Manik : guys relax , ok u all can do anything you want but wait , saying he turned to nandu who is just sitting silently all the time . What's your idea for the birthday biwi ?? You are sitting silent all the time . R u ok?? He asked cupping her face ....

Nandu : can I ask u something ??? She asked and Manik nodded in yes , " u shouldn't feel bad", she said again ....

Manik : never I will feel bad , u have all the rights on our kids before anyone of us . They belong to you first than only for all of us . Say what u want to do ...... everyone nodded in yes after listening to Manik....

Nandu : as u all want to celebrate the birthday together can u guys tell me how much money u all want to spend ....

Abhi : how much it takes , we don't mind spending anything or everything on these two kids of ours . He said looking at the sleeping babies , mukti felt more happy ....

Harshad : I still remember Manik , abhi didn't let me do anything for Arjun's first birthday . So i won't let this idiot do anything as well , it's my turn to make those baby girls happy .....

Arya : they are my daughter's so whatever I earn is for them only , he said and ruhi nodded in yes ...

Cabir : I was the one who asked about celebration so it's my wish to do everything but these all won't let me , so I will spend anything to make it memorable...

Dhruv : oh hello , I'm elder To you . So I will do everything ....

Nandu : okay okay enough , no fighting  , arjun come here , she called him to her after listening to  all of them , he came running and sat on her lap ....

Arjun : kya hua mami , he asked her cutely....

Nandu : do u remember your first birthday ?? She asked him and everyone are looking at nandu like why she is asking him....

Arjun: no Mami , but papa showed me pics and video , he said cutely ....

Nandu : acha , which birthday did u enjoy the most ??

Arjun ; my last three birthdays  , I enjoyed the most with all my friends . We played games and had yummy cake ....

Nandu : what's your age when u know what is birthday ??

Arjun: my fifth birthday , he said cutely .....

Nandu : sun liya , he doesn't remember whatever you guys did on his first five birthdays until u guys showed him pics , whats the use of spending lakhs when he couldn't even enjoy that birthday , he enjoyed his birthday after knowing the world properly , so plz guys don't waste money on first birthday bcoz both our daughters will not know what is happening around them , they will cry more seeing stranger's bcoz u guys will invite all the people you know . This birthday will only become a gossip topic for public and front page news for media and unwanted attention for our kids .  I'm not stopping you guys from celebrating their birthdays or gifting them anything. I'm just telling you do it simple till they know what is birthday , when they get to know what is birthday , do it on a grand way , just the way your daughter's will like it. She said and everyone are looking at her with smiles , she made them understand without any arguments .....

Cabir : okay fine , no big party but mujhe kuch toh karni hae special for them . He says with a sad face .

Nandu : give me the money you want to use for party , come on I want it now , she said and everyone are just looking at her like why she needs it  ....

Cabir without saying a word immediately moved to his room and came back with his check book and wrote a check and gave it to nandu , she took the check of 10 lakhs from him and placed it on the table .

Cabir : I wrote this just bcoz u asked maa , if not whatever I earned till date is all for my kids , be it cookie , cup cake , arjun or future babies .....he said and nandu kissed his forehead ....

Nandu : I want the same amount from everyone , she asked ....

Abhi , Dhruv , arya , karan, ronit , sooraj , Nitesh , Maddy ,  everyone gave checks immediately . She refused to take it from Manik , he didn't understand y she didn't accept from him ....

Nandu : I want to do something with this money , can I ?? She asked everyone ....

Nitesh : you can never waste the money beta , do what u want .....he said with a smile and everyone nodded in yes .......

Mansi : itna bata do kya karogi ?? Even we all want to know your idea .....

Nandu : birthday will be celebrated by Manik in a simple way , no one will stop him . Not only this year but every year  and the  money u all want to spend on the birthday of kids will be  taken by me bcoz I wanted to start a small initiative of educating girl child , I will select a girl who don't have any identity bcoz many of the orphans don't know to whom they are born or when they are born  . Those  girls will celebrate their birthdays on our kids birth date , that day will become their birth date  , this money I have collected from all of you instead of wasting it on giving party to rich people who waste most of the food without even eating it and also drink and gossip on some good for nothing things  .  So I will deposit it on the name of that girl , it will give her a life time opportunity  of education . The money we are thinking to waste on party is becoming the source of life time education of a girl . I thought of asking Manik to start with a single girl on kids first birthday , bcoz we do have orphanages run by us , but we send away few children in adoption and some leave the orphanage after 18 but this trust will sponsor them till they complete what they want to study , be it a doctor , teacher, pilot , not only these but they can also become a musician or dancer or anything they wish , I want to gift a girl their dream in the name of our kids . Like this every year one girl will be benefitted on the birthday of the kids of our house , so basically number of girls benefitted will be the number of kids in our house  .  She said and everyone are looking at her in admiration for her idea ....

