Third person P. O. V

Artemis and Apollo shot arrows at Hades. His eyes zeroed on them immediately and ran in their direction. Hermes and Dionysus ran to intervene, but there was little they could do. Hermes swung his caduceus but in a second Hades had taken it and blew Hermes to smithereens. Dionysus swung his thyrsus but Hades dropped so fast that his image seem to multiply. He placed his hand on the floor and the earth rose in Dionysus flinging him into a building.

People charged him, but they couldn't do anything. He swung his sword, throwing a body with the sword. He jumped on a person pushing them in the earth, and he flung himself into the air. He did flips, killing people.

Demeter ran at Hades, and he ran to meet her. He dived and phased into her and out, with a golden river of liquid. Golden blood- blood of the immortals, Ichor. Demeter took a shaky step, her body visibly aging. Her next step: she became a shriveled husk and her last, she fell.

Hades swung the golden blood around and around, until he released it towards the army. It suddenly expanded into giant, watery blade, cutting through hundreds of soldiers and gods alike. How he managed to manipulate blood like that was beyond anyone.

Hades turned to Apollo. Apollo kept his distance, but not even the god of the sun could match Hades speed. He stood before the sun god and punched the light right out of him. Apollo tried desperately to run but the king of the underworld had him trapped. Artemis tried to help her brother. She took aim and energy collected on the point of the arrow. When she let it fly, it sailed straight... through Hades and killed Apollo.

She screamed and changed form into a giant deer (her animal) and charged Hades. Hades disregarded Apollo's body and charged too. Athena yelled for Artemis to stop but she was driven by rage for her fallen brother. A brother that Hades had promised to kill with her bow.

Hades leaped off the rooftop and jumped onto the neck of the giant deer( Artemis) with enough force to topple the deer. His hands sparked with Underworld magic and the deer began to change into a giant humanoid, disfigured woman. One of the giants Artemis had slain long before. She ran away in disgrace.

What remained of the army surged him again but with a stomp of his foot they were thrown back. It would seem that The Remnants were nothing but leaves in the breeze that Hades continued to blow away and the gods were falling fast. Hades raised Apollo's bow and, with deadly accuracy, shot an arrow clean through Artemis' head.

A roar went up. Zeus surged from the sky and thousands of lightning bolts littered the street, killing thousands of Remnants. But out of the smoke, shot a missile just like Zeus lightning bolt, at Zeus himself. The lord of the universe smacked it away and kicked Hades in the chest. The first hit the god had received.

Midair still, Zeus appeared above Hades and tried punching him again only for him to block it. Zeus, lightning flickering around his form, tried again. And again. And again. But to no prevail. Hades was slow the first time. A bit faster the second time and on the third he was, too, flickering in his own lightning. And as fast as the flash, Hades had switched places with Zeus and punched him onto the street leaving a massive crater, Zeus the centre.

Poseidon appeared behind Hades and was about to impale him when Hades caught his throat before he could. Poseidons godly veins started turning black and sizzling filled the air.

"Do you fear me now?" Hades voice carried over the street, talking to all the wounded, all the dead. "You underestimated me, brothers but the days that Hades stays in the dark are over."

Hades readied the final blow. Zeus was unmoving and Poseidon was dying from the toxic touch of the god. The other gods, that were still walking (Dionysus, Hera, Hephaestus and Athena) just stared. He had taken down all the rest.

Now I don't think you readers understand. Hades had started with 16 targets: 12 Olympians and four mortal enemies. In the space of ten minutes, he had killed an entire army, eight of the gods and one of the mortal enemies, Toni. In that space, he had used power over blood, fire, lightning, immense strength and speed, phasing and the touch of Death. All of that in exactly 9 minutes and fifty seconds.

He certainly made his point.

"Leave him to me." said a voice, it's origin a grieve stricken Zoe. She flickered in purple energy of her own. "Take the rest back to Olympus and heal them. I will handle him from here."

Athena looked at her as if she was crazy, "Are you insane? Fighting him alone will certainly mean instant death. You can't do this. We will fight with you. It is our fault anyways. "

Hades dropped a broken Poseidon and watched the scene unfold from within the crater. Zoe didn't know what she would do to stop Hades but she was going to do it.

"You can't fight him as much as your father could, Athena because you're all Olympians. I am not. I am a primordial goddess. This is the cause of your problems. Olympians can't fight him, not a Thales, not a Hades. But others, on the other hand, can. Take your fallen gods. I will handle him. " Zoe assured Athena.

Hades jumped in one motion out the crater. He smirked and stared at Zoe. She returned the stare. Today was the day it ended.

"Just you and me again, Sweetheart. Let's finish this. " Hades settled himself, ready for attack.

Zoe's energy became worse and began to take form. It enveloped her before expanding into a massive upper half of an armored female. She was transparent purple, a replica of Nyx holding two swords.

"Yes Hades, let's finish this and let me send you back to your prison of a home." Zoe said, her face filled to the brim with anger.

The wind picked up. Hades own energy poured out of him like a broken faucet. It too surrounded him and grew to take its form: a black armored Hades with some sort of giant staff. It roared and filled the city with the awful sound.

"Let's end this." Hades agreed.

And they charged each other.
