"And then she told me how she thinks Xiaojun is very hot too. She's weird honestly because what do you mean you like three men at same time? " Joohyun complained to Taehyung,who was eating his lunch with her.

They don't make lunch, the lunch is always catered by the franchise,the show itself so they just have to wait for it to arrive in the Villa and thankfully in today's menu it is carbonara with garlic  bread.

They were eating well so that's why he was more focused on the food than what Joohyun had to say. "Who are the three men she likes again?"

"I told you, Sangwoo,Xiaojun and Jeongguk. She is close with Sangwoo but she thinks She likes Xiaojun more and she wants to know more about Jeongguk because he is her type" She explained It to Taehyung, who fed her another bite of the pasta.

"Why doesn't she get to know him?"

"Isn't it obvious? Jeongguk doesn't give a shit about her. Honestly Jeongguk is as confused as her because he dumped Bora, he and Nabi are just there to make out with no strings attached. He is like opposite of her,he doesn't like anyone"

That honestly baffled Taehyung too. There are so many gorgeous girls here. How does he not like anyone? It's a bit hypocritical of him to say this because when it comes to him,he really doesn't have any romantic feelings for Joohyun as much as he wants to have it.

He thinks she's pretty and so amazing but he treats her like a friend who he kisses sometimes, there is something missing about her that just doesn't make Taehyung's heartbeat go faster. He really isn't much better from Jeongguk.

"Maybe he is just waiting for the one to enter, you know. Not everyone clicks as quickly as us" He kissed her cheeks,making her smile.

"Ofcourse but….I know we are not supposed to predict these things but I feel like recoupling is going to happen soon and if it comes to audience voting  he might get dumped, Hell if Nabi gets chosen or has a choice to choose a partner I don't think she would choose him as much as she thirsts after him so yeah he needs to at least secure his place because he's one of the few people I tolerate here"

Taehyung looked at her unbelievably because she truly does have guts, saying all this knowing this can put her in a bad light in front of the public for talking shit. She truly is brave,this is why he likes her as his friend.

Since they are talking about the rules he doesn't think they would air this part because the rules are confidential after all.

"You have a point,he really needs to get it together off he wants to last longer. I should talk to him" Taehyung suggested.

He was done with his pasta and so was Joohyun. He was going to get up to take the dishes to the kitchen but she stopped him. "Let me,you fed me while listening to my useless rant so I will take it and come back because I'm not finished"

He chuckled at her and nodded, watching her take the plates to the kitchen. He looked around the whole area and saw others also done with eating,taking their dishes to the kitchen too.

When she came back they decided their location and walked to the bean bags near the pool. Taking a seat on them as the sun was out and the sunshine was really warm to sit in. Putting on his sunglasses and pushing his hair before looking back at Joohyun.

"So where was I?"

"Talking shit about Kelsey"

"Can't do that anymore,she's behind us Isn't she?" She asked him.

He looked behind her and saw Kelsey, Luna, Jiyeon and Xiaojun sitting on the firepit just some feet away. Luna and Kelsey were talking while Xiaojun and Jiyeon were giggling and touching each other…good for them. It was far away enough that they could hear each other but not actually make out what they're saying.

"Yeah, What about you? tell me something interesting about you,fuck others"

"Um…I have been working on this line up for my Fall/winter collection for my brand and I am really thrilled about it because I have a feeling this one would be my most successful collection. I can't wait to get back to working on it" She talked about her job. He likes how ambitious she was, it was nice to see she had goals of her own.

"That's amazing, I hope I'm invited to the fashion show of the collection"

"Ofcourse you will, we might not be dating yet but I have a connection with you and you are my best friend here so If anyone in this place is coming it's definitely you, will make sure you sit in front row" She gave him a sweet smile.

"I would love that, I will be your hype boy. Will make sure everything goes smoothly because I want the best for you." He assured her and that was enough for her.

"What about you? Are you looking forward to anything once you get out?"

