .
"Mujhe nahi smajh araha tha kuch  meine jaise bhi react kiya.. darr ke maare kiya and I know apne hosh aur awaj mein Vikrant Singhal kabhi mere saath waise kuch bhi nahi karega "

"Phir bhi I'm sorry phir bhi "

Aditi could see the guilt in his eyes .
"You always looked out for me Vikrant aur woh beeti baato koh bhula doh Let's starts fresh "

"I will always look out for you", added Vikrant. "Abh patner ke liye itna banta hai "

Aditi nodded .

"Aditi I think I.. mein tumse-

A hawaldar interrupted,"Jai Hind sir "

Vikrant mentally cursed him .
"Jai Hind "
"Kya baat hai ? "

"Sir, aap dono ke liya Shahpur ke nizam ka bulava aya hai "

"Kyu ?", asked Aditi

"Sir, unhe lagta hai ek bhootni ne unki biwi ko vash mein kar liya hai.. phir woh Nizamaabaad wale.. Nizam "

"Kounse ?", Asked Vikrant

"Vikrant.. naseeba mehal wale "

"Ha toh unka kya firse bhoot ke paalle pad gaye ? ", asked Vikrant.

"Nahi unhone apko suggest kiya hai iss case ke liye ", said the hawaldar .

"Duniya bhaar ke nizamo ko hum hi milte hai kya ?", mumbled Vikrant.

"Toh abh karna hai Vikrant ?", Aditi questioned back .

"Milte hai isse.. Ek aur bhoot ko moksh dilwa dete hai aur kya ?"

Aditi shook her head while chuckling .

Next Day

"Dekhiye aap logo ke baare mein humne bhaut sunna hai.. abh apse yehi darkhawsat hai ki aap humari Begum Ramzani ki madat kaare ", said the nizam."Meri beti Dua badi pareshan rehne lagi thi.. usne hi aapke baare mein bataya "

"Dekhiye hum apki purri madat karenge aap nischind hojayie ", said Aditi

A girl came running down the stairs
"Abu ammi ko-

She stopped in her tracks after seeing Vikrant .

"Abu woh ammi ko.. phirse pagalpan ka daura aya hai "

Vikrant & Aditi rushed after the girl and saw the women with bizaare hair and red eyes. She glared at Vikrant and Aditi.

"MEIN MAAR DALUNGI SABKO ", shouted Ramzani

Ramzani picked up a knife and ran towards the Nawab. She raised the knife in mid air and attacked. Vikrant held her hand forcefully. Aditi pulled back the Nawab. Ramzani went unconscious.

Dua hugged Vikrant with all her might. "Thank you.. Thank you.. humare abba huzoor ki jaan bachane ke liye aapka shukriya  "

Aditi coughed.

Vikrant understood what she meant to say and pushed her away. "Yeh toh mera farz tha "

The whole day passed with solving the case. Vikrant was constantly bugged by Dua and Aditi seemed irritated.

"Seriously, yeh Dua ne tumhe smajh ke kya rakha hai apna private chaffeur ! "

"Tumhe kyu itni takleef ho rahi hai Aditi ", asked Vikrant with a smirk plastered on his face.

"Mujhe koi takleef nahi ho rahi.. jake chipak ke bheto usse Dua se.. mujhe  toh baas case ki fikar hai .. "

Vikrant moved close to her.
"Acha "

Aditi nodded.

Dua barged in the room.
"Vikrant.. ma par phir se woh bhoot.. woh bhoot ka attack hua hai.. jaldi ayie please "

Vikrant and Aditi looked at each and then just follow and ran behind her to Ramzani's room.

"TUM YAHA KYA KAR RAHE HO ?", asked the women

"Koun ho tum ?", Aditi asked
"Kyu piche padi ho iss pariwaar ke ?"

"Genekia Rawal hai mera naam "
"Koi Ramzani-wamzani nahi hu mein.. Dua ki asli ma hu.. Nawab saab ki pheli biwi "

The women held Aditi neck.
"Meri beti ko joh chayie woh usse milega "

"Vi-kra-...ant "
Aditi choked.

Vikrant pulled the women's hand away."Chodo usse.. "

Ramzani again went unconscious .

Vikrant held Aditi's face in worry.
"Are you ok.. Tum thik ho.. tumhe kuch hua toh nahi-

"Paani ", Aditi interrupted

Vikrant made her drink water from the glass and rubbed her back.

"Mein thik hu abhi Vikrant"

Dua seemed to be shattered. She was crying in one corner of the room. Vikrant went towards her and she started crying on his shoulder.

The Nawab was also shocked and was sitting on the bed while looking at Ramzani.

"Hum smajh sakte hai.. tumpe kya beet Dua ", said Aditi. "Itna sab ek din mein ho raha hai tumahre saath "

"TUM NAHI SMAJH SAKTI ", Dua cried out loud. "Vikrant please kuch karo kaam se kaam meri step mom ko toh bacha lo "

Aditi frowned .

