The following day, Cayden was in the kitchen making breakfast. Just as he plated up, the front door opens and Aiden enters.

The man had dark circles around his eyes due to lack of sleep. Cayden smiles and hands him a cup of coffee.

"You should get to bed"

Aiden takes a sip and sighs, he pulls Cayden closer for a hug. He could smell the strawberry bath bomb on his skin as he took in the man's scent.

"You smell yummy"

Cayden pulls away, blushing.

"Go get some sleep, I'll be here when you wake up"

Aiden shook his head. Clearly he had other plans than sleep.

"Or....we can get in the bath tub and have fun"

Cayden sighs.

"That can wait. You should really get some sleep, I'll make it extra special" he says, finishing with a wink.

Giving up, Aiden nods. He stomps his way upstairs making Cayden chuckle at his antics.

While Aiden was getting some rest, Cayden figured it would be best if he spent the morning with Jade. He wants her to not feel as if he was distancing away from her.

He grabs his coat and put on his boots and went out. The snow was beginning to melt and the sun will be up in a few days, Cayden couldn't wait. Spring is his favourite season.

The door opens and Jade smiles seeing her visitor.

"Hey there neighbor, come in come in"

"Why did you leave? The day when Nithya told you those things....your first instinct was to leave...why?"

"Cayden, relationships aren't easy. We all go through problems but you can't leave without trying to fix things....You leaving makes Aiden sad and I don't want that on your conscience....promise me, whatever happens between the both of you, you'll always find a way to fix things"

"I know and it's okay.....you can come to me if you have problems. When i was still using my dead name, people weren't that nice to me and there were times when i wanted to leave, especially when i saw how my problems affected Tucker but we worked things out. Trust me, it works and if it doesn't then it's okay, atleast you would've tried"

Cayden was really touched, clearly Jade has been the mother he's always been seeking for. He smiles.

"Then I promise, I will not give up so easily"

"That's my boy. Now excuse me, i have some muffins to take out of the oven"

Luis was helping Sandy out with moving the furniture inside the shelter. Ever since he started working here, Luis has been a victim of baby fever, hopefully Jaxon feels the same. He blushes, did he just include Jaxon into his family plans?

Before he could respond, there was a knock at the door. The two share a look and Luis goes to tend to it.

He opens the door and he's met with a woman wearing a long artic fox coat, black sunglasses to hide her eyes and bright red lipstick on her lips.

The woman exhales and pushes Luis to the side, she enters.

"Where is Sandy?"

Sandy frowned hearing that voice.

"What do you want Winona?"

Winona takes off her shades, the Dolce and Gabbana logo on the side flashing as it connected with the lights.

"Where is my son?"

"Your son left, what made you think he'll still be here?"

Winona looks around, she scoffs.

"I wouldn't blame him, this place is so run down. I can smell the toilet all the way from here"

Luis frowns and steps forward.

"If it's that bad then why did you leave your child here? Cleary you chose this place for a reason"

Winona turns to him, she eyes Luis up and down. His attire made her snarl.

Luis scowls, he'd never met such a person before.

"Who the fuck was that?" He asks. Sandy sighs, shaking her head.

"Her name is Winona, he's Cayden's mother"

He closes the door behind him and walks back to his home. When he opened the door he saw Aiden coming down the stairs.

Aiden smiled and hugged him. He sighs.

"Aiden we live in the same house"

Cayden touches Aiden on the cheek, he meets the man's blue eyes and he smiles.

Cayden pulls away, face flushed red. He smiles.

Aiden kisses him once more, they lean against the door and pins Cayden's hands over his head.
