Dev looked at reports while getting inside the elevator, he found a change in name. In the place of patient name it was written sonal instead of Sonakshi, he decided to go inside and check the reports again with Natasha.

When dev was about to get inside Natasha's cabin he looked at another patient stepping inside her cabin. "Sorry Sir, just give a minute time." Dev said, stepping inside her cabin without even giving a knock on the door. He looked at her wiping and got confused. "What happened? Are you okay?" He asked stepping closer to her, she was shocked to see Dev again coming back to her. "Any problem? What happened to sonakshi? Why did you come back?" She questioned wiping the little drops of tear slip from her eyes. "Natasha, it's not sonakshi's reports. Patient name is Sonal." Dev handed over the reports to Natasha and she quickly checked into it. That's when Natasha released she didn't ask sonakshi to do the ultrasound test. "Oops! Dev, shit. Man I'm sorry." She got scared looking at her careless mistake. "Doctor sonakshi's blood sample report." Her assistant came in and placed the blood test report of sonakshi's. Dev looked at Natasha and waited for her to answers, she sent her assistant out and asked dev to also wait few minutes outside. She called her other two patients who were waiting to meet her inside.

After half an hour natasha called Dev again and asked him to sit opposite to her. "I'm sorry, from morning I was really disturbed." She apologized to him for her carelessness.

"This is really risky, I could have even made your medical license get cancelled." Dev's words made her understand how silly she behaved. "Anyway, sonakshi is eight to ten days pregnant. Early stage, she needs to be careful." She gave the correct reports to Dev. "What about the twin babies?" Dev questioned and she looked at him. "I need to see the ultrasound scan, to check on the sac development. Ask her to do one ultrasound test." She prescribed the test and offered the slip to Dev.

"Now, what happened to you?" Dev questioned looking straight into her eyes, Natasha knew if she speaks a word to him she was going to cry. That was the main reason she decided to send Dev fast out from the hospital and read a wrong report to him. "Answer me" he raised his voice a little higher. "Personal problem. That's why I didn't perform the stitches also to sonakshi, I'm not in a peaceful state." She said and started to cry, he moved closer to her and consoled her.

"Tell me, anything serious, Natasha" he got sacred looking at her break down in tears. "I had a secret relationship with Rithwik, I knew he dated a girl before but didn't expect he will leave me and choose her. He patched up with his Ex girlfriend and broke up with me. It's really bothering me." She looked really dull. Dev just looked at her helpless not knowing what to tell.

"What have you decided to do?" He questioned her as she rested her head on the desk. "I'm going to Canada to my sister's house, Maybe that will make me feel a little better." She was feeling helpless, he gently rubbed her back to console. Dev stood behind her and she felt a little better.

"When are you leaving to Canada" he asked coming back to his original place. "Within this week, I already got the visa long back and confirmed the tickets, today." Natasha replied him and Dev decided to be beside her to support her when she's going through so much of pain in her life.

"In this tension only, Dev. I gave the wrong health statement to you. Now, I hope sonakshi really carries two babies but wait she also has enlarged spleen right?" Natasha asked confused Dev just stared at for few seconds with his  wide open eyes. "No, she has ruptured spleen. You should have taken leave today, instead of killing me like this." His voice was mixed with happiness and anger. He was still flying high after knowing Sonakshi is pregnant. The moment he knew it wasn't sonakshi's reports in his  hands he just prayed sonakshi being pregnant should be real.

"I would have taken leave but our MD forced me to come as he; himself called me personally I wasn't able to disagree." Her words made Dev just look at her worried.

"Take care. Any problem tell me." Dev said and she nodded her head in a "yeah"

"I will soon be over this shit, Dev. You take care of the little baby and sonakshi. I'm going home." She spoke as Dev left from her cabin.

As Dev walked out her cabin, he yet again started to think how to tell sonakshi that she's going to become MOM. He went to the ward where she was resting and didn't find her there.

Dev enquired about sonakshi to the nurse. "Dr. Sonakshi went to maternity ward." He understood that sonakshi went to meet her pretty boy.

Within few seconds Dev stood outside kuhu's ward and dailed sonakshi's number. She asked him to come inside and he entered in.