"Honestly, my job isn't as cool as yours. It's really boring if I am being honest. So there's nothing to look forward to,I might even quit once I get out because that job drains me out so I think I'm better without it" He told her honestly what he has been thinking for the past few days.

"Yeah,it's better that way. Well good luck to you with whatever you do next though it is a risky move"

He isn't dumb that he would just leave his job like that when he desperately needs the money. That's why he is so adamant into winning this thing because if he wins this,not only will he win the cash prize, he will also have a social media platform.

Most probably, he already has hundreds and thousands of more followers on his Instagram that he doesn't know about because they don't have the Internet here but that's promised. If you are on people's TV screen everyday at 9pm,they will take a liking to you and will follow you.

He can't wait to check that out, he might become an Influencer, he already is a reality TV star so why not pursue it as a career. He just hopes he lasts long enough, even if he can't win he prays everyday he can make it to the last top 4,the final lineup before announcing the winners.

If you make it to top 4,your life outside the Villa is set for the next few years at least, it's on you on how long you keep yourself relevant. The brands rush to you to be their brand ambassador, sponsor you in different ways, pay you Thousands just to make an Instagram post. That's the life Taehyung wants.

It would be called being naive if he pretends he's here for Love and money means nothing to him. Money means everything to everyone as much as they would like to admit it doesn't. If money isn't a big deal to you then you were probably born with a silver spoon in your mouth where you didn't have to see your parents fighting over money and going through hell to make ends meet.

That's the life Taehyung lived where being rich wasn't his fate, they weren't poor but they were struggling as prices went higher but their salaries didn't. Now that he has a good job he can provide for them but the disease is another problem.  He doesn't want to suffer any longer.

The worst it has been for his family, the surgery costs so much, they don't have health insurance so the prices are worse. Taehyung has to live his life so he turned up like them in the end, Fighting for his life to make ends meet because Job only pays enough to survive day by day.

That's when he decided he can't keep living like this and saw the ad to audition for the new season of Love Roulette on Instagram that his friend sent him,knowing his problems. He immediately auditioned and made sure he was the perfect candidate like he has been seeing all the past years in the show.

Thankfully for him,he got accepted. He had his own conditions too that he wanted to be a part of the original line up,he didn't want to come later as a bombshell or a part of Mi Casa.  He isn't stupid he knows public loves the original cast and when it comes to dumping they would always safe the original cast over the new people because they knew the OG people for longer so it's all about mind game.

So yeah, Life is hard so that's why Taehyung is here and he is going to fight and give it all it takes because he has had enough and he will change even if it costs him to break people's hearts.

"Taehyung-ah! come here" He heard one of the Boy's voices from the back.

Turning around to see Jaewon,Sangwoo and Seokjin standing near the sun loungers at the edge of the pool. His eyes also fell upon Jeongguk who was laid down on the sun lounger, not giving the three boys any attention.  Guess he didn't budge so they are bothering him.

He got up from the bean bag and walked over to them. Raising his eyebrows to ask them what's up?

"We are going to go in the pool and see who lasts inside the longest. Do you wanna join us?" Seokjin asked him nicely.

"Nah,I am good. I don't want to go in the pool" He answered them,seeing Jeongguk's gaze on him now that he heard his voice.

"Don't be a pussy,Taehyung. Just come on, we won't boo you if you are last" Sangwoo said in this strange tone. He didn't like it.

Looking at the water which was shining under the sunlight. He was standing close to the 7 feet side, It looked deep and cold.

"Watch your tone with me, we are not friends. What does not wanting to go into the pool have to do with being a pussy? you are being childish I am not going, it's cold and too deep."

"It isn't that serious,Taehyung. What? Are you afraid of cold water now? be
for real" Jaewon joined in.

Taehyung was offended,why were they pushing him so much? Is this their tactic to make him look like a coward in front of the girls? That's just embarrassing.

"Guys he said he doesn't want to go,why are you forcing him?" Jeongguk interrupted their conversation.

"Thank you Jeongguk" He said to him.

