Katsuki~
I'm this close to actually kissing him. He's just so perfect and he doesn't even remember me. He brought me food about an hour ago and even signed some papers since he wanted me to rest. Now he's in town for some sleeping remedies after I explained to him my troubles with sleeping.
That's right, I have problems sleeping at night sometimes and it fucking sucks. However I didn't think it was a big deal until Izuku made it a big deal. He told me to try and sleep until he came back but I'm not tired and even though he's the love of my life I'm gonna listen to my gut for the umpteenth time.
Which is telling me no.
"Katsuki!" I perked up from my bed. A warm fuzzy feeling fills my stomach as I eagerly watch the door in a excited manner. "I'm back." Did I express to you how much I love him? Because holy shit it's always so easy to forget how beautiful and kind he is.
"I went to town and found some booths with really good sleep helpers." Izuku chimed, sitting next to me on my bed. I can listen to him speak for hours. Hell, for all entirety but I'll keep that to myself for now.
"Here eat some of these herbs ok? Then we can explore this place and get to introduce ourselves properly." His freckles looked like they moved once he said that. "Uh yeah sure." I mumbled as I watched him grind the herbs together with his own mortar and pestle he left on my nightstand.
"So sugar-cakes...where did you work at before becoming my bride?" Izuku looked at me, his eyes seeming to shimmer and glow brightly.
Or that could be my imagination...who knows anymore.
"I actually used to sell herbs and spell books for those who really wanted it." Izuku mumbled softly. I watched him grind everything into a smooth green paste. "Well what about you Prince Katsuki? Were you always signing papers everyday or did you do more?" I laughed as I placed a finger to my chin.
"Well I actually used to do housework but not like cleaning things as a maid." Izuku looked intrigued so I kept talking. "Basically I'd help people build up their homes, no gold needed, but my parents stopped that since they thought It'd be too dangerous after a while and that I should start looking for someone to marry." Izuku hummed in acknowledgement, placing the mortar and pastel on my nightstand.
"How old were you when they made you search for a 'bride'?" Izuku questioned, his green eyes giving their full attention to me now. "When I was 17. Yet nobody seemed right....I'm lucky to have found someone as perfect as you or I probably would've got married to someone who was fame-hungry."
A coat of red flashed on Izuku's face as he looked away nervously. "N-Nonsense..." Izuku stammered. I frowned as I patted his hair softly. "I'm serious damnit! There really isn't anyone as perfect as you." He froze, making me smile when a dorky looking smile fell on his wonderful lips.
"Now let's get going, I have to show you around the palace don't I?" I chimed before getting a mouth full of green paste. "Eat your herbs first Katsuki." Izuku mumbled. I groaned and ate the weirdly good paste slowly