He looked at sonakshi admiring kuhu's baby and the little baby already started to blink his eyes looking at her. "How are you feeling?" Dev asked kuhu, looking at her tired face. "Better" she replied with a small smile.

"How suddenly you came here?" Dev  questioned Sonakshi, she was no more feeling tired and looked exhausted and started to play cheerfully with her pretty boy. "I thought, I will become alright if look at his smiliiiinnngggg face. My sweetheart." She carefully raised the baby till her face and placed her nose on top his tiny chubby cheeks softly. Dev completely got lost admiring her.

"Dev, trust me or not. He's missing your wife so much." They heard kunal voice from behind. "Is it so, oh you came so late to the world and she's already mine." Dev said moving closer to sonakshi and into the baby's ears. Sonakshi and Dev both observed him folding his lips, he was about to cry making both of them surprised. "Oh! Don't cry. I love you, you are my pretty boy. Haan." Sonakshi kissed him on his forehead and his lips immediately turned into a smile. "Something is wrong." Kuhu whispered from another end.

"Ya! When I was about to call my mom and ask her to stay with kuhu in my absence he didn't show any reaction but when I called Sonakshi he started to laugh and blink his eyes." Dev and sonakshi became more shocked receiving so much of love from a day old baby. That when both of them understood an infant can actually hear them.

"He used kick me when sonakshi comes to meet me, Dev. My boy is waiting to see his girl soon, as a mother I can understand his pain." Kuhu spoke in her low voice making everyone giggle.

"You know what? Sonakshi was so happy after meeting you yesterday. She had 5 cups of ice cream and today started to feel ill. Scold her baby. You need to bash her." Dev said, the baby just looked at him for few seconds and closed his eyes. He again turned to sonakshi as she spoke. "Dev took 3 spoons of ice cream from my 5th cup. So it's technically I just had 4 cups of ice cream. Ask him to stop speaking lies, My pretty boy." Sonakshi hugged him tightly and he moved his hands to the hem of her top. Sonakshi's pretty boy again closer his and moved closer to her chest. "Baby look nicely this how your in laws fight." Kuhu giggled hearing kunal's words. "In future you need to be safe; if your drooling over their daughter be careful. She will be tough to deal, choice is yours." Four of them burst out laughing.

"Yes! Our daughter will be really hard to deal with. Do you seriously still want her only haan?" Dev asked looking at the baby and he turned towards sonakshi. "My son won't back out." Kuhu started to laugh more and more looking at her child get so comfortable with them. Kuhu also noticed the baby keep on going near sonakshi's breast. "Sonakshi he's hungry, let me feed him" kuhu moved her hands towards sonakshi and she gave the baby to her.

"He's troubling me from night. It's so hard to deal with babies." Kuhu cried and still safely wrapped the baby's towel like a bundle, she protected him. "Don't say like that, babies are love." Sonakshi yelled looking at kuhu hate kids. "When you have a baby then u will know my pain, I too loved babies being a child specialist after looking at my own child, I'm affraid of babies now." Kuhu said and adjusted her dress to feed her son. "Will see that. I'm leaving to home as I'm little sick." Sonakshi decided to take leave from the new parents. "Okay! Take care. Be safe, sona" kuhu bid a bye to sonakshi and the baby in her hand started to cry. Kuhu knew he must be crying for hunger and still said "I know you are worried about your mother in law being sick. Don't worry nothing will happen to her until she gives her daughter in your hands, happy?" She asked the little one and he kept on blinking his eyes. "Don't cry. Sonakshi will come back soon to meet you." Dev's words made the baby to stop crying. "You made my baby get scared, he's sacred of you." Kuhu teased as sonakshi and Dev bid the final bye.
"Take care" kunal side hugged sonakshi as she walked out from their room. Few minutes with her pretty boy she felt it like seconds.

While driving back home dev started to think how to inform Sonakshi about her pregnancy. "In deep thoughts" sonakshi looked at Dev being in a different world. "I will get these medicines for you." Dev parked his car and went to get medicines for sonakshi.