"Ofcourse your highness has to always come to Princess rescue" Sangwoo said sarcastically. He faced Taehyung now and took a step closer to the boy. "Too bad princess is going inside"

With that he pushed Taehyung with all his strength,making Taehyung lose his balance and fall inside the pool with a big splash, gaining attention from others. Jaewon and Sangwoo bursted into laughter and Jeongguk immediately got up from the sun lounger.

"What the fuck guys??? that's not fucking funny" He walked to the edge and looked down to see Taehyung.

"It's not that serious,Guk. It's just a silly little prank,he would swim back up in a second" Jaewon said to him,patting his shoulder. He snapped the hand off him.

From the corner of his eye,he saw Joohyun running towards them too when she saw Taehyung nowhere and a big splash. Some more seconds went by as they were looking down, it has been a little too long a normal person would have gotten out by now.

"But guys…why isn't he coming up?"
Seokjin said with a hint of worry in his voice.

"...I don't think he can swim." Joohyun commented. Making all of them shocked.

"Fuck" Jeongguk didn't even hesitate a second before jumping inside the pool.

Closing his mouth,keeping the air in as the water engulfed his body,pulling him down. He opened his eyes when saw Taehyung sinking,His eyes closed and his body just floating in the water. He passed out from the shock,Jeongguk thinks.

Jeongguk swam faster and grabbed the boy by his waist,pulling him closer and swimming back up in a hurry. He took him to the other side where he could pull him out easier.

His head came out first as he finally breathed and in the next second he pulled Taehyung's body out of the water into the grass.

He heard other running over to them but he couldn't give a fuck about them. Putting his finger on his pulse to see if he is even breathing. There was a pulse but it was slow and Taehyung needs to wake up because there's water in his system that is not good.

"Fuck,Is he alive!?" He looked up and saw Min Yoongi, the director. Someone alerted the staff already.

"Yes,but his pulse it's s-slow and he has passed out,there's water i-in his system, I don't know what to do" Jeongguk's voice was trembling. He's scared that he might lose him.

"Is anyone a fucking doctor or any type of medical expert here!?!" Yoongi yelled loudly.

"Jimin!! Call fucking Jimin,he's a nurse" Jeongguk shouted too. He remembered seeing Jimin on the other side of this big backyard.

Joohyun got up and ran to the boy but she already saw him running to them as he was confused by all the commotion. When he got closer and saw Taehyung on the ground,wet and looking pale,it didn't take a genius to guess what happened.

The younger boy got out of the way to make Space for Jimin. "I'll have to perform CPR, Jeongguk please rub his hands to keep body temperature stable"  He commanded him and Jeongguk grabbed Taehyung's cold hand and started to rub his palm furiously.

Jimin was positioning himself so his shoulders were in position. Interlocking his fingers together and putting it on Taehyung's chestbone. He started the chest compression,Doing it multiple times putting his whole body weight in these compressions.

Doing it multiple times and he didn't see much change so he had to try rescue breathing. Which is mouth to mouth CPR. He tilted Taehyung's head gently and closed his nose. Putting his mouth on Taehyung's and started to blow.

He blew multiple times making sure his posture and pace was correct. He felt Taehyung flinching and immediately he moved away because the next second Taehyung's eyes were wide open, throwing up the water that was inside his system. A bit too much than he thought would be inside.

He was coughing for a few seconds as he finally sat up straight,Jeongguk put his hands on His back so he could sit without difficulty.

Taking a breath of relief, everyone took one because this is the most tense they had felt. Last thing Jimin thought he was going to do here is perform CPR on one of the contestants.

Taehyung's heart was beating too loudly,it felt like he had escaped death for a second. With all these people around him and this whole situation just dawned upon him. He actually did almost die and all these people around him, looking at him in pity while his whole body is feeling strange made him so overwhelmed that his eyes start to brim up with tears.

Without even knowing he was crying. Jeongguk was surprised by the sudden burst of emotions on the boy. He hugged the man,putting his one hand around him and the other on his head so he could bury it in his chest. Glaring at everyone staring at them. Thankfully Jimin understood the reaction.

