"So, I'm going to have a date this Saturday." You heard your friend said from the bathroom.

"That's great." You said as you were fixing your bed and fluffing the pillows.

"And I want you to be there." Y/F/N added which made you blink your eyes.

"Nope, I don't want to be third wheeling." You said and continued what you were doing.

"He actually has a friend who he's going to invite to the dinner. To be fair, you should go." Y/F/N said as she went out from the bathroom.

"Are you setting me up, Y/F/N?" You asked and crossed your arms at her. It took a while for her to answer as she was still thinking.

"Yes." She answered. You groaned and threw a pillow at her.

"No, Y/F/N. I'm not going on a 'date' with a guy who I don't even know." You said and sat down on the bed.

"Come on. I heard he's a great guy. Besides, you're not even doing anything this Saturday. It's going to like a blind date." She said and laid fown on the bed beside you.

"Definitely a blind date." You mumbled under you breath.

"You have to meet a new guy, Y/N. After you know..." She stopped because she didn't want to mention your ex.

It took a while for you to say something and just absorbed what she's telling you. You aren't fully moved on yet from your recently break up with you two-year boyfriend, now ex-boyfriend.

Maybe this could help get that bastard off my mind.

"Alright." That's all you said before covering yourself with the blanket and laig down.

"Alright what?" Y/F/N asked.

"I'll go but that's it." You said clearly and Y/F/N sqealed and hugged you really tight. "I promise, he's great."

You smiled and you didn't even realized that you were already drifting off to sleep.

"You ready to go, Y/N?" Y/F/N asked as she went out of the room. You went out with a simple dress. Your were just an ordinary and simple girl. You simply nodded at her and both of you went out of your apartment building.

You were going to meet with these guys in a restaurant. You rode a cab going there for about 30 minutes.

"Where did you meet this guy anyway?" You asked Y/F/N.

"From my work. He's an actor. Well, both of them are actors. They aren't known yet but they probably will in the future." She said. She worked as a photographer who takes pictures of models and celebrities. She got to meet famous people.

You looked at her confusingly. You were going to a blind date with an actor too?

"He asked you out, right? Not you who asked him out?" You asked her to be sure. She nodded at you and continued using her phone. You sat there still confused. You waited until you finally reached the restaurant.

Few minutes later, you arrived in the restaurant and you paid for the fair. After the cab drove away, you heard Y/F/N trying to calm herself down. She's going on a date with an actor. And me too.

"You look great, Y/F/N. He'll likes you. He wouldn't asked you out if he wouldn't like you." You said and gave her a hug.

"You look great too, Y/N. Thank you for being here." That's what friends are for.

Both of you went inside and Y/F/N asked in the reception where the guys were while you stood there behind her and looked around. You saw a dirty blonde haired guy waving at both of you. You poked Y/F/N to ask if that was him.

"Is that him?" You asked and pointed at the guy waving.

"That's him." She said and both of you walked to the table where he was. You noticed that he was alone but there were things in the chair beside him.

"Hey Ben." You heard Y/F/N greeted the guy who waved. You saw him smiling at your friend. He  stood up to pulled both of our chairs. What a gentleman.

"So you must be Y/N. Ben Hardy." He introduced himself to you and offered his hand. You smiled and shook his hand.

"Rami will be here in a while. He just went to the restroom." After Ben said that, another guy walked towards your table and sat on the chair beside Ben and in front of you. So this must be Rami.

He looked at you and gave you a smile. You had to be honest, he is handsome.

"Y/N, right?" He asked you. You smiled back at him. "Y/N Y/L/N." You said to him.

"I'm Rami Malek, by the way." Rami said.

The dinner went on and all you did was chat and eat your food. You didn't really expect it to be going to well especially with you and Rami. Now your mind seemed to be off of your ex-boyfriend. Y/F/N was right, Rami is a great guy. You were really having a great time. He would sometimes make fun of Ben during the conversations.

After a while, you still stayed in the restaurant until Rami whispered to you, "Wanna get out?"

You giggled and nodded at him. Both of you stood up and the other couple looked at both of you confusingly.

"Where are you guys going?" Y/F/N asked.

"We'll walk and just walk." Rami said. "Thanks for the treat, man." He added and patted Ben's shoulders and left.

"I'll text you." You mouthed to your friend and left to where Rami was.

The cold breeze hit your face as soon as you went outside. You stood beside Rami. Both of you walked around the town together and got to know each other better.

"Y/F/N said you were an actor. What movies can I see you from?" You asked him.

"A lot, actually like Night at the Museum." He said. That's why he looked familiar.

"You were that guy as a pharoah?" You asked and he nodded. "That's why you looked familiar. I never really paid attention to the cast names."

He chuckled at what you said. You reached 7/11 where you guys bought Slurpees. He was the one who paid although you insisted to pay it yourself.

It was already past midnight and both of you had to go home. He said he still had some filming to do in the morning. He wanted to drop you off to your apartment.

You arrived in your apartment and both of you still laughed at the jokes he made.

"I had a really great time with you, Y/N. I'm gald I met you." Rami said.

"I'm glad those two set us up." You said. He laughed at you and smiled at you. "Thank you, for tonight."

Rami face soften when you saud that. It was a sad that he had to go. "Good night, darling." He said. Darling, that's new.

Your heart pounded so fast when he called you that. He was the first guy to call you that. Not even your ex-boyfriend.

You smiled at him. "Good night, Rami." You said and closed the door behind you.

You already felt a connection with him ever since in the restaurant.