"I think tumhe Aditi ki baat mani chayie.. uska iss field mein mujhse zyda experience hai "

Dua nodded and wiped her tears.

"Tumhe Genekia ji ko tumahri ammi ka darjah dena hoga.. tumhe hi unhe smajhana hoga ki woh Ramzani ji ko chod de "

"Nawab saab.. apko bhi iski madat karni hogi phir hi.. Genekia manegi"

The Nawab nodded.
"Genekia aur mein ek dusre se bhaut pyaar karte the lekin woh dusre mazhab ki thi isliye abba huzoor ne hamre nikah se saaf mana kardiya. Ussi beech Dua hui, Abba huzoor ne gusse mein akar hamri nikah Ramzani ke sath padwa diya aur Ramzani ma nahi ban sakti thi isliye Dua ko unke godh mein dal diya gaya "

"Aur Genekia ka kya hua ?", Asked Aditi

"Uska kuch pata nahi, Abba huzoor ne hum dono ko milne hi nahi diya phir jaise umar badi milne ki zarurat bhi nahi padi "

The Nawab rushed outside of the room crying .

"Lagta hai Genekia ki haali mein maut hui hai.. ", stated Vikrant. "Aditi humhe pata lagana hoga "

"Vikrant.. hum.. ammi.. ammi ko kaise bachaye.. humari ammi.. ", Dua cried more snuggling more close to Vikrant .

"Meine kha na.. tumhe Genekia ko smajhna hoga.. yeh kaam filhaal ke liye tum hi karsakti ho kyuki Genekia tumhare liye wapis ayi hai "

"Mein.. mein yeh kaise karungi Vikrant mujhe kuch-

Aditi interrupted,"Baat mujhse kar rahi ho toh Vikrant-Vikrant kyu jhap-

Vikrant interrupted and glared.
"ADITI"

Dua cried even more.

Aditi exited the room in anger. Vikrant
did not follow her, he continued to pacify Dua.

After a while both Aditi and Vikrant were investigation about Genekia. Joshi was explaining them about her. Vikrant noticed that Aditi has not spoken a word .

"Joshi abh tum jao ", ordered Vikrant  "Aage ka hum dekh lenge "

Joshi nodded and went .

"Kya hua hai Aditi ?"

"Kuch nahi "
"Mujhe baat nahi karni tumse "

"Apna bachpana kab chodegi ? "

"Kabhi nahi "

Vikrant smiled at her innocence .

"Abh batao Asp madam ko kis baat ka gussa hai ? "

"Kissi baat ka nahi baas woh Dua se dur raho "

"Jealous I see "

"Ha.. hu jealous mein ", replied Aditi "Haak hai-

Vikrant nudged in.
"Kounsa haak ?"

Aditi blushed a shade of red.
"Dekha hai meine.. kaise uske chipkane par blush karte ho "

"Topic mat ghumao ", said Vikrant
"Aur waise bhi mein hu hi itna handsome ki koi bhi marr jaye mere upar "

"Yeah dream on ", said Aditi while still blushing

Suddenly a chair came flying in the air about to hit Aditi. Vikrant ducked Aditi the other side.

Aditi was shocked and shaken .

"Tum thik ho Aditi ? ", asked Vikrant while helping her stand.

"Ha lekin humhe jaldi karni hogi  mujhe pata hai yaha kya ho raha hai "

Aditi held Vikrant's hand and they ran towards Ramzani's room. There Ramzani was possessed by Genekia. There was Dua present in the room trying to convince her. The doors closed shut before the Nawab could get in. The Nawab was left banging the door.

"Genekia tum apni beti ko sab kuch dilwa nahi sakti kabhi kabhi choices aage wale ke upar hote hai ", said Aditi

"AAAEEE CHUP ", shouted Ramzani in Genekia's voice."MERI BETI JOH SAAB CHAHEGI WOH USSE MILGEA ... "

"Genekia smajhne ki koshish karo tum apni beti ka bhala nahi kar rahi ho.. tum ussa dara rahi ho.. Ramzani ko chod do "

"Ha please chod dijiye ammi ko.. mein aapko joh chayie woh dungi.. please chod dijiye unhne.. isme unki koi galti nahi hai ", Dua added.

"Ramzani dekho kabhi kisne mujhse kha tha pyaar ko hasil nahi kiya jasakta.. Dua ko time dedo woh tumhe apna legi ", said Vikrant. "Aapke aisa karna Dua ki life barbaad horahi hai"

"NAHI AGAR MERI BETI KUCH CHAYE TOH WOH USSE ZARUR MILEGA..  PRINCESS HAI MERI DUA.. MERI PRINCESS "

"Vikrant Dua ko bilkul pasand nahi karta hai ", Aditi said firmly. "Mujhe pata hai tum kya chati ho "

Vikrant was shocked after hearing this statement was definitely a understate- ment .