"Guys, he's overwhelmed by your reaction and this whole situation so maybe don't stand there and gawk at him like he's a zoo animal. Give him space please" Jimin said to them, Getting up too.

"We will take a break for today while Taehyung gets some rest so please scatter around and do whatever you please,clear this bad energy you guys got going but refrain from talking about the show or anything related to it as the cameras are going to be off for the night. Jeongguk, take care of him." Yoongi said to them and they all listened to him.

Scattering around the place once again but they have a little freedom this time because of no cameras so they are more carefree. For some it's hard to be carefree because they are just a bit taken by this situation.

Jeongguk focused back on Taehyung,rubbing circles on his back, while trying to comfort.

"It's okay,I am here now. You are safe,safe with me,Darling. I won't let anything happen to you,you are out of the water" He repeated as Taehyung's sobs got quieter.

"I w-was so scared…I thought I was going to d-die, it was so quiet and I felt the air inside me escape and-and-" He was a stuttering mess,so shaken up by the incident still.

"Shh,I understand. I am sorry I didn't jumped in sooner to save you,I really am so sorry I didn't fucking stop those dickheads. I am sorry, don't worry, you are OK and well now." He kissed his forehead while apologizing.

"it's not your fault" A small whisper came from Taehyung, He never felt himself to be this weak for someone.

If Taehyung lets him, he would get up right now and drown those assholes so they know what Taehyung felt like. He is burning with rage but at the same time he's feeling like shit and has so much sympathy for Taehyung because he really did almost die.

"I know,Do you want to go inside? let's get you dried up and you can take a nap to calm your nerves,we have a few hours before they start shooting for the night time again" He asked Taehyung who nodded.

He got up,offering Taehyung his hand as he grabbed it,Almost stumbling but he put his head on Jeongguk's shoulder as they walked inside the Villa.  First going into the bathroom,so they can dry up. Jeongguk was also wet so he needs a towel too.

Getting two towels for both of them. He helped Taehyung get dry first,making sure he's dry everywhere and then ran out to grab a soft of pair of new comfortable shorts for him. Taehyung went into the stall and changed while Jeongguk did the same.

Once they were both done drying up, Jeongguk carried Taehyung on his back and took him to the bedrooms. Purposely walking past Taehyung's bed that he shares with Joohyun and then laid him down on his own bed,maybe it was instinct, who knows.

It was a nice sight to see him on his bed. He looked so pretty,he wanted to kiss his pout. Taking the covers and tucking Taehyung in,he kissed his forehead when he saw Taehyung's eyes getting heavy.  Rushing to close the lights and soon Taehyung was sleeping peacefully. He must have been exhausted.

"Goodnight, darling" He said before he walked out of the room and closed the door. Making sure no one disturbs his pretty boy.

Storming out of the Villa,he scanned around the whole area to see where the people he's specifically looking for are. His gaze stopped at the firepit where most of them were sitting and some were on bean bags just a few feet away.

Jaewon, Sangwoo, Xiaojun, Kelsey and Yeri were sitting in the firepit. He dashed towards them,reaching the firepit as everyone noticed him and his angry expression knowing he was up to no good. He ignored everyone else and grabbed Sangwoo by the collar of his shirt.

Pulling him up and pushing him back. The man stumbled out of the fire pit and almost fell. A confused expression on his face.

"What the hell man???" He asked him.

"Do you feel any type of remorse of what you just did,you fucking moron!?!" Jeongguk yelled at him,pushing him once again as he fell down this time.

He thought for a second and then it finally hit him why Jeongguk was being so angry over it. He sighed. "Listen,man I didn't knew he could swim-"

"If you didn't know for sure why the fuck would you fucking push him?! Do you just push everyone like that?? Are you insane??" Jeongguk questioned him, his face was heating up. He was getting worked up.

The commotion caused other contestants to gather around too. Jaewon helped Sangwoo get up from the floor as Jimin came to Jeongguk putting a hand on his shoulder.

