Shu : And I am departing tomorrow.

Y/n : For how many days?

Shu : Umm...not days. For months. probably 1 month.

She smiled as nodded.

Y/n: Yeah I know. After all, you married me because of your duty thing.

They slept while cuddling with each other.

~1 month later~

There was no one at the house. Y/n was in her room, folding baby clothes and humming softly. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. She opened it to find Kyo.

Kyo : Hey Y/n! What's up?

Y/n : Kyo! Come in. How's it going?

Kyo: Thanks. Just a few days ago. I just wanted to give some important files and also thought to check on you. How have you been?

Y/n : I'm doing well!

Kyo : Where's Shu?

Y/n: He's out of station due to work. He will come back tomorrow.

They chatted for a while. Meanwhile, Mrs. Hoya, passing by, saw Kyo enter Y/n's room. Her suspicion flared. She stood by the door, straining to hear their conversation but couldn't make out much. Her mind raced with unfounded thoughts and wild assumptions.

Kyo : I should go now. It's 10 pm. My mom will not let me enter if I don't go.

Y/n : Then who told you to stay? Go away.

Kyo : Bye cutie!!

Y/n: Aww! Bye--

Kyo : I am saying this to the baby, not you. Bye baby!

Y/n : *scoff*

Mrs. Hoya: Y/n? Who was that man in your room earlier today?

Y/n: You mean Kyo? He's my friend and also a colleague. He came to give me some files.

Mrs. Hoya : And why did he need to give you the files in your room? Why couldn't you speak in the living room like decent people?

Mrs. Hoya mind : So you stood this low? How dare you cheat on my Shu behind his back?!

Mrs. Hoya : And what is this then?

She pointed towards her neck.

Y/n : This...When I was drying my hair this

Mrs. Hoya : Shu is not here, and you are meeting another man in private. How can I be sure that this baby is Shu's?

Y/n gasped and she looked at her with rageful eyes.

Y/n: HOW DARE YOU?! Shu is my husband, and I love him. I would never betray him. This baby is Shu's, and only his. Remember one thing, if you dare to bring up this topic again I won't leave you Mrs. Hoya I will tell everything to Shu so better you shut up!!

Free : What happened Y/n? I heard your voice. Is everything okay?

Y/n : Yes brother. Everything is okay. I am just teaching some narrow minded people manners that they should stay within their limits.
