Hades POV
She will know my pain.

That's what echoed in my mind. I had locked Jake's mind away, refraining him from stopping me. Zoe deserved this, no matter how bad Persephone was she had married me and therefore she'll always be mine.

I was walking away from her, my last line settling. She had the nerve to tell Jake to kick me out his body, but she could host Nyx? Unacceptable! That's a three-year relationship with too much pain, too much suffering for us to just separate. Still though because of all the trauma, it made our relationship sticky and I'll regret the day Jake decides to leave me behind. But that's a worry for after.

I kept walking.

"She will join us.", said a voice I knew too well. I turned to see all twelve Olympians sitting on pillars I had just made. Zeus had spoken, and he was referring to Zoe.

"Let her join," I turned fully around. ", she is just another enemy. Another body that will litter the planes of the new Aeolus City."

I laughed and threw the grin I was holding back. Zoe and her subordinates were looking in between the gods and me.

"Join us, Zoe Nyx. As you can see, Hades has taken full control. Can you feel it? Jake is still there but locked away, slumbering until we defeat Hades." Athena reasoned with her, and I could already see that she won her over. But to just make it clear, she nodded.

"We're with you all the way." Toni assured her friend.

"Let's get back our Jakie." Psyche said all too soon. Oh how pathetic.

"Your days are over, brother." Poseidon mocked me. "Give up, come peacefully. Let the boy go."

I laughed. I downright laughed. I wished Jake had an evil laugh but he didn't. But right now that laugh was the scariest thing to them since they all took a nervous step back.

"I think you need more than just you all to take down me." I gloated but faltered when Zeus flicked his and all The Remnants appeared. All of Jake's recruits, people we had saved, stood behind Zoe and their gods.

"Will this army do?" Ares gloated. I just smiled.

I smirked and raised my arms.

I pointed at Zeus," You, I shall kill you with your own lightning bolt."

I pointed to Hera, "And you, I shall strangle you with your husband's hands."

I pointed to Poseidon, "I will drown you in your own blood."

I pointed to Ares, "I will sever your limbs with your own spear."

I pointed to Athena, "I will trick you into your own death."

I pointed to Hephaestus, "I will kill you with my own creation."

I pointed to Hermes, "I will sever your head and send it to your children."

I pointed to Artemis, "I will make you the monsters you hunt before I kill you."

I pointed to Apollo, "And I'll use you to kill your sister."

I pointed at Aphrodite, "I will kill you with the love you hold so precious."

I pointed at Demeter," I will suck your body dry of godly blood like a crop in a drought."

I pointed at Dionysus, "I will inflict madness on you like a plague, you old drunk."

I pointed at Zoe, "I will kill you with the things that go bump in the night."

I pointed at Toni, " I will kill you with your best friend's hand."

I pointed at Bradlin, "I will kill you with the pain you try to hide away."

I finally pointed at Psyche, "And you, I will tear your life away just like you built Jake's up."

I looked at all The Remnants that surrounded them all.

"You call this an army?" I shouted into the void. "You call yourself Remnants and now you definitely will be left overs."

My power rippled off me becoming visible to the naked eye. I could feel how powerful I was compared to them, I could feel how afraid they were of me. The ground rumbled and out shot millions upon millions of human skeletons. As they watched, the skeletons turned into living ghouls under my control. The furies appeared next to me: three bad girls with fire whips hanging on their sides.

I stared at Zoe, satisfied at the look she had on her face," Take care of The Remnants, leave the gods and the girl to me."

And just to make it that more menacing, I reached into the void and pulled out Jake's sword. It glinted black in the day but ever since I enchanted it, it started sucking daylight in as well. My clothes changed too. My shirt was black, the back hanging over my butt. My pants and shoes also black. All made for combat. I had a lot of time to prepare.

"I've had three years to prepare for this." My voice echoed over the city. "Today, Olympus will end and I'll show you how much you need to fear me. "
