Hi, Miles. I've reviewed your proposal for the benchmarking activity, and overall, I think it's a strong initiative.

However, I'm a bit concerned about one aspect. 

I see you've included a collaboration with the school's student publication, aware ka na ba sa problems nila sa funding these days?

I understand your concern, Ms. Santos, and I know the student publication has been having some financial constraints. 

I have already discussed this with Naimh, their editor-in-chief, and they're actually very enthusiastic about being involved. 

Actually, it was their proposal. We just decided to collaborate to minimize expenses.

How do you expect them to contribute effectively when they can barely sustain their own activities? 

They haven't published a newspaper yet. 

It's also one of the concerns of the admin.

May nahanap na po kaming ways to make this work without overextending their resources. 

Also we're not asking them to handle major financial responsibilities. 

Their role would primarily focus on coverage and documentation, which aligns with their objective. 

Plus, we're planning to secure additional sponsors to cover any extra costs related to their involvement.

This collaboration will also benefit them—they'll get exposure and experience, which they really need right now. 

It's a win-win situation for them and us if managed properly.

Also, I honestly think it's important that we, as a student body, help each other out. 

They don't often get the chance to be in the spotlight, and this collaboration can boost their visibility on campus. 

If anything, this can help them gain support in the future.

Paano if you don't secure enough sponsorship and the funding falls short?  I don't want this to backfire on us and leave them struggling even more.

We're not relying on them for financial contributions, and we've discussed boundaries with their team. 

If any financial strain becomes an issue, we'll step in as the organizing body and adjust their role.

I want every student organization to have a chance even if they don't have the budget. 

If we only prioritize groups with money, we'll leave behind so much potential.

Alright, I'll approve the proposal. 

But I need to be sure that this won't create unrealistic expectations for the admin. Their eyes is on the student publication right now. I'll need regular updates on how the collaboration is going.
