"Bhabhi..." called out Nandini.

Shivanya saw towards her and just hummed.

"Please talk to me na" requested Nandini.

"I am talking to you bache" said Shivanya while caressing her face and patting her cheeks.

"Bhabhi should I ask you something??" asked Nandini.

"Hm ask" replied Shivanya while looking down at the floor.

"Do you love bhaiya?" asked Nandini.

As she listened to her question, her eyes got wide and she immediately looked at her, not knowing what to reply. She just kept looking at her in shock. Seeing her not responding, she snapped her fingers infront of her.

Shivanya came back to her senses. She was about to answer Nandini's question when the doctor came there and said to her,"Mrs.Malhotra, you can now go and meet him".

Saying this, the doctor went from there and Shivanya made her way towards Siddharth's VIP ICU.

ICU -

A special ICU was booked for Siddharth. It wad a VIP ICU. Every facility was available over there. Shivanya opened the door and entered inside the ward. As she saw Siddharth, her eyes started to get wet with tears. Many machines were attached to his body. He was able to breathe only with the help of an oxygen mask. She took the stole kept there and placed it near Siddharth's bed. She sat on it and held his hand which had a drip strip attached to it.

She firmly held ir and placed it on her cheek and said to an unconscious him,"Siddharth you promised me that you will never leave me then why did you leave me now?? Wake up please...I can't live without you. You are my world. Please Siddharth!! I can't see you lying lifeless like this. Wake up na!! Talk to me! Why the hell are you troubling me?? Please Siddharth! Stop troubling me and get up! I really love you so much. Please wake up now. Please! I love you...

She said this much only when she realised what she said. In flow, she didn't realise that she said love you to him. Before she could think anything more, the machines attached to his body, started beeping.

She got scared seeing this and immediately called out for the doctor.

The doctor came inside and sent her outside.

He started checking Siddharth while she was pacing here and there outside in tension, hell worried for Siddharth.

"Shivanya sit here quietly!" ordered Tarun, trying to get a hold on her.

But Shivanya being Shivanya, didn't even pay any heed to what he said.

She kept pacing here and there. Tarun tried two to three times more but then he too sat down, understanding that his sister will not listen to him.

After a couple of minutes, the doctor came out. There wad a smile on his face. Seeing him, Shivanya ran to him and asked him,"Doctor, how is Siddharth now??"

"He is alright now Mrs.Malhotra. Just you have to keep in mind that he takes his medicines properly and on time. Also, he should not exert himself much" replied the doctor.

Shivanya smiled in tears and asked him,"Can I meet him??"

"Yes you can meet him once we shift him to the VIP ward and do his check up once more" replied the doctor.

She nodded and the doctor went from there.

After sometime, Siddharth was shifted to the VIP ward and the doctor allowed Shivanya to meet Siddharth as he was continuously calling for her.

Siddharth's Ward -

As soon as Shivanya entered inside the ward, her eyes met Siddharth's eyes. As their eyes met,tears started flowing from her eyes. Seeing this, his eyes also softened. He opened her arms for her. She immediately ran and hid herself in his arms. He wrapped his arms around her petite figure. Shivanya started crying while keeping her head on his chest and hugging him tightly. He started rubbing her back in order to calm her down but it was of no use.

"Shivanya! Look over here" said Siddharth while caressing her hair.

But she didn't react to him. She kept crying and he kept making efforts to calm her down.

"Shivanya look at me bacha! See I am alright now. I know you must have got scared seeing my that condition" said Siddharth with love and affection in his voice and caressing her hair.

"I got so scared Siddharth" said Shivanya like a kid.

She was keeping her on his chest and speaking to him. She was still not looking at him.

"You don't know what I was feeling when I saw you in that condition. I was feeling like I was having nothing inside me. I wad feeling empty inside me. My soul had left my body. The moment I saw tou lying unconscious on the hospital bed, I felt like my world got crashed infront of my eyes. I have seen my world crashing infront f ne. And seeing it getting crashed once again, I couldn't handle it. I can't afford to loose you ever in my life. I have already lost everything, now I can't afford to loose you" said Shivanya while looking at him and crying.

Siddharth looked in her eyes lovingly and wiping her tears said,"Shivanya stop crying...look I am here only. I am infront of your eyes, all fit and fine. So, Please sto crying. Please!"

"You will not go away from me na?" asked Shivanya while keeping her head on his chest, listening to his heartbeats and crying.

"Why would I go away from you Shivanya?? You are the soul reason why I am living? Then, how can I leave behind the reason of my living haan. These heartbeats beat only for you meri jaan. And they will keep beating for you till my end. So, stop crying now" said Siddharth while rubbing her back.

"Stop talking about your death okay! I hate these talks!" exclaimed Shivanya while crying.

Siddharth could not tolerate more of her crying, so, he cupped her face in his hands and kept his lips on her lips, causing them to kiss each other. The kiss was very much unexpected but still it was very passionate. It was the most needed thing for her right now. She needed some assurance Which she now got with this kiss. She had stopped crying by now. Her every os in was vanishing by now. His pain which he was feeling was aldo vanishing by the passionate kiss, they were sharing.

As he saw her going breathless, he immediately broke the kiss. As they broke the kiss, she started talking deep breathes from her mouth open.

After she catched her breathe back, they both realised what they did and lowered their eyes. It was actually not wrong as they were a married couple but they were not really the kiss as they didn't want to move on in their relation in a hurry.

Their was an awkward silence which got broken by his voice,"Shivanya, should I ask you something?"

"Hm ask..." replied Shivanya.

"Why were you so worried about me??" asked Siddharth.
