Part -19

Nandu hugged both of them together with tears of happiness , bcoz first steps of kids is like something so special ....Manik hugged all three of them together ....

Than he slowly made ditu walk and dhruv gave his fingers to hitu making her stand slowly ,those little steps of the angels made them happy like never before .....

The little angels of Malhotra's are given push walking carts for walking by papa Malhotra .....

They started moving here and there in the house , dropping and breaking things , pulling away things whatever is in their reach .Nandini Manik Malhotra strictly ordered everyone not to keep anything in their reach .....but kids are kids they find everything very easily ......

After three days ...
Everyone are busy talking and eating breakfast ....

Nandu heard a shout , she stood up immediately and ran to where the shouts are heard .....

Arjun : ayyo , kya kardiya tum logone , mami will scold us , mera painting bhi karab hogayi , no hitu , no ditu don't do it ....he is shouting loudly ....

Everyone came running behind her .....
What they saw made everyone laugh out loudly......

They saw all three kids drenched in paint ...... Both hitu are ditu are smiling cutely with their newly grown two teeth ,  hands full of paint ......

Arjun : Mami , these both spoiled my painting . He complained cutely , even he is completely drenched in paint.....

Nandu : ye sab kaise hua, she asked in disbelief bcoz it's just been fifteen minutes they are left in hall to play and rest all left to have food ......

Arjun : I was sitting and doing my painting , first ditu came leaving her cart and sat here , I thought she is just sitting she just did this to me with colours , he said showing himself . She dumped colours on me , and hitu also came crawling and sat in the colour......he said cutely and nandu felt like laughing looking at his expressions....

Nandu : ok baby , after they sleep we will do painting again. She said by sitting on her knees....

Arjun : no , papa plz take my pictures like this....he moved to Harshad and asked him....

Harshad ; why pictures ??? He asked being confused and everyone had the same expression....

Arjun: they both gave their hand prints on my tshirt ....he said showing his t shirt , I want to save it and show them when they become big like me , he said jumping cutely ....

Everyone had huge smiles on seeing his cuteness, nandu moved to hug him but he moved back ....

Arjun : no hug mami , my paint will be gone , first photo than hug , he said making nandu look at him with cute pout ...

Cabir , Arya , and all the youngsters took pictures of all three kids , finally arjun dumped paint on arya who is busy taking pics of how naughty hitu and ditu are . Manik immediately lifted arjun in his arms and started running bcoz he knows arya will not leave him for the prank ...

Arya : bhai rukho , give that little devil to me , how dare he dump paint on me ....saying he ran behind manik ....

But he didn't knew behind him all the others except nandu  are playing holi with colours , nandu just stood on a side laughing at everything ......

Maddy moved to help arya bcoz he loves irritating Manik , even Harshad helped arya bcoz his son always supports Manik not him...

Arjun : papa , not fair u should be on my side , he said still in manik's arms .....

Harshad : u always take your Manik  mama side beta ji....it's called revenge time .....he said smiling evilly...

Arjun : mamu , faster he said tapping manik's cheeks , making them get painted.....

Arya stopped on his place and started laughing loudly along with everyone .....

Arya : bhai , look at yourself ....saying he took a picture of Manik and showed him .....

Manik saw his face is fully painted bcoz of Arjun's hands ....

Manik : shaitaan , I saved u and you painted me , saying he tickled him and arjun started laughing loudly , where as cabir , navya and the others started teasing each other with colours and nandu is glaring them for making the house a mess ....

" Enough " , one shout from nandu everyone stood on their places except hitu and ditu who are still playing unaware of how angry the lady monster is ..,

Mukti : maa dekho cabir and  ruhi painted me ....she complained....

Cabir : no maa , mukti, arya  started first , he said with cute faces ....

Arya : no maa , cabir only started ...

Cabir : I'm innocent maa .....

Mukti : bhai , stop joking....maa u know na how innocent I'm.....

They all are calling nandu " maa " continuously and complaining on each other ....

But suddenly cabir stopped complaining bcoz he heard a voice. ...

Hitu is hitting her hand in the paint like splashing colour all over shouting "maa","maa" ,  "maa", "maa", like it's some game ....

kids do repeat continuously what they hear for long time , as hitu heard her Chachu's and bua saying maa continuously ,she repeated it unknowingly making everyone shocked ....

Nandu is just looking at her in shock with tears , she moved to hitu without caring she is dirty and sat on her knees and pulled her  in her embrace ....

Hitu tapped nandu cheeks with paint still saying" maa" , it's the first word spoken by hitu ..... Even though  hitu doesn't know what she is saying , it's nandu who is feeling over whelmed with all her emotions bcoz ditu took her first steps before three days and hitu said her first word " maa " today ....

Nandu : I love u bacha , I love u so much....saying she kissed her painted cheeks only ......

Manik felt more happy seeing this , he moved to her and lifted ditu in his arms bcoz she is still playing in the paint .....

Manik : biwi , let's clean ourself first ....

Nandu : I'm so happy Manik , apne suna she said " maa" , nandu told him with tears rolling down her cheeks .....

