Siddharth immediately embraced her and hid her head in his chest. She was still wincing at small intervals, clutching to his shirt but now Siddharth was soothing her pain. As the doctor was about to bandage her hand once again, she withdrew her hand from his and held it in her hand, feeling pain. Her eyes had started to get moist because of pain. It was unbearable for her to tolerate it.

"Mrs.Malhotra please give me your hand so that I can bandage it. We can't keep the fresh wound open for so long" said the doctor.

But Shivanya just shoke her head in 'no', still hiding her head in Siddharth's chest. She was not willing to give her hand to anyone. She was not even letting Siddharth touch her hand, someone else was a different case. By now, her tears have started to make Siddharth's shirt wet. He caressed her hair lovingly and kissed the top of her head.

"Maam please give your hand. It is harmful for the wound to be open for so long" said the doctor.

"Noo!! Don't you understand I don't want to give my hand?? It is paining a lot. Just be away" said Shivanya while crying.

The doctor sighed in disappointment and he looked at Siddharth. But his attention was on Shivanya.

"Okay okay!! No one will touch your wound. You don't want the doctor to bandage it na. Then shall I dot it in his replacement?" said Siddharth.

"Yes, you may" said Shivanya.

Siddharth took the bandage from the doctor's hand and himself bandaged her hand very carefully. She had stopped crying by now and he was also done with the bandage. He cupped her face and cleaned the tear strains from her face. He then broke the hug and lay down back on the bed with Shivanya in his arms.

As it was a VIP ward and not a normal one that's why the bed was this much big that two people could easily sleep on it.

The doctor came and first checked Siddharth and then Shivanya. He asked the nurse to come with the food. She came and Megha took it, feeding both her children.

After the food was finish, the doctor injected Shivanya with an injection that would help her sooth her pain. The injection was so strong that it made Shivanya sleep in a blink of eye.

Siddharth too had his medicines and then he too slept, hugging Shivanya.

After 1 hour -
Siddharth's ward -

Shivanya and Siddharth were sleeping peacefully, when her phone rang, breaking her sleep. She picked up her phone from the side table. Getting out of Siddharth's embrace, she checked who was calling. It was Trisha's number. She immediately picked up the call and put it on her ear. What she heard next, made her smirk.

"Keep him there only! I am coming" said Shivanya, smirking.

"Okay maam!!" exclaimed Trisha and hanged up the call.

She was about to stood up from the bed when she felt a strong grip on her hand. She turned around to find Siddharth holding her hand and looking at her.

"Where are you going Shivanya??" asked Siddharth.

"To kill the one who tried to kill you" replied Shivanya.

"The accident was planned??" asked Siddharth, shocked.

"Yes! I am going to give punishment ti that person only who caused your accident and the one who planned it" replied Shivanya.

"All the best" wished Siddharth to Shivanya.

He left her hand and she too left from there.

"Shivanya you are really very strong and I am really proud of you. I don't knows about you past but I am guarantee sure that what you are today is because of your past only. By seeing you only, I realised such a beautiful and sweet girl I was never like this. You were made like this. I want to know your past but I promise I will never force you to tell it to me. Today, one thing is made sure that you too love me. You tried ti cover up your words and feeling but your eyes said everything. I love yoy so kuch Shivanya but can't tell you right now" though Siddharth, looking at the ceiling.

Meanwhile on the other side -

A dark place like a basement is seen.Very dim lights were opened over there and in these dim lights, a face was seen. The face was of a man who was tied to the chair with ropes. His hands and legs were tied and his mouth was closed with a white cloth. His condition was not at all goof. Seeing him, it was looking like he was not given even a single drop of water from many days and was also beaten badly.

Just then, the door of the room got opened and the light immediately fell on the man's face. He closed his eyes but Shivanya's bodyguards come forward and forcefully opened his eyes. She closed the door and came inside along with Trisha.

She signalled her bodyguards to remove the cloth from his mouth. As they removed the cloth, he started shouting.

"Who the hell are you and why have you kept me over here??" asked the man, shouting.

"Lower down your voice or my first shoot will go inside your mouth only" replied Shivanya in anger.

"Is it you Shivanya??" asked the man in shock.

"Yes my dear ex-boyfriend! It is me only Mr.Raghav Chauhan, it is me only your ex-girlfriend, Ms.Shivanya Singhania" replied Shivanya with a smirk on her face.

"Why the hell have you kidnapped me?? What do you want from me now??" asked Raghav, shouting at the top of his voice.

She directly shooted him in his mouth. Blood started flowing from his mouth but she didn't care a damn.

"I already said either lower down your volume or be ready to get shooted" said Shivanya.

"You asked me na why I have kidnapped you?? Then listen!! How dare you hurt my husband?? The accident was planned by you na so now face the consequences as well. You thought that you will hurt Siddharth and I will not give you a lesson. How did you even think of that Mr? You tired to once again destroy my life but sorry you failed this time. You don't even deserve to live" said Shivanya while gritting her teeth.

She held him by his collar and picked him up along with the chair. She slapped him tight on his cheek and throwing him back on the floor said,"You tried to kill my husband and then you thought I will spare you but that's the biggest misunderstanding you held. I will never spare you for hurting mh family. You are such a Baat are that you dared to hurt my husband, the husband of Shivanya Rathore. I think you forgot how badly I insulted you infront of everyone. I wish I would have not left you that day. But mo problem today I will kill you with my own hands".

She stepped on his chest and bending down looked at her face which look very much dull and tired.

"Rest in Hell" said Shivanya and directly shooted him in between of his forehead.

And with that shot, he lost his breathe and died on the spot.

"Clear all this mess up!!" ordered Shivanya to her bodyguards and went from there.

Trisha followed her and her bodyguards started to clear all the mess up.