"What did the doctor say?" Sonakshi  questioned Dev, when he came back and he gave her a weird smile. "Ice creams, it's all because of the ice creams you consumed last night." He faked an anger on her, she quickly rested her head on his shoulder. "Don't give so much pressure to your stomach, Doll." He placed his one hand on her stomach, she suspected his sudden acts. "What will happen if I give pressure on my stomach?" She questioned him like a small kid not listening to her parents.
"Today, I will tell you." He kissed her forehead and she looked at him surprised.

"Okay! Am I pregnant?" She asked with a beautiful smile on her lips. "Why this question?" He was keeping his eyes away from her. "Yep, definitely pregnant. I’d say from the sizes here, I'm  about four, maybe five weeks." She said with a cute smile covered in her lips, he placed her hand on her stomach and replied. "Not baby it's ice cream fat. You must know it." His words made her giggle. Rest of the drive back home continued with their laughing sound.

The sun still shined bright in the evening and Dev has planned a beautiful surprise for sonakshi. He looked at the calender as soon they came back from hospital and was surprised after knowing this day to be mother's day. For 3 hours sonakshi slept peacefully after consuming her medicines and Dev sat beside her with his laptop doing his work.

"I have a surprise planned for you, let's go out." Dev said and Sonakshi happily agreed to his offer, she always enjoyed going out with him. "I'm tired, haan as you are calling me. I will agree." She replied waking up from her sleep.

As sonakshi ger ready dev looked at his phone and received a message from Natasha.

Nats:- I'm going to Canada tonight as my tickets got confirmed. You take sonakshi's ultrasound reports and mail me. I'm curious to see your baby. Miss me and wish me a happy journey.

He had a smile looking at her sweet goodbye message.

Dev:- Happy journey. Safe flight.

He sent her a tiny message, looking at Dev smile sonakshi gave him a confused look. "What's up?" She questioned causally lying on his lap. "Natasha is going to Canada, Do you know?" He asked gently rubbing her hair strands and messaging her forehead. "Yeah, she said me that she got a job in Canada. It's a sudden trip and so she felt  sad for not giving me a party also she called me to accompany her. I denied it as I didn't want to leave you alone." Sonakshi sounded really childish to him, looking at her lips move up and down he decided to give it some rest by pressing his lips against her's. Their kiss continued for a long time, his hands silently moved inside her top and touched her stomach gently. "It's ticking" she said moving her lips away from him. "So you have a passport and visa to go to Canada but not your heart." He teased her and she looked up to his face still resting her head on his lap. "Yup, I have a passport and visa I can get in a week but my heart it's too hard to snatch it from you. Keep my heart safely with you." She kissed his cheeks as he bent his head closer to her face. "Sure, Doll" He kissed her forehead gently and asked about her vomiting sensation. "Fine, it's okay after taking the tablets" she replied and got up from his lap.

Dev and sonakshi has a long drive. They both enjoyed each other's company throughout the journey and sonakshi was eager to know about dev's surprise. Dev decided to give sonakshi the best surprise, he was so happy to tell her that she's pregnant and wanted to look at the happiness in her eyes. Where in the every tale the woman tells her pregnancy to her husband on his birthday, they had a different story written for them. A man telling his wife about her being pregnant is really hard to witness. Dev was ready to inform Sonakshi about her pregnancy as they reached a beautiful place.

The place was surrounded by beautiful flowers, when sonakshi stepped outside the car she was able to see a huge fountain which was surrounded by too many flowers. All kinds of roses and Lilly plants were around her, Dev caught her by her shoulder and made her to sit in a bench which was sourced by beautiful cosmos flowers and the back water from the beach formed a beautiful lake behind her.

"To my beautiful wife from the man whom she made DAD, today." When  he said those words she looked at him blank, she didn't get a word from what he was saying or trying to convey her. "I hope our baby has your smile and your heart." He kissed her tummy sitting on his knees, she still looked at him clueless. "Happy mother's day to the mom to be." He hugged her gently and she was highly surprised hearing those words from him.

Dev broke from the hug and sat beside her in the bench, she rested her head on his chest. Sonakshi was so happy, she could believe the words she heard from him. "That’s our first baby in there, Doll. That’s a baby that we made together." He said pointing his finger towards her stomach.

