Aneri: Manik, ki tum dusri shaddi kyu nhi kr deti?

Dadi: Yeh kya bol rhi hai tu, Aneri? Dusri shadi?

Aneri looked around to make sure no one was there and said, "Shalini, chal, tere room mein jaakr bate krte hai." Dadi also agreed, "Ohkk," and they both went to Dadi's room and locked the door.

Dadi: Ab bol, Aneri, tu yeh kya bol rhi hai Manik ki dusri shaddi?

Aneri: Are meri baat sunke pehle yeh Nandini, na tujhe par dadi ka sukh de sakti, aur tu khud dekh iske vajay se tera pota bhi tujhse door chla gya... aur teri bahu ki jubaan dekh, kitni tez chalti hai.

After thinking for some time, Dadi replied, "Tu baat to sahi keh rhi hai. Is ladki ne toh koi sukh bhi nhi diya, balki mera pota nhi bhi cheen liya."

Aneri smiled cunningly with a victory smile, but she hid her smile before Dadi could see it.

Dadi: Vaise, Aneri, par shadi kon karega Manik se?

Aneri: Uski tension tu mat le, mere paas hai ek ladki, bahut sundar, susheel, bilkul gaaye hai. Jo tu bolegi vesa hi karegi. Tu ladki ki tension mat le, tu yeh soch tu Manik ko kaise manqygi in sab ke liye.

Dadi: Ha, voh mein dekh lungi. Vaise, yeh bata, kya voh ladki kon hai aur voh manegi kese shadi ke liye?

Aneri: Are, voh ladki jo hai, voh meri Natin hai, mere...

Dadi: Tu apne natin ki shaddi mere bete se kyu krva rhi hai?

Aneri: Are, bas mujhse aur yeh tera dukh nhi dekha jata. Kitni dukhi hai tu Nandini ko leke. Mein dekha hai tujhe jab hum sab apne pote potiyo ke baate krte hai, aur tu chup rehti. Tu meri best friend hai, mein tere liye itna nhi kr sakti.

Dadi: Yaar, tu sach meri pakki vali dost hai. Tu meri khushi ke liye apne natin ki shadi mere Mannu se krva rhi hai...

Aneri: Are, Shalini, tu meri pakki saheli hai. Mein tere liye itna nhi kr sakti... but tu sabse pehle Manik aur apne gharwalon ko mana.

Dadi: Voh tu mujh par chhod de, mein dekh lungi.

Aneri smiled, thinking her plan was working.

Aneri: Are, chal ab mein chlti hu.

Dadi: Are, pehle khaana toh kha le.

Aneri: Voh mein ghar jaake kr lungi. Abhi mujhe late ho rha hai.

Dadi: Chal thik hai.

Aneri: Chal, ab mein chlti hu.

With this, Aneri bid farewell, and Dadi was thinking about how she was going to tell all this to Manik. She also knew that Manik would not agree soon, so she had to do something big to make Manik ready for marriage. The whole day, Dadi was just thinking about how to get Manik ready for all this, and she didn't come out of the room.

Now, it's night, and Nandini was serving food to Ayaan and Nyonika. Manik was still not home as he had some work at the office. Nandini was also not eating, as she wanted to eat with Manik when he returned.

While Manik was in the car, coming home, he heard a girl shouting for help. He stopped his car and followed the voice. He saw some goons misbehaving with the girl. Manik went towards them and started fighting to save the girl. He beat them, and the goons ran away. Manik went to the girl and asked, "Hey, are you fine?"

The girl replied, "Yes, thank you so much. You came at the right time, or else I don't know what would have happened," and she started crying.

Manik said, "It's okay. Relax, everything is fine now. By the way, what are you doing here at this time?"

The girl explained, "My car got punctured, and I thought to seek help, but then all this happened."

Manik replied, "Alright, no problem. Come, I will drop you."

The girl declined, saying, "No, I will manage. You've already done enough."

Manik insisted, "It's not a problem, and at this time, you won't find any other vehicle."

The girl agreed, "Okay, thanks."

So Manik and the girl sat in the car. Manik asked, "So, where do you live?"

The girl replied, "You drive, and I will tell you the way."

As Manik drove, the girl directed him to her address. They soon reached her destination, and the girl got out of the car, saying, "Thank you so much for your help."

Manik responded, "Oh, no problem. It's fine."

The girl introduced herself, "By the way, myself Niharika Khanna," and she extended her hand for a handshake.

Manik - It's Manik Mahlotra. He also shakes his hand and leaves from there. Niharika enters her house and sees a woman waiting for her. She goes towards her.

Woman - So, how was it?

Niharika - Nani, everything is going according to our plan.

Woman (Niharika's grandmother) - That's good to hear. Keep going with the plan.

Niharika - Don't worry, Nani. I know what I need to do.

And yes, the woman is Aneri.

