Sid: If someone held you wrist na, just  kick on his penis. He will feel pain and will get distract. By the time, you run away

Sid: Ok. If your leg is not free, use your hand. Punch his nose with force. Even if it bleeds, don't worry. Or you can even hit him with your elbow

Sid: If person hugs you from behind, bend down and attack his leg. Pick his leg up

Sid: If the person, hugs you from front and your arms are blocked, hit his penis with your knee

Sid: If you wanna attack his nose, curl your fingers and attack with your palm

Sid: If a person is blocking your way, attack his chin and break his teeth

Sid: If person keeps his hand on your mouth and stopping you from speaking, bite his hand

Sid: You can even stomp your foot his. If you are wearing pencil heals, it's more better but if not then also you can do this. As soon as he leaves you, just run from there