Dev wrapped his arms around her. She buried her face into his chest and closed her eyes; she wanted to have kids with him one day too, she felt her dream coming true. She could see herself holding a little baby that had Dev’s black eyes and his trademark the messy hair.

Dev pulled away from me slightly. “I swear I’d be the best dad in the world, even if I can't be the perfect husband.” he promised. She smiled; she didn’t doubt that for a second. She kissed his lips , wrapping her arms around his neck, pulling him closer. She loved him so much, more than anything. "That's mean as soon as baby Doll came you forgot your Doll. Being my perfect husband is also equally important like being the best dad" she faked a cute anger towards him. "How can I forget you?" He said resting his head on her neck; He kissed down her neck, getting lower and lower. He hitched her top and kissed all over her stomach before pulling up to smile at her.

“I love you, Doll” he whispered.

"I love you too, baby doll's dad" she teased him, making him laugh.

Sonakshi knew they could make it work, a little cute family. She couldn’t help but smile. Laying in Dev's arms, she actually felt like the luckiest girl in the world. She got to have a baby with the man she loves.

He wrapped his arms around her, resting close to her side. She rested her head on his chest and listened to his heart beat flying as she slipped one hand down her body, resting it on her tummy, rubbing her fingertips over it lightly. She kissed Dev’s chest as he held her shoulder closer to him.

"Is this place special to you?" She questioned trying to find out how much Dev should love that place to bring sonaksni there and tell her about they are going to have a baby.

"I used to bunk my school and come here." Dev said and Sonakshi decided to tease him. "With whom mister handsome?" She questioned making him laugh. "Alone just me, I would come sit here in this bench and have my favourite lunch without sharing to anyone, especially jatin." His reply made her giggle. "So I'm the first person whom you brought here?" She asked and he nodded in a "yes".

They both had their dinner sitting together in the beautiful garden. The dinner tasted more yummy for her with lots of happiness. "It's my favourite dish, which I hardly share with anyone." Dev said as he took a spoon full of dhal rice towards sonakshi's mouth, she happily had them. The meal Dev offered her was completely different, it had two sweets one dhal rice and two roties with vegetables fries. They had a pleasant dinner.

After finishing with the dinner they both walked near the lake side and admired it. The little flow of the water and the calm breeze made it a perfect environment. "Thanks for making me mom." Sonakshi said holding his hands tightly, he just gave her a smile.

Within few hours dev drove back to their home and sonakshi kept on staring at him. "I want to be the best mom to this child." She said resting her head on his shoulder. "My doll, will be the best mom in the world and I already known this." He replied bringing a smile on her lips.

As soon as they reached home she yawned. It was almost ten in the night  and she just wanted to go to bed, it had been a long stressful day for Sonakshi. "Go to bed, I will park the car and come." Dev said looking at her yawn. She followed his words and went straight to their bedroom.

Sonakshi looked at herself in the mirror, her hair was a mess and she looked at the tiny stitches near her ear. Sonakshi placed her both the hands on her tummy and loved the feel of a life growing inside her.

She didn’t bother with her clothes as she slipped into the bed; she wanted to feel Dev’s skin against her's. After about fifteen minutes he came in parking the car, looking so handsome that it made her want him so badly near her. Sonakshi rubbed her hand over her stomach lightly under the sheets. She hoped she had a little boy in there, and he would be just like his daddy too caring and sweet.

Dev took few minutes to change into his night wear and sonakshi questioned him about how much weeks she's pregnant. "Two weeks, we need to do an ultrasound test tomorrow." Dev replied and climbed the bed to sleep beside her.

He gasped suddenly and raised his face to look at her. "Are you naked?" he asked, a little shocked. She smiled. "Yep. I thought you should make the most of me before I get all fat pumpy and horrible" she teased. He grinned and rolled on top of her, hovering above her and barely touching her. “Doll, you will never be horrible,” he whispered, looking at her adoringly. “And the bigger you get, just means I have more of you to love, more and more.” he added, slipping his hand down to her stomach. She smiled as she pulled his mouth down to her's. The kiss continued for few minutes until she slept.
