Darry POV

I was sitting on my bed and was staring outside of our new house. I noticed a girl walking down our sidewalk. She looked about my age, but looks short.

I heard a knock on the door it was her. I walked downstairs, Derek already got the door. He let her in and they sat in the kitchen. "What's happening?" I jumped when I heard the person.

I turned around, it was Ace, he looked very confused. "A girl came over" I said. Ace nod and started heading downstairs. I followed behind him, to get a closer look.

The girl was quite pretty, she had pink hair that barely touches her shoulder. Her dress was white and light blue, and had knee-high boots.

"Ace. Darry. Come meet our neighbor, Cecelia" said Derek. "Oh, you can just call me Cece" said Cecelia.
"I'm Darry" I introduced myself.
"And I'm Ace" said Ace.
"There are two others, but they are out right now" said Derek.
"What's their names?" Cece asked.
"Josh and Jonas, they're brothers" I said.
"Wait, you all aren't brothers" said Cece tilting her head slightly.
"No, just close friends" said Ace. I nod in agreement.

We all have been talking for a while, Josh and Jonas came back and we all talked. It turned out that Jonas was interested in the girl. This seemed to get pretty interesting.

Cece told us a lot about the giant gate around the town, the people in the town, the people outside the town, and importantly her job. She protects the town and risks her life fighting off bad people.
