"Why were you so worried about me Shivanya?" asked Siddharth. 

"Because I love you damn it" replied Shivanya, not realising what she said.

"Really? Repeat please" said Siddharth.

"I mean because I am your wife" said Shivanya as she realised what she said.

Siddharth smiled softly and looked at her lovingly. 

Just then, the door of the ward got opened and both the families entered inside. Megha and Piyush had tears of happiness in their eyes, seeing their child alright. Shreshth and Nandini ran to him and hugged him. They both started crying while hugging him.

"Why are you all crying so much?? Aren't you all happy with my recovery? I thought you all will be happy seeing me okay but you all are just crying. Aren't you liking me all fit and fine" said Siddharth.

As he completed his sentence, three hands covered his mouth. The hands were of none other than Shivanya, Shreshth and Nandini.

"Stop talking rubbish Siddharth or you will get beaten from me right now infront of everyone. Get that?" scolded Shivanya.

Siddharth just nodded his head and smiled at her. Shreshth and Nandini removed their hands from his mouth and moved away from him.

"What happened to both of you now?" asked Siddharth,trying to sit on the bed.

Shivanya helped him in sitting properly while Nandini replied to Siddharth's question,"You keep talking rubbish! That's why we don't wanna talk to you now".

Everyone including Siddharth smiled at her reply.

"Aww! I am sorry!" apologized Siddharth while holding his ears.

They both smiled and forgave him. Siddharth's eyes then fell on Megha who was looking at him, trying to control her tears.

"Maa come over here" said Siddharth while opening his arms for her.

She cane near him and hugged her son tightly. But not too tightly that it would hurt him.

Just then, Shivanya got up from her place. As she stood up, she felt her head all heavy and everything revolving around her.

"Siddharth.." whispered Shivanya slightly.

As he was near only, he heard her. He looked at her and immediately held her hand as she was about to fall.

"Shivanya.." shouted Siddharth.

Seeing her falling, everyone got terrified. Rohit immediately came forward to help and held her. He made her sit next to Siddharth.

Her head was resting comfortably on his chest. Her eyes closed and her body loose. Her face was all pale and had lost its colour.

Siddharth was feeling very helpless today as he couldn't even save his Shivanya from falling, just because of his leg injury.

Rohit passed him a glass of water. Siddharth took it from his hand and sprinkled it on her face. He started patting her cheeks in order to wake her up. Worry was clearly visible on his face.

"Shivanya..please wake up bache...please" requested Siddharth to an unconscious Shivanya while sprinkling water on her face.

His eyes have started to get teary, seeing his love unconscious. Just then, Siddharth felt some movement in Shivanya. He looked down towards her to find her gaining consciousness.

As she regained consciousness, she sat up straight. He looked at her, worried. He cupped her face in his hands and asked her,"You okay?"

She nodded her head in a 'yes'.

"Shivanya what happened to you? Why did you felt weakness all of a sudden?" asked Siddharth.

Shivanya kept all quiet, not answering Siddharth's question and not even looking in his eyes. Seeing her not looking in his eyes, he felt that something was fishy.

He again asked her,"Shivanya I am asking you something. Speak up!! What happened to you suddenly? Why did you felt weakness all of a sudden?"

"I will tell you everything jiju" said Rohit, coming forward. .

Siddharth looked at him curiously, wanting to know what has to his Shivanya while Shivanya looked at Rohit, pleading to him not ti tell anything to him.

"Rohit will you speak??" asked Siddharth.

"Jiju why won't she feel weakness? She has not eaten anything since last night. Over that, she has donated blood to you as well. And after that too, she has fainted two times because of weakness and this was the third time. After a lot of monifying, I hardlt made her drink a glass of juice which too she drank with a lot of tantrums. Now tell me won't she faint?" said Rohit.

Siddharth was shocked to know this new piece of information and quickly averted his gave towards Shivanya who was looking down, fiddling with her fingers.

"Shivanya look over here" said Siddharth, politely yet sternly.

Listening to his stern voice, she immediately looked up at him.

"Is all this true Shivanya?" asked Siddharth while cupping her face in his hands.

She just slowly nodded her head in a 'yes'. This made Siddharth close his eyed and clench his fists in anger. Seeing him angry, fear appeared in her eyes. His eyes were bloodshot red.

He held Shivanya from her arms and said to her,"If I was not be there for a day then why the hell did you stop caring for yourself? Shivanya you are the most important person of my life and I can't afford to loose you. Get that in your brain! Loosing you is like myself, Shivanya! If like this any other day anything else happened to me then will you just stop caring for yourself haan?"

Hearing this from him, she looked at him shocked and once again the fear of loosing him took over her heart. She immediately hugged him tight and said to him scared,"Why would anything happen to you? Nothing will happen to you. Did you get that? Nothing will happen to you!"

In fear, she had started shivering. Siddharth was also shocked to see her so vulnerable. She had never been so vulnerable. He immediately reciprocated the hug and rubbed her arms to stop her from shivering.

She had started crying by now. She didn't want to cry but the fear of loosing him which had took a deep place in her heart was continuously making her cry even when he was there and she was in his arms.

He was rubbing her back to calm her instead she started crying more heavily. He regretted saying all this to her. He regretted scolding her,being angry on her and waking up her fear of loosing him.

Because of continuous crying, she had started finding it difficult to breathe. She started to loose her breathe. She tried to breathe but couldn't. Her past started revolving infront of her eyes like a movie. She has once lost everything, now she was having no strength to loose everything again and go through the same phase again.

All this made her panic and she started getting a panic attack.....
