Meanwhile on the other hand, Shivanya was sitting quietly with Nandini and Shreshth, waiting for the surgery to end and the OT door to get opened. It seems like her wait was now finally over as the OT door got opened and the doctor came out, removing his mask and gloves. As soon as Shivanya saw the doctor, she went to him and asked him,"Doctor is Siddharth okay?"

"The surgery was a success but we can't say if Mr.Malhotra is okay or not. His condition is very critical right now. It he doesn't regain consciousness in next 24 hours then I am sorry to say he might go into coma" replied the doctor.

Hearing the doctor's words, Shivanya stumbled back. She was about to fall down when Shreshth held her. She looked at him and tears started flowing from her eyes.

She felt her world crushing down infront of her eyes. She was not able to believe her ears. Her heart was refusing to believe what she heard while her mind was saying to trust her ears.

"Can I meet him doctor?" asked Shivanya while handling herself.

"Sorry Mrs.Malhotra but you can't meet him right nos. We are shifting him into ICU in sometime after that only you can meet him" replied the doctor.

Saying this, the doctor went from there. Shivanya showed no reaction on her face which made everyone worried. They knew that she was already in trauma and now hearing this devasting news, she felt herself drowned in tears and her own world, her own thoughts.

By that time, Rohit and Rohini too came there. They asked Tarun what happened. As he told them everything, Rohit started to go towards Shivanya when Tarun held his hand and nodded in no. He got back to his place and asked him the reason for stopping him.

"She will not listen to anyone right now. She is in great trauma right now. She is not able to express her feelings but she is truly not well. I don't know when will she start pouring her heart out infront of anyone. She is unbelievable I must say" said Tarun with tears flowing down from his eyes.

Rohit nodded and stood there only. He wiped his brother's tears and hugged him. Rohini noticed Tripti standing silently amd looking at Shivanya who was being adamant to go inside the OT while Shreshth was handling her. She went and kept her hand on Tripti's shoulder.

"Bhabhi please don't be upset! Di will get well soon, she just need to overcome the situation" said Rohini.

Tripti just looked at her blankly and nodded. Rohini looked down at the floor as she was not able to do anything for anyone. Also, she didn't knew anyone much so she was not able to even talk to them. It was slowly and slowly converting into an awkward situation for her.

"Are you the one whom Rohit chose for himself?" asked Tripti to Rohini after a couple of minutes.

Rohini just nodded and Tripti hugged her sideways.

"I must say he has a good choice. I never knew about that stupid's such perfect choice. You are the perfect girl for him" said Tripti.

Rohini looked up at her and asked her,"Really bhabhi??"

"Yes my to be devrani" replied Tripti.

Rohini smiled and hugged her tightly while Tripti reciprocated the hug.

Meanwhile Tarun and Rohit broke the hug and went to Shivanya who was struggling to get out of Shreshth's embrace to go and meet Siddharth.

Seeing them, Shreshth got aside and they both hugged her from either sides. She saw towards them and said while crying,"Jiju, Rohit, please convince them to allow me to go inside. I really want to meet Siddharth".

"Shivanya they are shifting him to ICU only then you can meet him na" said Tarun while caressing his sister's hair.

She nodded and sat down quietly. Tarun and Rohit went back to their places and stood there silently.

Shivanya was sitting on the bench when she saw Siddharth standing infront of her. She stood up and hugged him tightly.

"You said that you will not leave me alone Siddharth. You promised me!! Then why did you leave me now??" said Shivanya to Siddharth who was caressing her hair.

"I have not left you Shivanya. I am always here in your heart. Remember that!!" said Siddharth and broke the hug.

He started going from there, leaving her alone behind.

"Siddharth where are you going?? Come back please" said Shivanya while crying.

But he didn't listen to her and disappeared from there.

"Siddharth...." shouted Shivanya while looking forward.

Everyone got shocked listening to her shout and looked at her. Tripti and Rohini ran to her. She immediately embraced Tripti and started crying.

"Shivanya what happened bache?? Why did you shout like that??" asked Tripti while hugging her back.

"Dii ask Siddharth to come back na. See, he is going leaving me alone behind. Call him back please. Please di! I beg you pls" said Shivanya while crying hard and looking forward.

"Shivanya calm down bacha!! Siddharth is not here. Listen to me Shivanya. He is not here. You have seen a dream bache. He is not here" said Tripti while rubbing her back.

"Noo dii! He was here only. You know what he hugged me just right now and then suddenly he left me. He is upset from me di. Please ask him to come back. I will apologise to him but please bring him back. Please!" said Shivanya while crying uncontrollably.

"Shivanya why are you not understanding that he is not here. He is there in the OT beta, not here. You have seen a dream. Please trust me" said Tripti.

"Noo!! It can't be a dream! No no no! He can't leave me like that. He promised me that he will never leave me. Noo he can't leave me like that!! Noo!!!" shouted Shivanya while slipping down on the floor, feeling extremely weak, keeping her hands on her ears.

Everyone got shocked seeing her condition. Her condition was becoming worse by every passing second. They never thought that all this will effect her so badly.

Nandini ran to her and hugged her.

"Nandini you trust me na! Please trust me Siddharth was here only. Please!" pleaded Shivanya to Nandini.

"Bhabhi I trust you! First get up. Get up!" said Nandini while making her stand.

She stood up back on her feet.

"Listen to me bhabhi! Bhaiya is not here, he is there inside the OT. You have been seeing a dream" said Nandini.

She just looked at her and sat back on the bench. Nandini too sat beside her and hugged her tightly.
