I gave a deeper meaning to the shade of blue
Like how I gave deeper meanings to the things you do.
I poured jars of honey on the smiles you've given me,
I led myself to a land only I can see.

I wished you really felt the same on broken stars
When I basked under the sky reflecting your name.
I hoped to the heavens with my heart full of scars
That I won't shatter but the bitter truth came.

I thought time was a healer for my lonely soul,
And will let my lovelorn heart once again be whole,
But I can still feel how my hand felt when it was in yours,
And I can still recall how you took down my doors.
