"Shooting is done for the day! Good job everyone! You all are dismissed!"

You got out of your heels and sat on the couch. You just finished  shooting for a magazine cover and it really was exhausting. You had to change outfits every now and then.

You worked as a model in one of the famous agency in Hollywood for almost three years. You didn't expect it to be easy but you got used it anyways especially in wearing heels.

You prepared your things in your handbag so that you can go. Several people and co-workers walked by passing you and greeted you. People that you worked with in the studio were very nice people

When you were done, you quickly grabbed your coat, wore it and pushed the doors to get out to go to a grocery store to buy food. You were just planning to stay in your apartment and eat there.

As you were walking in the streets of Hollywood, you remembered Rami and your childhood life. You would always remember him every day after your work.

Before moving here, you lived in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and spent most of your childhood life there. Rami's family and you were neighbors at that time and eventually, you became inseparable.

The both of you would often play outside when it was already afternoon, including his identical twin brother, Sami. Each day, you couldn't wait to play with them. You went on the same school when you were elementary to high school. You would always go to lunch together in school and both of you would walk back home together.

By the time you reached high school, you would just hang out inside the house and usually you would have sleepovers almost every weekend. This was the stage where your feelings for Rami was slowly developing. At first you thought it was just a friendly crush until your High School Prom.

Rami asked you to be his prom date. You thought he just asked you because you're his best friend. You were happy, but at the same time hurt. You thought that he just thinks of you as his best friend and a sister and nothing more.

Your neighbors would sometimes mistaken, you both as a couple since you kinda act like one. Many would hope, especially his parents and yours, that you both will end up together in the future.

Several months after you turned eighteen, your family had to move to another country because of your father's work and your parents want you to go to a better school for college.

It so hard to leave from childhood house and especially Rami. Your feelings for him were starting to grow stronger every time you're with him.

The moment you told him you had to leave, he begged for you to stay at first but you had no choice. He understood the reason why you moved out but he didn't want you to leave. You wanted to tell him your feelings but you were afraid it might ruin your friendship and it was so hard to hold back your tears.

You never saw him in person for seven years but you've heard and saw that he pursued his dream for acting and you're happy for him. You even saw some of his movies and every time you see him in movies, your heart would ache.

You're 25 years old now, who works as a model and has her own apartment in Hollywood.

You arrived to the grocery store and you heard many people scream for your name. You were famous all around Hollywood. You looked back at them and gave them a flash of your smile before going in the grocery store. You didn't want to ignore them.

As you were looking for food to buy, you noticed a familiar figure in the hallway. As you walked closer, your eyes was wide open when you saw who it was.

"Rami?"

Rami heard the familiar voice and looked at your direction. Both of your hearts were beating so fast as you looked at each other's eyes.

"Y/N." He mumbled under his breath. He could not believe who he's looking at right now.

You felt a tear going down to your cheek and you run up to him to give him a hug. He really is here.

"It's been so long." You said while hugging him. It has been seven years since the both of you saw each other.

When you pulled away, Rami suddenly pinched your cheek. "Ow! Why'd you do that?!" You exclaimed.

"Making sure you're real and I'm not dreaming." He said and smirked. "What are you doing here in Hollywood?" He asked.

"I work here and I have an apartment here. Still deciding whether to permanently stay here or not." You answered. "How about you?"

"Filming for a week. I'm just staying in a hotel." He answered back. "Are you going back to your apartment?"

"Yeah, I'm just buying food to eat dinner there. Want to join me?" You said.

"I would love to." He said and he got the basket that you were carrying to help you. Both of you paid for the food you bought and walked going to your apartment.

"So, you're an actor now." You started and sat down beside Rami in the couch.

"Yep, and I tell you, it is not easy. The best part is, you get to travel." He said and ate his sandwich he bought. "And I heard you're a model now."

"Oh, yeah I am. It's not easy too. I like trying different clothes but it's exhausting." You said. You heard him chuckle after you said those. "And what's so funny about it?