"MEIN KAISE MAN LU KI TU DHOKA NAHI DE RAHI HAI MUJHE ", Shouted Ramzani and went near Aditi and held her in the air.

"Kyuki mein Aditi se pyaar karta hu ", said Vikrant and took Aditi out of Ramzani's grasp. "Aur bhaut sun li teri chu-chapad agar meri Aditi ko phirse haath bhi lagya na toh aisa mokshah dilwaunga ki tu saath janmo tak yaad rakhegi "

Dua had tears in her eyes.

"Vikrant ", Aditi gasped for air.

"Aditi kuch mat bolo aaj isse toh mein dekhunga "

Dua interrupted spreading her hands before Ramzani, "Aap aisa kuch nahi karenge "

"Dekhiye Genekia ji mana ki aap humari ammi ha lekin jiske shareer mein aap hai abhi woh bhi humari ammi hai.. humhe aap dono ki fikar hai aur yeh joh sab aap hamre liye kar rahi hai hum uske sukhar guzar hai lekin abh aap ruk jayie.. band kijiye yeh sab.. hum aapke samne haath jodte hai "

Ramzani had tears in her eyes, she hugged Dua. "Meri beti.. meine joh kiya tumhare liye kiya.. "

Ramzani went unconscious in Dua's arms. Dua cryed while hugging her.
The door opened and the Nawab walked in, helped Dua to get Ramzani on the bed .

On the other hand Aditi hugged Vikrant.

"Dekho.. tumhare rishtedaaro se ache se baat ki meine aaj.. ekdum unke tareeke se ", said Vikrant

Aditi smacked his chest and suddenly lost her balance. Vikrant held her.
"Aditi tumhe chot lagi hai phele nahi bata sakti thi ... "

"Ha woh chair se lag gayi aur agae phele bataya hota toh tum mujhe ek kamre mein band kardete aur akele case solve karte.. "

"Tumhari fikar karta hu.. isliye band karta aur yeh faltu reasons mujhe mat do "

"Aapka bhaut bhaut sukhriya ", said the Nawab and joined his hands.
"Aditi ji.. lagta hai aapki tabeyat kharab hai.. Ramu inko kamre tak le jaao "

Vikrant escorted Aditi towards the room. A doctor was called to check on Ramzani and Aditi.

In the hall room

"Vikrant.. mein tumhara sukhriya kaise karu kuch smajh nahi raha.. mein apne galtiyo ke liye bhaut sharminda bhi hu ", said the Nawab

"Dekhiye yeh meri duty thi aur agar apko maafi mangi hai toh apni beti se mangiye ga "

"Abbu.. humhe Vikrant see baat karni hai ammi ke baare mein ", Said Dua. "Akele mein"

The Nawab nodded and left.

"I'm sorry Vikrant ", said Dua.
"Humhe na Aditi se maafi mangni chayie lekin hum mein unko face karne ki shakti aur himmat dono nahi hai.. hum bhaut sharminda hai "

"Dekho Dua mein tumse zyda kuch toh nahi kahunga baas apni ammi ka khayal rakhna.. Bye ", said Vikrant

"Allahmiya kare aap dono ki jodi sada banye rakhe ", said Dua while smiling

"Thank you "

Aditi's guest room .

Aditi was sitting on the bed lost in her thoughts. Vikrant knocked on the open door.

"Huh ", Aditi shook her thoughts away. "Tum kab aye ?"

"Jab mohatarmma aap khayal mein khoyi thi "

Vikrant sat on the bed next to her .

"Inn pichle dinno mein bhaut kuch hogaya na humare saath "

Vikrant held her hands.
"Right humare saath "

Both looked deep in each other's eyes.

"Tum saach mein mujhse pyaar-

Vikrant interrupted,"Abh kya kare mohtarma aap hai hi itni hassen ki kisko bhi aapse mohabbat ho jati.. hum kya bala hai ?"

"Tumhe nahi lagta ki Nawabo ke ghar tumhari zyda Urdu nikalti hai "

"Maybe ", replied Vikrant
"I love you Aditi.. mein tumhe bata nahi sakta usse bhi zyda pyaar karta hu baas pichle kuch dino ne bolne ke liye himmat dedi.. "

"Acha mera kaam namak wala khaana khana roz khaane ke liye tayaar ho ", asked Aditi

"Ha bilkul "

"Meri imperfect life mein kyu aana chahte ho ?", Aditi asked with heaviness in her eyes and tears brimming in it .

"Taaki usse perfect bana sakta hu..  tumhare real parents ko bhi saath dhund nikalna hai.. Vanraaj ko pakadna hai.. kaafi kaam hai toh Asp tum aram karo aur jaldi thik hojao "

Vikrant kissed her forehead .