Woman (Aneri) - Even I talked to Shalini today, and she is so dumb. Voh meri baato mein aaram se aagyi.

Niharika - Nani, first time I saw Manik at the namkaran party. He is so handsome. Thank you so much, Nani, that you will get me married to Manik.

Aneri - Tu chinta mat, mein sab plan kr rakha. Tu dekha, tu hi banegi Mahlotra's ki bahu, aur phir vha pe raaz kregi.

Niharika (dreamily) - Yes, Nani! How good it will be, Mrs. Niharika Manik Mahlotra! Omg, Nani, now I can't wait.

Aneri - But tuje pta hai tuje kya krna hai, kesa behave krna hai Shalini ke samne samji.

Niharika - Ji, Nani. App bilkul tension mat lijeye.

Aneri - Ab mein sone jaati hu.

Niharika's POV

I saw Manik at the namkaran party, and it was love at first sight. He is so handsome. The way he walks, his aura, everything is totally different. But then I came to know that he is already married to that bitch Nandini. I so fucking hate her. Days started to pass, but my love for Manik is increasing day by day. I used to stalk him everywhere. Omg, he is so handsome, the way he looks... Mann... But he just loves Nandini. What does that girl have? I look more pretty than her. But one day, my Nani came to my room and saw Manik's photos all over. She asked, "What is this?" I told her that I am in love with him. I thought she will be angry, but the thing is all opposite. She told me, "Do you want to marry him?" And I was in cloud nine. I said, "But how will it be possible? He is already married." She said, "His wife can never become a mother, and her dadi is so upset with her, so we will make her dadi ready for a second marriage." I was so happy, but then I asked why she is helping me. She said they are Mahlotra's, India's biggest business tycoon. If I will get married to him, then we can also take some of their property, aur I will be the queen of the house. I am so damn excited to hear that I will be the queen of Mahlotra's, and Manik will be my husband. Just waiting for the day when I will be getting married to him.

Niharika's POV ends

While Manik reaches his home and sees Nandini sitting in the living room, waiting for him. He just shrugged and says, "Yeh ladki kabhi nhi smajegi. How many times I told her don't wait for me and eat food on time, but no, meri baat kha manati hai yeh." He goes towards her and says, "Nandini," and she wakes up with a jerk and says, "Manik, tum kab aaye?"

Manik - "When you were sleeping uncomfortably."

Nandini - "Manik, cribbing like a baby."

Manik - "Nandini, how many times I said don't wait for me and have your food, baba."

Nandini - "Manik, but mujhe tumhare bina khana acha nhi lagta, aur tum kya baatein kr rhe ho? You go freshen up, jab tak mein dinner lagati hu."

Manik knows she will not listen to him. He just walks to her room to freshen up while Nandini goes to the kitchen to heat the dinner.

Manik comes down and sees Nandini serving the food.

Manik - "Why two plates, Nandini?"

Nandini - "Because we are two, Manik."

Manik - "But you yourself said, 'Manik, we are one,' mimicking her."

Nandini - "Manik," with a pout.

Manik - "Aww, come here. We will eat from one plate only." With this, they both sit and share the food from one plate. Both were feeding each other, and they completed their food with a little bit of romance.

Manik - "Now time for dessert."

Nandini - "But Manik, I haven't cooked anything for dessert."

Manik - "But I have my dessert."

Nandini - "What's that?" with a confused face.

Manik - "It is..." With this, Manik pulls Nandini and takes her lips for a soulful kiss. Nandini was shocked as they were in the living room. Nandini was struggling, but Manik didn't give a damn. He was kissing her, even though Nandini knew he wouldn't stop, so she also gave in. After a short breath, they stopped, and Nandini started to hit him.

Manik - "What happened, jaan? Why are you hitting me?"

Nandini - "Manik, you kissed me in the living room."

Manik - "So why are you getting hyper? It is not our first kiss."

Nandini - "Manik, agar koi aajata toh kitna ajeeb lagta."

Manik - "Ohh, abhi sab so rhe hai, aur vese bhi agar koi dekh toh kya hota? Mein apni wife ke sàth romance kr rha hu, kisi aur kisi ke sath thodi." With this, he was coming close to kiss her again.

Nandini - "Are, Mom, aap yaha?"

Manik - "Ohh, Mom, I was just going to my room. Nothing." He turns and sees no one is there, and Nandini was laughing. He shouts and says, "Nandini!" Nandini ran towards her room, and Manik runs behind her. Nandini reached her room, and Nandini was laughing, and Manik was saying, "Bhut hassi aa rhi hai n tumhe. Just wait." While now Manik catches Nandini and says, "Ab kha jaogi bach kr?" And Manik started to tickle her. Nandini was laughing, and the room was full of Nandini's laughter. Both were happy together, not knowing what storms are coming in their life soon.
