Afternoon - 
Singhania Villa -

Today, Singhania Villa was very beautifully decorated. It was decorated with light, flowers and some decorative material too.

It was decorated so beautifully because it was Shivanya and Siddharth's mehendi and cocktail function in the evening today.

The house looked very calm from outside but the inside scenario was something else only. From inside, the house was filled with great hustle bustle.

Everyone in the house was running here and there. Just then, Shivanya came there with a jewellery piece in her hand.

"Mom!!!" called out Shivanya, a bit loudly.

Everyone first saw towards her and then towards her clothes. They all looked at her with confused eyes. They were confused with the fact that why didn't she got ready till now.

"You didn't got ready till now??" asked Tripti with a confused look.

"Ready for what sis?? It is just afternoon!! Function is in evening so why to get ready so early??" replied Shivanya.

"Don't you want to get ready to go to the parlour or you will get ready on your own??" asked Tripti, slightly hitting Shivanya's forehead with her hand.

The thought of going to parlour, just striked her mind and she jumped on her place for no reason.

"Oh yes!! I have to go to parlour to get ready for the function!!" exclaimed Shivanya while jumping like a two years of age child.

Everyone smiled seeing her childish behaviour.

"You all know what I was thinking from so long what am I forgetting and now I remembered or I may say sis made me remember that I have to go to parlour to get ready and for that I have to get ready" said Shivanya.

She started to go back to her room when Tarun said something which made her stop in her tracks.

"By the way Shivanya why did you want to meet mom??" asked Tarun.

Listening to him, Shivanya remembered that she came downstairs to meet Shalini and ask for something.

"Oh yes!! I came downstairs to meet mom!" exclaimed Shivanya, once more jumping on her place.

"Where is she??" asked Shivanya while turning around and fixing the strands of her hair which were coming on her face behind her ears.

"She is in the kitchen!! Go check on her!!" exclaimed Rohit.

Shivanya nodded and moved to the kitchen in a funny way. Sometimes dancing, sometimes walking normally, sometimes jumping and sometimes limping.

Everyone laughed on her antics and slightly slapped their foreheads. The three siblings, i.e. Tarun, Tripti and Rohit were also adoring her at the same time.

"Mommmmm!!!" exclaimed Shivanya happily while entering inside.

Shalini saw towards and smiled. Shivanya came and back hugged her.

"Finally I found you!!" exclaimed Shivanya happily while hugging her more tightly.

"When was I lost??" asked Shalini while slightly patting Shivanya's cheeks.

"You were not in front of me so you were lost for me right" replied Shivanya.

Shalini smiled at her childish antics.

"By the way what's cooking today??" asked Shivanya.

"Your favourite snacks!!" replied Shalini happily.

"Really mom!! I love you so much!!" exclaimed Shivanya with great enthusiasm and kissing Shalini's cheeks.

"I love you too my little kid" said Shalini and slightly patted Shivanya's head.

"And what is going in your head mom??" asked Shivanya, turning Shalini towards her and holding her lightly from her shoulders.

Shivanya made sure that her hold was not that tight to hurt her mother.

"No..nothing Shivanya" said Shalini while stammering in between of her words.

Shalini was not looking into Shivanya's eyes which made Shivanya sure that she was hiding something from her as she always used to look into her eyes while she was conversing with her but today she was looking here and there other than looking into her eyes, making her sure that there was something going on in her mind which she was not expressing to her.

"Mom tell me the truth what is going on in your mind??" asked Shivanya, cupping her face and making her look in her eyes.

She made sure that her voice wasn't that loud or harsh to scare her or make her more nervous to hide her feelings.

"Shivanya I think that you are mistaken, I am all okay" said Shalini, trying to hide her feelings and pretending like she was alright.

"Mom!!!" exclaimed Shivanya while glaring at her.

Shalini understood that she should jot hide her pain or worry from her anymore or else she will blast on her or get angry from her. And she knew the fact that if she got angry from her once then she is not going to talk to her for several days. And she didn't wanted to spoil her mood in between of her marriage functions so decided to tell her the truth and reveal her feelings to her.

"Don't you miss her anymore Shivanya??" asked Shalini while looking into her eyes.

"Whom mom??" asked Shivanya.

She wore a completely confused look.

"Shivanya your...."

Before Shalini could complete, Shivanya cutter her off in between.

"No mom!! I don't miss her at all now" said Shivanya.

"Don't lie Shivanya!!" exclaimed Shalini.

"I am not lying mom!! Yes this is true that I was missing her on the day of my engagement but now I am all fine and not missing her anymore" said Shivanya softly.

Shalini smiled at her. Suddenly, she remembered that Shivanya came there calling for her so decided to ask her what the matter was.

"By the way Shivanya why were you calling me??" asked Shalini.

"Oh yes!! Mom see this pendant it's hook has broken. Now tell me what should I do?? What should I wear in my neck as necklace for function now??" replied Shivanya, while showing her the pendant.

"Oh god!! How did this happen now!!" exclaimed Shalini while looking at the pendant.

"What should I do now mom??" asked Shivanya, a bit worriedly.

"Calm down Shivanya!! We will find another one!! Come with me!!" exclaimed Shalini.

She turned off the gas stove and took Shivanya to her room.

Shivanya's Room -

They both entered inside the room to find it all messy. Shalini glared at Shivanya while Shivanya smiled sheeply.

"What is all this Shivanya?? Are you a kid?? You have made your room so messy" scolded Shalini to Shivanya while folding Shivanya's clothes.

"Sorry mom!! I was finding my pendant and dress so it got all messed up" said Shivanya while helping Shalini in folding clothes.

"It's okay!!" exclaimed Shalini.

They started to fold the clothes. After they were done with folding the clothes, they started ti pack the jewelleries back in their respectively boxes back.

After everything was done, they started to search for a good and light pendant for Shivanya.
