Bucky's POV

I was walking on the streets when someone hit me.

I went to a meeting with our wedding planner and then, since I was close to the hospital, I was going to give Dr. Tyler an invitation for the wedding; he saved my life, both Steve and I agreed in inviting him.

And this is why I was walking that day, when that guy hit me making both fall on the ground.

-Oh my God I am so sorry! Are you ok?!- he asked and I nodded.

-Yes don't worry. Are you?- I asked while we were both standing.

-Yes yes- he said -I am sorry, I was running because my sister is leaving the hospital today and I don't want to be late-.

-Oh! Well I was going to the hospital too actually- I said and we bith started walking.

He asked me why I was going there so I told him about the cancer and how I survived it.

-My sister had an accident... It is a miracke that she is here. They transferred her here in US so that she can have better cures and they want her to stay here until she has totally recovered- that guy told me -Oh I am Pietro by the way-.

-Bucky, nice to meet you- I said shaking his hand.

-Oh now I know where I have already seen you! You are Carol's friend!- he said.

-Are we talking about the same Carol?- I asked confused.

-The photographer? Blonde hair?- he said.

-Yes that is her. I didn't know she know you- I said.

-Well it is a long story- Pietro said smiling -She is my sister's fiancee ex-girlfriend-.

-Oh...- I said.

Ok Carol had to explain me a couple of things.

A few minutes later we arrived at the hospital and I went to give Dr. Tyler the invitation; he wws very happy about the wedding and he saie he would have been there for sure!

Then, Pietro wanted me to meet his sister and I accepted, since she apparently was Carol's friend.

-Hey сестра- he said.

His sister's name was Wanda; she was a very pretty girl and looked very nice too.

-Hey родной брат- she said hugging him -Who is he?-.

She pointed at me and I smiled.

-Hi- I said -I am Bucky, I met your friend while he was coming here. He told me you know my friend, Carol-.

-Oh you are that Bucky!- she said and she came hugging me -Nice to meet you! I am Wanda-.

-Ready to go?- Pietro said and she nodded.

-Say hi to Carol from me and tell her that her photos are amazing- she said.

-I will!- I said.

Carol's POV

From: B.B.
Hey Carol! I am at the usual café, meet me in 10 minutes? Steve is at work and I am bored.

I smiled and texted "Yes".

I was bored too, Peggy was at work too and thinking about Nat and about how happy she was without me hurt too much.

I definitely need distractions.

-Hi!- I said sitting in front of Bucky.

-Hi! Did I disturb you?- he asked.

-You never disturb me- I said smiling.

-I wanted to talk actually... I met a guy this morning and he told me that his sister is your friend. And his sister is your ex-girlfriend's fiancee- I said and she listened -Now, your ex is Nat and if her fiancee is here she probably is here too and I am sure that she tried to contact you, am I right?-.

Carol nodded, lowering her head.

-Yeah you are... I didn't want to make you worry, this is why I didn't tell you- she said.

-Carol, I don't want to see you suffer like that time!- I said -I don't prohibe you to see her, Wanda or whoever you want, but if any of th hurts you then come to me and I'll kill all of them. I can't see you suffer-.

She smiled and we hugged.

-I love you Bucky, you are the best friend ever- she said.

-Love you too Carol-.

-Actually, I want to say something... I... I slept with Nat some nights ago... We were drunk and...- Carol said.

-YOU WHAT?!- a voice said behind me and when I turned my heart stopped: behind me there was Peggy.
