Epilogue

WooBin/Jongsuk real lie Bromance 4 by BurningNoona -

This is my favorite Youtube fan video of my boys. Ironically, it's a Japanese song and I love it. Take a listen.

Namsoon's POV - 7 years later.

"You need to relax, Namsoon."

"I am relaxed, HeungSoo. I will be more relaxed if someone I love dearly gets his lazy ass off the couch and helps me finish the preparation for this get together with our friends."

"Why? We shelled out money for the party planner to do all that you are redoing. Just relax, everything looks good."

"I know." I walk over to him. I lay on the other side of the sofa he's on, kick his manga off, and swing my legs onto his lap.

"This has been a great weekend, alone in the house." He tiptoes his fingers up my leg. "I love how your body sings when I do this," and he gently palms my dick.

"Ohhhh baby," I moan. "HeungSoo everyone will be here any minute. We don't have time for this," I purr, pushing my dick into his hand.

He slides my legs off him and lies on top of me, cocooning us on the sofa. Our lips meet and I wrap my arms around him. Seven years since the first time we made love, six years since our commitment ceremony, four wonderful children later, and he still makes me hot with just one touch.

He angles himself; one leg separates mine. His hand grabs my dick harder, rubs it through my pants, adding pleasurable friction to our foreplay. I kiss him deeper, maybe a quick-

"That is sooo hot," KangJoo coos.

"Shit!" I push HeungSoo off me at her voice, and he lands on the floor.

"Ouch!" he groans. "I will repeat myself, AGAIN, why did you give her the key to our home?"

"KangJoo, when we're home, Knock!" I snap at her. She just screwed with my mojo again, and I'm not happy.

"It's a good thing Misaki and the kids are bringing the rest of their luggage and such or else they'll get an eyeful. Relax, I've seen 'it' before," she laughs.

"Not mine you haven't," HeungSoo sneers. He gets up and walks out of the room.

"You guys are early. How did the kids behave?"

"Like the lovable hellions that they are when they're all together," she replies wearily and flops on the couch in her usual way. "Why did you two have four instead of two children like most people do?"

"Nature decided it for us we didn't. Thank you for keeping them for the weekend. We were able to get this place set up for our little party," I smile.

I hear the commotion from outside and the children talking HeungSoo's ears off. I grab the luggage she brought in and set it by the stairs.

It has been a whirlwind seven years since that night HeungSoo found out I was Soo Min. HeungSoo and I made love and then talked the night away. We learned to communicate, but occasionally Joong Ki calls Soo Min to rant and rave. A cleansing for both of us.

We purchased a bigger house and turned my loft and his home into rentals. We had a commitment ceremony the following year in Noona's home. Noona was, to put it mildly, stunned at our relationship. She spent months bugging HeungSoo to find a nice girl to start a family with. He finally told her to get on board or get out of his life. She wisely chose the latter.

Meanwhile, KangJoo had a baby boy, Yamato Joon Woo, the year of our commitment ceremony, and a year later Misaki had a baby girl, Aiko Chin Sun. They found a house about ten minutes from our house, and it's a blast whenever they're in Korea.

HeungSoo and I went the same route they did when we decided to have kids. We chose the same egg donor for both of us, so our children will have the same maternal genes in common. Our third year I donated sperm, and we had the first set of twins, a boy, and a girl; Dae Jung and Chun Hei. Two years later HeungSoo's sperm gave us another boy and girl, Eun Kyung and Hyun Shik. With two almost five-year-olds, and two almost three-year-olds, we have a full house. And we love it.

"Dad," Hyun Shik yells the only way he does, and runs to me, and hugs me from behind. I reach down and lift him in my arms, nuzzle his face, and move away from the stairs.

"Appa missed you. Did you have fun with your aunties?" I walk towards my other munchkins.

"Unh unh," he nods.

HeungSoo walks in with Eun Kyung in his arms, sucking her thumb. A habit of hers.

"Appa!" The older kids yell and rush me. I stagger a bit.

"Missed you guys. *Mwah*. And you too, baby girl."

Misaki and their brood round up the posse.

"Hi Misaki, thank you for keeping the kids this weekend."

"Our pleasure," Misaki replies. "When are your guests getting here?"

"In about thirty minutes. Everything is all set."

We all migrate to our living room and I sit on the floor playing with my younger kids. The older ones take KangJoo's children to their room to play.

The doorbell rings, HeungSoo goes to let our first guest in. It's Noona and Hyung without their daughter who, in her teenage years, has decided not to go places with her parents anymore. Is this what HeungSoo and I should look forward to, with our four little ones? Lord help us.

A few minutes later Song Ha-Gyeong walks in with her new husband - Lee Ji-hoon. They started going out when his son was admitted to her hospital and she took care of him. Her parents have not acknowledged their marriage because he is a 'lowly' cop. Their words, not mine. Stuck up twits! They've become close friends of ours with KangJoo's frequent stays in Korea.

"Hello, guys. Come on in. Join the group. Everyone should be here soon," I usher them into the living room.

Bae Donghae and his wife are next to arrive. Gidea Publishing has grown in the last seven years as a giant in the manga and anime world. Under HeungSoo's leadership, they grew their young artist department, segued their books into anime, and they have an exchange program with Manga University in Japan, where they send two students annually to study. The first person to attend the university was Bae Donghae's son. Now, at twenty years old, he's slowly making a name for himself in the manga world.

Min Ki & Han Woo arrive next, and our living room is turning into a mini high school reunion. We greet and get them drinks.

Ms. Lee Ha Rin and her husband are the last couple to arrive. She just became the President of Misul Publishing after a two-year stint as the interim President. An idea HeungSoo had pushed since he promoted her to Personnel Director.