"You've changed. I remember you dressed up like a guy when we were kids. You would even steal clothes from either me or Sami." He said and laughed. You pushed him in a playfuly way and laughed. "Shut up, Rami."

"By the way, how's Sami? I miss him already." You said.

"Oh, he's good. He's a school teacher now actually." Rami said.

After you ate, you just both sat down and just talk about random things and recalled about your childhood together. Both of you told each other stories about yourselves.

"Y/N." You heard Rami called your name and you looked back at him. "Hm?"

"Did you have any boyfriend when you were here?" He asked and you blinked at him.

"I wouldn't say boyfriend but we just liked each other and we would always hang out together. But we just stayed as friends. Why'd you ask?" You said.

"Just curious. I mean, you're a model and you're beautiful. Who wouldn't like you." He complimented you and you felt your cheeks start to heat up and your heart pounding.

You start to distract yourself and asked the same question back to Rami, "How about you? Did you had relationships when I was gone?" Of course he would have, he's Rami Malek.

"I've dated a few of my co-stars. Nothing really serious. There's this certain girl I love the most and it's just hard to get over her." He said. You felt your heart ache when he said those. He probably found someone better than you, Y/N. You thought.

"That's great. I mean, she would be lucky because it's you. You're loving, sweet and an understanding guy. She would love you back." You blurted and tried to hold back the tears that was already forming in your eyes. You looked away from him. "I'm sorry."

Rami looked at you and slowly walked towards you. You heard his footsteps. He placed his hands on your shoulders and made you turn to face him. He suddenly wrap his arms around you. There were countles times when you guys would hug like this and you missed it so much. You hugged him back and snuggled your head to his neck and you could smell his scent.

Silence filled the room and you guys stayed like that until you felt him pull away and looked at you. He lifted your head up so that you could look at him.

Rami never thought your eyes were this beautiful. He looked at your lips and it was so tempting to kiss you. You saw him looked at your lips and your heart started to pound so fast.

His head moved forward towards you and you closed your eyes. You felt his lips touched yours and your eyes widen. He just kissed me. You said to yourself.

He pulled away and gave you a small smile. "I thought you said you loved someone. Why did you kiss me?" You said, still in shock.

"Isn't it obvious? It's you that I love. You're my first ever love and it's always been you Y/N. Yes I've dated some girls but you're my one and only love." He said. You didn't say anything and your mind was still in process of what is happening.

He sighed. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that. Maybe it wasn't the right time to tell you my feelings. I'm really sorry--." You interruped him by putting your lips to him and kissed him with your love. You felt him kiss you back and your lips moved in sync.

You kissed for about five seconds and you pulled away and touched your heads with each other.

"I love you too, Rami. For so long, it's always been you. I waited for you for so long." You said.

Rami placed his hand on your neck and pulled you to kiss you again. Your kiss became heated that you wrapped your legs around his waist and he carried you going to your room. He shut the door by kicking a foot on the door.

You spent the whole night just with him. You will always remember this moment that you shared with him.

The ray of light hit your eyes and made you wake up. As soon as you opened your eyes, the first thing you saw was Rami. Flashbacks of what happened last night came on your head. You actually did it with him. You said to yourself.

You couldn't believe that your childhood best friend gave his feelings back. You smiled as you remembered how he confessed to you. You were going to get up but you suddenly felt arms around you and pulled you going back to the bed.

"Rami!" You exclaimed and giggled.

"Don't leave me." He said and snuggled to you. You smiled and snuggled back to him. You remembered he only wore his boxers right now.

"Don't you have filming today?" You asked.

"It's my break today. I'll continue filming tomorrow. I want to spend this day with you." He said. "I still can't believe you're here with me at this very moment."

You suddenly pinched his cheek hard. "Ow! Why'd you do that too?" He asked.

"To see that I'm not hallucinating or anything." You grinned and you heard him chuckle before the both of you cuddled in the bed.