Manik : I heard it biwi , I'm so happy saying he hugged all three of them together.....

Mukti : chalo chalo , let's get freshen up and meet,  we need to celebrate the first words and steps of our baby girls ....

Everyone nodded in yes and left to freshen up .....

Manan took kids to their room , Manik prepared the tub for bath with lukewarm water and nandu removed the clothes of both and made them sit in tub....

Manik helped her in bathing both of them ....she got them dressed and fed them food .....

All four of them moved down after getting freshen up to see everyone looking fresh and house is being cleaned by workers on the orders of dadi...they all celebrated the first words and steps of babies by doing a party at night .....

A few days passed by its the last day of stay in farm house .....

Nandu is in the kitchen preparing milk for both the babies .....Manik comes there in a foul mood and back hugs nandu ....

Nandu : kya chahiye apko, I'm working Manik ...she said still adding milk to bottles ....

Manik : humesha working , I need my time with my biwi .....he sulked like a kid ....

Nandu : arey I'm still in your arms and always around you , but look at yourself how you are complaining that I don't give you time .... she said giggling and making fun of manik unknown to the fact that he is angry ....

Manik : I want you to come on a date with me ....he said turning her to face him....

Nandu ; but Manik not now , bache ke ....she is about to say something but he cut her rudely .....

Manik : I know your answer is no ,but still I asked you . You know what u don't love anymore . All that matters to you is kids, before it's just mukti , cabir , arya,  dhruv and now it's hitu , ditu along with them. So no thanks , you stay with your kids mera koi value hi nahi hae yaha , I can go alone .....saying he just left from there leaving a flabbergasted nandu behind.....

Nandu ran behind him to stop him....

Nandu : Manik , stop . Please listen to me ...she is running behind him and pleading him....

The whole family are sitting in the hall , but are shocked on seeing nandu running behind an angry Manik .....

Nandu hit her toe with the stairs and it starts bleeding , everyone in the house noticed this and are calling nandu  but she didn't listen to them bcoz she wants to stop Manik from leaving the house in angry , but it's already late bcoz Manik left the house taking his car....

Nandu is about to fall down but abhi who is in the garden saw Manik roaring the car to life in high speed came near the door to go inside to inform nandu, but when he saw that she is about to fall held her before she falls down....

Abhi ; kya hua nandu , he asked looking at her crying face ....

Nandu : I don't know bhai , he just got angry and left the house , dar lagraha hae , he drives very rudely when he is angry , plz stop him....saying she cried loudly ....abhi hugged her dearly in his embrace , he couldn't see her crying..

Abhi takes out his mobile and starts calling Manik but he didn't pick up the call , Everyone who came out Saw a crying nandu in abhi arms ....

Mansi : kaha hae Manik , kya hua nandu ko ...she asked seeing crying nandu ....

Abhi : don't know first let's go inside , mukti call Manik and ask him to come home , he is not answering my  calls . Ruhi bring some water ....he said and everyone started moving in ......

Abhi made nandu sit on the couch , navya came with first aid box but nandu didn't let her do it , she drank few sips of water and sat on the couch silently bcoz it's the first time the whole family is witnessing manan's big  fight , they always fight for fun in front of family not so serious ....

Nandu stood up from the couch when she heard babies crying , she moved to kitchen silently and brought milk and fed them . They didn't throw tantrums but drank silently and slept in their cradles....

All the others are continuously trying to call Manik but he didn't answer the calls , nandu is in the kitchen cooking food silently , kamya is with her helping her , nandu didn't speak a word after that ....

It's finally past lunch time , the clock stroke three , still there is no information regarding Manik , nandu is silent all the time , she only fed kids and even completed cooking . No one had the mood to eat , but arjun is fed by nandu bcoz no one came forward to do that ....she even made arjun sleep beside kids ....

Nandu is just doing everything like a robot....

Cabir : maa ,what happened ? Why bhai left like that ?? He asked sitting beside nandu ....

Nandu : I don't know , she said slowly but told what happened in kitchen like how he asked her out and he just burst out .....

Mukti : sorry maa , she said making everyone look at her in shock ...

Nandu : kya hua ??

Mukti : it's just we all teased bhai , you love us more not him , he said you love him more and can do anything for him , so may be thats y he asked you out ,she said being ashamed of teasing Manik ...

Cabir : we are sorry maa ,even he apologized followed by everyone leaving the elders...

Nandu : it's not your mistake to tease him , don't say sorry . It's his mistake he didn't even hear what I'm saying , he just left . How could he doubt that I don't love him anymore ., It's okay what happened has happened come have lunch , it's already late ...she said with a small fake smile...

Finally after a long time ....
Hope u enjoyed reading ...

I'm sorry bcoz I don't even have one holiday to write , not even Sunday , I'm still busy with books yet I thought of updating bcoz it's been long ....

I wake up at 4 in the morning and sleep at 12 in the night bcoz of my busy schedule , no time to atleast check my mobile ...

Hope u guys understand my situation ....