"Okay everyone, we invited you here to share some wonderful news with you guys," I clap my hands to get their attention. I look around and as much as I want to tell them my news, the words will not come out. HeungSoo walks up to me, side hugs me, and whispers "yes, Namsoon, it's real so you can tell them."

"What's the news? Are you okay?" KangJoo asks worriedly when she sees me hesitate.

"I'm fine. I guess reality just hit me now. Anyway, my second series, 'Unbearable you, Difficult me' has been picked up for a movie adaptation," I scream.

"Ahhh" screams KangJoo, who jumps up and hugs me tight. Everyone else comes up to congratulate and hug me too.

"When? How?"

"You know it's based on a son and father relationship like mine and my dad's, right? It seems it resonated with the people. The manga sales went off the charts and the anime had high ratings. Anyway, the principal character had a bit of some of your characteristics; A poet like Han Woo, quiet like HeungSoo, a fighter like me, and has his sidekick, a girl based on-"

"Me!" KangJoo yells and sticks her tongue at HeungSoo who gives her the finger. I burst out laughing, those two just love baiting each other.

"Since the manga and anime surpassed even our sales prediction, the home company used Namsoon's manga and three others as a steppingstone into the movie business," Ms. Lee concludes.

"And now that Namsoon's has made Min-Ki famous by incorporating his poems in his manga, my mother is slowly accepting to him. I think having a famous son-in-law makes the fact that I'm gay acceptable. So, thank you, Namsoon," Min-Ki says, hugging Han Woo to him.

"And thank you Han Woo for letting me use your poems," I reply.

"I'm so proud of both of you," Noona gets up and hugs us both. "If only your dad was alive to see it."

"I wish he was still here, too." I sigh.

My dad died quietly in his sleep a year after our commitment ceremony. When I told him about HeungSoo and me, he said nothing. Not a word. But he attended the ceremony, which to me meant his acceptance.

"Come on everyone, help yourselves to food and drinks. Go Namsoon went crazy with the food, so make sure you make a dent in it. And we have takeaway plates for when you leave," HeungSoo teases.

I pull him aside, "when did you order the plates?"

"As soon as I saw the magnitude of your order for the caterer. Seven of us can't eat all the food that'll be left."

"Aww, that's my husband, always thinking ten steps ahead," I pinch his cheeks. "I love you."

"I love you too."

We join the line, grab some food, and join our friends. The conversations were lively and fun. I love these get together. Not always the same group and not always at our house, but always fun. HeungSoo and I check on the children every few minutes, especially when they're quiet.

A few hours later, people start to leave. HeungSoo made sure they all carried heaps of food with them. KangJoo, Misaki, and their children stayed with us till late that night. Misaki finally put her foot down and drag her family home after reminding them they're traveling back to Japan the next day.

"That was nice."

"To be honest, I like these get-togethers, too," HeungSoo confesses. "No time to relax though, we need to get our tribe ready for bed."

A long, hectic, fun, and watery hour later, all our children are in bed. Both twins still share a room. KangJoo says to give the older ones a year or two more and they'll demand their rooms. Nightlights on and we drag our tired bones to our room.

"Ajummah is returning tomorrow?" HeungSoo asks, pulls off his clothes on his way to the bathroom.

"Yes, thank God."

"I miss her," he groans.

"Me too," I whisper when I hear the shower running.

When my father died, Ajummah had no employment or place to live. And her daughter was in her second year of college and without her pay, her daughter would've had to leave college. HeungSoo and I talked, and we asked if she would like to be our housekeeper and still live in my rooftop apartment rent-free. She agreed. She became our live-in nanny when Dae Jung and Chun Hei were born. And she's been with us since.

Her daughter, Hang Na, graduated when Eun Kyung and Hyun Shik were born. We offered her the rooftop apartment while she was job hunting. When she found a job, she told us she'll pay rent. We upgraded and added state-of-the-art security measures before she lived there. She's like the little sister we both never had. She and Ajummah are part of our family now, and we want to protect her.

A bit reinvigorated after our shower, we climb into bed. Suddenly HeungSoo jumps out of bed.

"Where are you going," I ask?

"I forgot something in the living room. I'll be right back."

"Okay," I yawn. I hope I'm still awake when he comes back to bed.

HeungSoo's POV

I walk into our study and dial my second favorite number.

"Hello Soo Min, are you sleeping?"

"Hmm, just about to, what's going on Joong Ki?"

"I had a wonderful day today with family and friends and just wanted to touch base with you."

"I'm glad. I guess we're still leading parallel lives. I also had a wonderful day with my family and friends. What's on your mind tonight?" She asks.

"I just want to thank you for all your advice and listening ears all these years. I'm surprised you're not tired of my rants," I laugh.

"That's my job, you know. To talk with my customers and help them as best as I can."

"You've helped me fall more and more in love with my husband," I tell her. "What about you and your husband?"

"We're in a great place," she replies.

"I'm glad to hear that. Just wanted to check-in."

"Call me next week," she asks.

"Always. I'm your only customer now, and you must make that money." Soo Min burst out laughing.

I hang up and make my way back to our bedroom. I crawl into bed and lay my head on Namsoon's chest.

"Are you awake?" I whisper.

"Yeah. I just had to take an important call. Every time I take this call, I want to eat you up," he responds.

I roll over, and he's laying on top of me. He scoots down, and we kiss, hungrily.

"I bought a new toy today," he tells me.

"Really," I moan when his lips graze my nips.

"Mmm, mmm. Do you want me to show you how it works?"

"Please do," I purr.

And he did, thoroughly.