Manik just kissed her forehead in happiness and hugged her tight. ....

Manik : love u biwi , he said over whelmed on hearing her idea. ...

Cabir : best idea maa , he said hugging nandu ....

Mansi ; sachme bhagvan ne tujhe bahut ache dil diya . You do everything so perfect . I'm proud of you , I will help you in each and everything you do...she said and kissed nandu forehead ....

Amms: thank you nanhi , u always said bade hokar tujhe sab ki help karni hae and you are doing it . I can't say anything more . She said with tears in her eyes and nandu hugged her tight .....

Nandu : it's all bcoz of you amms , you gave this orphan a life by giving the title of your grand daughter , you became my family when I have no one , it's your teaching that made me what I'm today , she said with tears and amms kissed her forehead .

Everyone became emotional but the cries of kids brought them out of talks , nandu moved to crib  Nd lifted the baby girl in her arms . She saw the diaper is dirty , so she carried her to the room followed by Manik With another baby ....

Rest all sat  in the hall talking about nandu's idea and praising her .....

In manan's room ....

Manik is just starring nandu who is just changing the diapers of kids and tickling them ....

Nandu : Manik kaha kogayi ho ....she asked waving her hand in front of him ....

Manik : I love you biwi , he said with a cute pout making her smile looking at his cute face .....

Nandu : ok mr Malhotra aur kuch , she asked with teasing smirk ....

Manik : no matter how much you tease me , I know you love me the most and today the respect I have for you has become hundreds of times from what  I had earlier. The idea you gave not only will give good life to a kid but also loads of blessings to our kids.  I don't know how lucky we are to have you as our life . He said with happy tears ....

Nandu moved to him and hugged him tight in happiness , he kissed her forehead many times holding her close to him .

Later, In the evening ....

The whole family are  sitting in the garden and talking to each other , ruhi is making weird faces to make hitu laugh , ditu is crawling around and playing with cabir who is calling her from far ....

Dhruv got  a call from varun regarding office , he gives the phone to Manik bcoz still manik's and girls phones are not given to them , Manik moved a little far from everyone to talk to Varun .....

Nandu is just watching the kids but talking to all the ladies . All of a sudden nandu stopped talking , tears just rolled down from her eyes , this is seen by mansi . She turned to see what made her cry in happiness bcoz there is a smile on her face . Even mansi eyes widened in shock , bcoz when Manik  is busy talking on phone , ditu crawled towards him and tapped on his legs , Manik just moved little forward not to hurt her as she is playing with cabir , but all of a sudden he left the phone in his hand and became a statue , bcoz ditu stood on her feet completely by holding his pant , it came out as a shock for him , when he turned around carefully she left his hand and stood all by herself and suddenly sat on the grass with a bump , Manik thought she will be hurt but she giggled loudly making him smile with tears , cabir who is playing with ditu captured this father daughter moment , bcoz ditu slowly stood on her feet and gave her first steps towards Manik .....

Nandu ran to them and sat on her knees calling ditu , but she moved to Manik making nandu sad, so Manik left ditu on the floor and moved to nandu and sat beside her and called ditu , but hitu came crawling towards them first and hugged nandu . On seeing hitu even ditu came crawling ......

Nandu hugged both of them together with tears of happiness , bcoz first steps of kids is like something so special ....Manik hugged all three of them together ....

Than he slowly made ditu walk and dhruv gave his fingers to hitu making her stand slowly ,those little steps of the angels made them happy like never before .....

How's the idea ??

Truly it's waste of spending more money on first birthday bcoz no one remembers it , use it for something good . As we all are not born with silver spoon , use atleast those thousands of rupees to feed people of some orphanage in the name of your kids . They will feel happy and bless your kids . Don't do parties for show off , it's just purely waste of money , sorry if I sounded rude or hurt anyone but that's my opinion .

Hey guys ....

So here u go with the update , hope u guys enjoyed .

I know I give late updates but atleast I update when I get free time.  I don't like others judging me bcoz no one is perfect to judge someone but remember words are powerful than swords they do hurt .I never responded to negative comments or positive comments bcoz I don't have time to reply everyone but once anyone messages me in personal I do reply them when I see . I'm not rude but just busy to respond . I really enjoy reading your comments and your prediction of the story like what can happen further , bcoz even I'm a curious cat who predicts the stories I read .

Updates will not be regular , I thought of updating long back but I literally didn't expect people asking me to quit writting just bcoz I'm late , it's my story , my wish. Wattpad never gave me a due date to complete my story and they are not even closing the app for me such that I will hurry to write . I have life time to complete my stories . I will take my own time bcoz it's my wish and I don't like others to interfere my own space . U call me rude , thats your opinion and I accept it ....
