Part -24

Nandu slowly stood up holding ditu in arms and the gave hand to hitu who held her mumma finger. ...she made ditu sleep on bed and carried hitu in her arms and continued to clean the room ....

Manik is just thinking of nandu's suggestion of school bcoz atleast half a day nandu can relax .... Bcoz the way she is working she will surely fall sick....

Manik got ready for his office and moved to dinning hall for breakfast to see hitu , ditu showing tantrums to eat food ....

Manik : dhruv , can you go to office on my behalf ...he asked dhruv and everyone on the dinning table looked at him in shock....bcoz he never skipped office or stated back at home after aliya's miscarriage bcoz he didn't want to burden her with work when she is already in pain .....

Dhruv : what happened bhai ?? He asked being worried .... everyone are having the same look on their face ....

Manik : i have some important work , you go . I will let u know in the evening. He said and continued having breakfast .

Soon everyone left the home to do their works .... Manik just sat in the hall , he did a few  calls and spoke to someone ....

He is just looking at his biwi who is busy with household works as kids are sleeping in the baby cot in hall such that nandu can keep an eye on them .....

He didn't knew how to start a conversation with her... He just moved to her and held her hand .....nandu just saw his face but didn't say anything ....

Manik : we need to talk come , saying he tried to pull her out of kitchen ....

Nandu : i have work in kitchen , you can do your work bcoz if kids wake up i couldnt do anything, she said freeing her hand from manik's grip.....

Manik : there are Butler's to cook , let's go saying he signalled kaka to take care of everything . He took nandu to his study room asking one of the workers of the house to stay with kids until they come back from study room ....

Manik made nandu sit on the couch and sat in front of her ......

Nandu : Is everything okay ?? You look tensed , she asked manik forgetting that she is angry on him bcoz he really looked so tensed ......

Manik smiled at her love for him and put his head on her lap holding her close by waist , nandu put her hand in his hairs and started caressing them making him relaxed. .....

Nandu : kya hua ?? Why didn't you go to office?? Kuch hua kya ? She asked again slowly ...

Manik : kuch nahi hua , I'm thinking of something you asked me... He said making her look at him curiously.....

Nandu : kya pucha ?? She asked not really remembering what she asked .....

Manik : first of all I'm sorry for shouting at you , i didn't mean to shout at you biwi ,sorry .....saying he lifts his head and holds one ear with his hand .....

Nandu smiles looking at him and removes his hand from his ear asking him not to do that .....

Nandu : it's okay manik , i understand ur busy with work and i disturbed you , she said with a smile .....

Manik : it's not okay biwi , why do u forgive me so easily .... He asked holding her hand in his hand .....

Nandu : We love ourself even after doing thousand mistakes , then how can we hate others for one mistake ...... forgiveness is the biggest gift of life.....so I like to forgive bcoz we have a long life we can't waste time by fighting all the time , she said and kissed his forehead making him smile more brightly .....he just stood on his knees and hugged her tightly ......

Manik : mere saath chalogi , bachon ki admission keliye .....he asked still sitting on his knees by holding her hands .....

Nandu : chalungi par ek condition hae , she asked making him look at her being confused. .....

Manik : konsa condition .... he asked immediately......

Nandu : mujhe unki admission manik Malhotra ki bachon ki wajhese the best school main nahi chahiye , i want to let them study as everyone, no special treatment or special care .....then only I will come with you , you shouldn't use your influence anywhere .....bolo manjoor hae , if not you can take them to the place you decided , get them admitted and I will never come to anything related to education it will only be your responsibility.....she said being firm to her point .....

Manik : aise kyu ?? He asked still sitting on his knees in front of her still holding her hands .....

Nandu : Bcoz the value of a school is not decided by the building or the cost of fees , it should be decided by the values you get by the end of the education bcoz if parents are educated children don't need school , it would be simple I will teach them at home and make them write exams using your influence , it will be more than enough , they will be living with full luxury at home .....but a school means a place where u learn how to live with different people bcoz there will be different kids and teachers  , discipline bcoz they don't take tantrums like parents  , punctuality bcoz u need to be on time to school not like home kabhi bhi utho papa kuch bolne nahi dega kisiko , manners - the way they talk and behave with others , not only education everything has to be taken into point of view bcoz only knowledge on subject is of no use if they become arrogant, spoilt brats ..... She explained clearly her point manik is just admiring her without blinking his eyes bcoz he didn't even think of any of these .....