"He really didn't know,Jeongguk-" Jaewon came to his defense but was immediately cut off.

"That doesn't justify it, you practically tried to kill him,what would you have done if something happened to him because believe me no one would have believed your joke of an excuse that you didn't fucking knew"

"Jeongguk just leave it, Fighting won't solve anything" Jimin said to him but he wasn't listening.

"No,Jimin, he is right. Sangwoo should have known, Taehyung is inside there, so traumatised that he passed out and this idiot here didn't even apologise to him, he isn't even admitting that what he did was wrong." Joohyun sided with Jeongguk and for the first time, Jeongguk liked her.

"How was I supposed to know??? you guys keep on fucking blame me when you all should be blaming Taehyung!!" Sangwoo yelled,walking towards Jeongguk. Jaewon tried to hold him back but Sangwo brushed him away.

"What the fuck is wrong with you!?" Joohyun exclaimed,hating his tone when he spoke Taehyung's name. Jeongguk jaw clenched  in anger, just another word and its over for this fucker.

"He shouldn't have come to us when I called him, he should have said he c-cant swim!! He tried to be all tough and cool about not going in when the real reason was that he is a wimp. Maybe he deserved-"

Before he could even finish his sentence, A punch landed on his face making him groan loudly and fall to the ground. Few gasps were heard. Jeongguk wasn't done, He walked to the man and sat on him,punching him once again and again.

The other boys tried to grab Jeongguk's hands, trying to make him stop as the other girls were telling him to stop too. Jeongguk got dragged away from him once they saw a bit of blood on his face. "Keep his name out of your dirty fucking mouth,Sangwoo or I promise I would do worse to you than I did today."

"What the fuck is happening here?" Yoongi yelled at them as he saw Sangwoo groaning in pain,with a bruise on his lips and cheek. Seeing Jeongguk standing there with no guilt in his eyes he sighed.

"Jeongguk,come with me and you guys fucking help him" Yoongi ordered them, walking away from them with Jeongguk following him.

He walked inside the Villa to the entrance in the same room where they first did their introductions. That room was not turned into a little office for the staff. They both sat down on the chair.

"Wanna explain what happened?" Yoongi asked him politely.

"I just wanted to teach him a lesson for what he did to Taehyung"

"Jeongguk,you can't just beat people up when it's not even your fight to begin with. You know I can disqualify you right? you can't harm other contestants and just get away with it. I can tell you to pack your bags right now" He was threatening him.

"I don't care If I am being honest. I will go but if I have to go then I want Sangwoo to go too. He also practically tried to kill Taehyung. Taehyung can press charges for attempted murder if he wants to,you know that too right, Min Yoongi-sshi"

"Don't be oversmart with me,kid. I know the depth of this situation and that's why I was hoping you guys won't blow it over more than it already has. But here you fucking are"

"I don't know what you want me to say, I won't say I'm sorry because I'm not. if I get a chance to do that again I would"

"Jeongguk,please don't make it harder for us than it already is. It's not your decision once again. We will talk with Taehyung once he wakes up and ask him what he wants to do. If he wants to leave he can, if he wants to press charges he can though we would not recommend it. But you Jeongguk, you don't have that freedom because you are not the victim here. So please don't fuck it up, I won't disqualify but answer me one question"

"What?"

"Do you like Taehyung? be honest with me."

Yes. He wishes he could say that but he can't. He has to think strategically.

"Just because I want him to be safe doesn't mean I like him,director-nim. He is my friend and I will hunt down every fucker who hurts him" He answered but Yoongi was skeptical.

"Not the answer to my question but sure. Go now and stay away from Sangwoo you have done enough for the day" 

Instead of going to the swimming pool area where others were,he went towards the bedroom instead.

guys I bullshitted that whole drowning scene. I am sorry if there is a professional here or a medical student but I have no idea what happens when you drown, if you can die or how CPR works. I'm sorry if I bullshitted too much and it wasn't making sense.
