Tears trickled down his face. The snow felt like blades as they fell on him.

"CAYDEN!"

His knees buckle making him fall on the pavement.

His cries echo through the neighborhood.

"What's going on?! Why are you in this storm?"

It was Jade, she had heard Aiden bellowing like a straight cat. She helps him up. She had never seen Aiden be like this, except for the time when...she gasps.

"He left? What happened?"

"I...I messed up. He ran off before I could explain"

She sighs, walking him back to his house.

"Sit down while I make you something warm to drink"

"Thanks mom"

Once the coffee was made, Aiden told His mother what had happened and Jade was livid.

"Who the fuck does she think she is? If I had known she was trouble i wouldn't have introduced you to her"

Yes, Jade was the one who introduced them. Nithya's mother, Caryn were coworkers at the hospital so they figured it would be nice for their kids to be friends.

"Mom don't blame yourself. All we have to do now is find Cayden, it's snowing real hard tonight"

Jade nods.

"Your father and I will go look for him. You stay here in case he comes back"

Aiden gave his mother a sad sigh.

"You won't, this time I'll be there to encourage you on"

He smiles.

"Thanks mom"

"Don't worry sweetie, now stay warm. I'll be back, hopefully with good news"

Once the door closed, Aiden stood up and went to their bedroom. Cayden's scent still lingered in the air. Apple pie and strawberry bath bomb. He chuckles and lies in bed.

He dials Cayden's number. It rang three times then the call got cut off. He sighs.

"Cayden.....please come back"

She opens the door slowly, she sees Cayden sitting on the bed, looking out the window. She sighs and sits next to him.

"Cayden....you have to go back to him"

The man remained silent, he knew he had overreacted. How? Because on his way out he realized that there was a 95% chance of Nithya lying so she could break them up and he doesn't know if Aiden would want him back again.

"I'm sure he hates me" he whispers.

Jade hugged him from the side. When she was in the living room enjoying her daily talk shows, Cayden stormed in crying that he felt stupid to believe Nithya. When she asked what happened, Cayden just cried.

Fortunately, Aiden's screams outside gave her an advantage to know what was going on. It was pretty entertaining for her, except for the part where the boys got their feelings hurt.

"Aiden walked through the storm looking for you.....he wants you back Cayden"

"He....he does?"

She nods.

"Mhm,go to him"

Cayden fiddles with his fingers.

"But....but what if he changes his mind"

Jade laughs softly.

"Honey, you're the only person Aiden is going to love, if it's not you then I'm afraid he'll be single forever."

He sighs. To be honest he was feeling the same way, if he and Aiden were to break up, what would happen? Would he go back to the shelter and never find love again?

"Stop overthinking, collect your emotions and we'll go back to Aiden's once you're ready"

He nods.

"Thanks" he says, Jade kisses him on the head.

"Don't worry about it sweetie you'll be fine. I have some cocoa downstairs if you want any"

A bell chimes as the door opens. Jaxon looks up and sees Luis, covered in snow.

"Hey there frosty, what you doing here?"

Luis placed his coat on the rack and sat down at a table, enjoying the warmth of the blasting air conditioner.

"I was on my way home but got caught in the storm, figured I'd keep you company"

Jaxon places a latte on the table and sits next to him.

"You know....if you missed me just say that"

Luis scoffed, taking a sip of the hot beverage.

"If i missed you you'd know"

Jaxon looks at him, he brushes the small snowflakes off Luis's eyebrows.

"It seems we're stuck here. What should we do?"

Luis looks around the cafe.

"I have an idea. Let's bake some cookies and cakes"

Jaxon chuckles. He never saw Luis as the baking type.

"You bake? I'd love to see that"

"Let's place a bet then. If i made a good looking and tasty cake, you pay me with...let's say, a strip tease"

Jaxon smirked.

"If you wanted to see me naked you can just ask" he says and squeaks as Luis pulled him close.

"I want to make it interesting, maybe I'll lick buttercream off your cock or something"

Jaxon runs his hand over Luis's head.

Luis watched Jaxon walk off into the kitchen. He looks at the man's butt and he sucks in his bottom lip.

Aiden practically jumped to his feet once Jade entered the house. His eyes widen when he sees Cayden following behind her.

"Okay boys, you're reunited. Talk things out. Cayden, remember what we talked about okay?"

He nods

"Okay"

She looks at them with a soft smile and walks out.

Aiden hugged Cayden, tightly.

"I'm so sorry Cayden, this is all my fault"

Cayden hugged him back,

"It's my fault too, i should have listened and trusted you. I'm so sorry"

They pulled away from each other and laughed through their tears.

"You're an ugly crier" Aiden teases, Cayden lightly punches him on the shoudler.

"You have snot coming down to your lips"

They sit down, now feeling calm and collected. Cayden speaks up,

"Did you have sex with her before you met me?"

"Yes....I'm sorry"

"No don't apologize....it's normal for a man your age to have multiple sex partners"

Cayden sighs and holds Aiden's hand.

"We have to do something about Nithya. We both know she won't stop until we've broken up"

Aiden nods. What would they do though?

Cayden beats him to it.

"I have a plan"
