Sonakshi met natasha in the restaurant and greeted her with a smile. "Sorry I came late. Hope I didn't make you wait for a long time" natasha spoke with a smile. "No, not really." Sonakshi said not knowing how to start the conversation. "Shall order chocolate shake for you?" She questioned  Natasha. "Strawberry is fine" Natasha replied and sonakshi quickly placed order for two strawberry shake.

"Please can I meet mishti" sonakshi spoke in a pleading tone.

"Here. Read this letter. It was written by mishti to you. All your questions will be answered sonakshi" Natasha told handing over a piece of paper to sonakshi.

"Sonakshi I saw love for you in dev's eyes. Don't leave him" those words from Natasha made sonakshi just nod her head in yes.

Sonakshi was curious to read the letter. She quickly unfolded the letter.

Mrs. DIXIT

I hope this letter found you in your best. I was confused thinking whether i should write a formal or informal letter to you. I still don't know your name (sorry).

It took months to understand I don't deserve to be Mrs. Dixit. He expected me to be possesive on him, I wasn't really. I mean it and that's why I sacrificed  him to you.
He expected me to be responsible but I'm not and that's why I lost him to you.

The truth behind me breaking my relationship with abir is just because I suffer from blood cancer.
I understood I can't always be with him. When I missed my monthly periods I was really happy thinking I was going to become mom to his child but that didn't last long. I decided to hide that I was pregnant from him. I know if I would said I'm carrying his child he would have never left me no matter what.

When he was the reason behind  my happiness I decided to also give him some happiness. I realized I can keep him happy only by moving away from him. The day I said "I can't marry you as my parents aren't okay with us getting married" he gave me tight slap. That was honestly the first time I saw him get angry on me. I wasn't able to believe him showing his anger on me. "I will only marry the person whom my parents choose for me" I made it really loud to him. "Get lost" was the last word I heard from him.

I didn't even say my parents I was pregnant but decided to move away from them. Telling my parents I'm going for a training in rural parts of delhi, I rented a house for me next to natasha's home.

Sadly, natasha didn't know I was suffering from cancer and she only knew I was pregnant. As a friend she always forced me to inform him but I was stubborn enough to tell him about my pregnancy.

Each time I went alone for the chemotherapy, I missed him but I was happy that I didn't make him feel sad. My gynaecologist always requested me to kill my child but I wasn't willing to do it. After all the baby in my stomach is the symbol of our love.

My cancer got worst and my delivery due date came near.

When this letter finds you I would be dead. I have a request to you and that's why I wrote this letter to you. can you be the mother of my child?
Can you tell your husband I was really strong enough to fight with my death because of him? Tell him I'm no more that weak woman.

I don't know how he will react to this. I just want you both to be together so that my child will be in a better place.

Girl or boy? Please accept. Treat my child better:)
(I know I'm sounding selfish)

First time I don't feel like dying, I want to live for my child but each day my pain is forcing me to die. If possible hide I'm died also from him but please take my child in your arms. If you don't say that it's his child also but please you both be there for my baby. I'm scared to die thinking what will happen to my child Mrs Dixit.

P.S:- I will no more call your husband as mine. It's my gift to you for taking care of my baby.

Before Sonakshi even finish reading the letter she had tears in her eyes. That feeling dev is only her's made her jump in the clouds but looking at the pain mishti suffered she completely felt broken.

"Where is the baby?" Sonakshi questioned as Natasha sipped the strawberry shake.

"Lost the baby too. Actually mishti faced lots of physical and mental pain one day she wasn't able to tolerate her physical body pain. She consumed morphine. She injected herself with that drug knowing she's putting her child's life in risk. It was just three days before her due date and the baby died" Natasha was in edge of crying when she explained to sonakshi about the dead child of mishti and dev.

"How will i tell it to dev?" Sonakshi rested her head on the table not able to take anything further.

"Don't tell him. With your love make him forget her." Natasha said casually but Sonakshi knew that wasn't something easy. "I have an important appointment now. I will take leave " natasha spoke leaving a confused sonakshi behind.

Even the strawberry shake didn't go inside her mouth. Just settling the bills sonakshi rushes back to the hospital, keeping the letter safely in her bag. "Hey, sona?" Kuhu called for her but not even hearing kuhu call her she rushed to meet dev. Sonakshi waited for dev to call her and after some seconds sonakshi was allowed to go inside his cabin.

"My doll" he smiled looking at her rush to him. "I’m at work. Catch you later, doll." Dev said and sonakshi tightly hugged him. He literally got scared when she hugged him all of a sudden. "Please let me hug you." She pleaded gripping him more tightly closer to her.

"All okay doll?" He asked bringing all her messy hairs together. "My heart aches, I heard if you hug the person whom you love so much in the world the pain will reduce. I also heard that when we hug someone are hearts will also get into close touch." She said with a smile as he pulled her more closer to him. "6years of experience being a cardiologist and I didn't know about it" he whispered in her ears.
Sonakshi hoped the hurt on her face wasn’t visible to dev. He placed a tender kiss on her forehead and took her hand. "What's the point of you meeting me?" He questioned her.

"I just felt like meeting you" she replied with a teasing smile.

Taking her to the corner of his cabin,  he pushed her against a wall, resting his head over her throat and rubbing his thumb over her lips. “I love you.”

“I love you, too,” she told him, letting him feel that it was the truth, she really loves him. She hadn’t expected those words from him after he pushed her against the wall.

"I would actually fuck you right here too but camera is there in my cabin, doll" the way he spoke in his harsh voice made her just stare at him.

"Seriously, crap" she yelled moving away from his hold which just made him giggle.

"Anyway, the way you kissed me today, took all my breath away. Shall I call you mine? If you accept" he got so lost in het eyes. The way she spoke to him made him fly in air. "I wouldn't deny" he said with a charming smile.

"Prove that by trusting me with your car keys" she asked making him understand she had some better plans.

"Haan. Not possible doll. Lets go home together" he replied.

"Okay, give me your car key or tell me why you call me doll. Choice is yours" sonakshi made it a little harder for dev. He handed over the car key to her. "You should one day or the other tell me why you call me doll? Remember" She gave a strong smile.  "Not a big story. At the age of 11, I had a girlfriend whom I used to address as doll. You remind me of her. That's it doll" before dev could say anything further to sonakshi she stopped him giving a death glare. "At the age of 11? Seriously did I marry a play boy? God. Next time you call me doll I  will murder you" she spoke making him laugh.  "Don't laugh. No more thinking about that baby love or teen love or whatever love story you had. Be ready to accompany to death also. Even death shouldn't separate us dev. Let's die together" she giggled realising how possesive she  turned out for him and he was enjoying her possesive nature. "Let's speak about us living together. I will tell you one day for sure why I call you doll in detail next time" he said pulling her closer to him and placing a soft kiss on her forehead. "Now, drive safe. I will come back home soon" dev left from his cabin and went to the operation theatre as he had to perform a surgery, he was getting late. Sonakshi too quickly walked out of his cabin with too many plans to surprise dev when he comes back home.

She yet again dashed with him in the elevator. He had a smile across his lips noticing only they both were in the elevator.

Dev pulled her closer to him for a quick kiss. When he kissed her roughly and she saw the passion in his eyes, a wave of pleasure rushed through her that she had pleased him.  She felt she was successful enough to give him the best kiss.

"I will catch you soon" he  said getting down from the elevator when he reached the first floor.

Till the lift reached basement sonakshi travelled alone in the elevator with thoughts about dev.

He will always love me. He will always save me. He’s one person who I call my family now. I am his, Forever. He's completely mine. With lots of happiness she started his car to go home.