Manik : why are u so perfect in thinking from all sides ?? He asked with a million dollar smile which she loves the most. ....

Nandu : bcoz i love all my kids and couldn't live without them , so I want them to have   the best in everything..... She said  being excited bcoz she is sure manik will let her do what she wants .....

Manik : will that count me as a kid as well? He asked with a cute pout .....

Nandu : you will always be my special kid who needs to be taught everything , she said winking at him bcoz she clearly explained him about school......

Manik : ok fine bolo konsa school hae , he asked looking at her with a cute pout as she is teaching him about school  .....

Nandu : there is a school after two lanes and we are supposed to attend an interview along with kids and it's not an global or international school, a simple missionary school run by an old couple who started as a service to kids bcoz they don't have kids .... First parents will be interviewed bcoz we should be qualified enough to teach our kids at home , if we don't qualify they don't take our kids ..... She said the info she knew .....

Manik : why do we have to qualify ??? He asked being confused bcoz generally kids have to pass an exam or interview to get admission into school....but why should a parent pass the exam ....

Nandu : that's bcoz they could mould our children with love and care but they couldn't do that with parent , what if we spoil them with possessiveness and over protectiveness, they need to know about us then only they will take kids under their wings , I'm not asking you go prepare all your books , it's just they would talk to us and get to know about us , bcoz according to them kids are copy cats of parents ...no matter what you do kids observe it very clearly and follow you , so they wanted to make sure the original that is parents are good enough such that the Xerox copy will be equally good in future that's it , I'm not asking you to let kids graduate there in that school , i know you all studied in space from kindergarten to masters , it's just a nursery play school and kindergarten where kids will study till upper kindergarten ( U.K.G ) bcoz kids need more attention in this age bcoz they couldn't differentiate between good and bad ....once they get to know what's good and bad we can shift them to space  , i know they are our babies they won't do wrong manik ....she said calmly bcoz it's her special kid whom she is explaining everything.....

Manik : okay , let's go get them admitted , he said after hearing everything.....

Nandu : not today , i already spoke to them in phone call and took appointment it's after three days , so relax . She said what she did ....

Manik : you know I would agree ..??? He asked still sitting on the floor .....

Nandu pushed his hands and sat on his lap bcoz he is sitting on the floor in Indian style ..... Manik held her safely by her waist and put his forehead on her.....

Nandu : i didn't think of what would you do but I never wanted to hide my opinions from you , so I thought I will share it with you and you can think properly Nd decide what to do , that's it , she said with a cute smile. .....

Manik : You always think what is best for us biwi .  Love you ❤️ saying he kissed her forehead making her close her eyes in pure bliss .....

They are about to enjoy their moment of being close to each other , but heard kids crying so manik left her unwillingly .....

Nandu moved to the door of the study and turned back to see manik still on the floor.....

Nandu : Manik, i now understand u didn't go to office bcoz u wanted to admit kids in school but now the problem is solved , let's go attend the interview after three days , see the locality of the school .....still if we don't like it we can take them to space ....so go attend your meetings complete them and come back soon and play with kids .... She said and left the room.....

Manik got up from the floor , took all his files and laptop and moved out to see nandu and kids in the hall , both the kids are wide awake and watching cartoons and nandu is just cleaning the hall where they left the toys .....

He just called nandu without coming into the vision of kids .....

They both moved to the door ....

Manik just hugged nandu , even she reciprocated with the same feel .... He just pecked  her lips and left to office with a smile .....

Nandu stood near the door watching him sit in the car and drive away , she waved her hands at him .....

Nandu played with kids and unknowingly all three of them fell asleep in the hall after lunch ......

Manik went to office and sent away dhruv and Aliya for an outing saying they need it ,even though Aliya argued with manik saying it's not necessary but left after seeing dhruv's dull face ......

Finally manik completed all his meetings and gave all the employees a good holiday of three days for weekend that's from Friday to Sunday .....bcoz not only the employees but also Aliya dhruv needs this , bcoz if there is office Aliya will surely attend it leaving everyone at home ......

He came home to see his life and lifelines sleeping in the hall and no servants around them .....he moved to them and sat on his knees.  He kissed nandu on her forehead and also both the kids. .....
