Back to the present

A tear slipped Sid's eye remembering that one day that changed his whole life, took away all his happiness and  made him lifeless. But he knew he couldn't get weak and he definitely won't. Not again. He was, is and will be strong for his princess. He won't break his promise he made to his wife that he will give their daughter love of both mother and father.

Sid's P.O.V.

That day broke me from inside. But when I saw my princess. It hit me I can't be weak. For few days I used to cry at nights because pain was too much. But seeing her smile, I started to move on. The day she said me papa made me more strong.

I toh moved on. Everyone did slowly. But there was one person who suffered much more than me. More than anyone of us. Jai. Not a single tear felt from his eyes on that day. He said he won't be able to attend the cremation. "Itni himmat nhi hai mujhme", he said and left. He locked himself in a room. He didn't talk to anyone. He cut himself off from everyone. He used to eat lil bit on being forced. He got mute for next 6 months. They need to forcefully give him sleeping pills because he couldn't sleep.

Re used to take him to psychologist forcefully. But he just used to sit there quitely for hours. He didn't respond, didn't say a word, didn't shed a single tear. His psychologist clearly said he needs to cry out. On that day only he should have cried out. It's not good to kill yourself from inside. We need to shed those tears.

Re supported him a lot. Sonia mom's health started deteriorating seeing him in this condition. One day she went in his room and felt on floor in front of him and cried for an hour asking him to talk to her. Finally seeing his mom in that condition, he hugged her tightly. He cried out in her lap. He cried for hours and finally slept peacefully on that day without any sleeping pills.

P.O.V. ends

He smiled weakly and got back to work. The day passed as normal for Sid.

Ash was lil lost thinking about her first crush. They had their games period and co-incidently Vivek's class also had games period at same time. He was playing basketball with his friends. She was sitting on stairs and drooling over him.

Ash's friends saw her and came to her. They all started teasing her and she was blushing badly. She was just staring on ground and smiling and blushing continously.

She again looked up. Her eyes searching for him. Suddenly she saw Vivek talking to a girl. She felt really angry and jealous. Her hands turned into fist. But of course she can't say anything to them as they were seniors to them.

Day passed with her lil lost. She got scolding from her teacher for not paying attention but teacher forgave her as she is one of the toppers but warned her to be attentive.

Sid picked her up and they went home. After lunch, he was busy in his office work and Ash in her own thoughts. She did her homework and the day came to an end slowly. She slept with last thoughts of him. And woke in the morning with first thoughts of his.

Few days passed like this. Sid could see change in her behaviour. He was protective not really possessive. So he asked her to be careful again and again. He knew the feeling as he had himself gone through all this.

First crush. You just see that person everywhere. You just find him/her beautiful/handsome. You just want that person nothing else. Always dreaming about him/her.

He sometimes used to tease her a bit but also made her understand all this is a part of teenage life. Enjoy it but don't forget about other things which are more important than this and not to cross the limits. Everything has it's own time and it's best if it's done at correct time only.

After few days, Ash saw Vivek proposing a girl of his class.
