While Sonic was recovering from his previous injuries. Tails was introducing the many concepts and ideas he discovered on Earth to the inhabitants of Mobius. Soon cities would spring up in places that used to be nothing but forest, one of the newer metropolises was even built on one of the planets oceans completely surrounded by water.

Sonic spent a few months recovering from his injury, once he had fully recovered the first thing Tails did that morning was go visit Sonic back at their base of operations when he gets there he sees Sonic sitting on a hill nearby, gazing at the mountains in front of him, his waist is still wrapped up in bandaging but he doesn't seem to mind it at the moment.

"Sonic!" Tails shouts, waving at him.

The hedgehog turns around and when he sees Tails he waves back smiling warmly. When he finally gets to Sonic he hands him a gift.

"What's this buddy?" Sonic asks, confused as to what it is.

"Open it and you'll see!"

Sonic tears off the ribbon and opens the box, inside is a pair of new gloves. He looks up at Tails, then back at the white gloves in the box, he's content with the gift he's recieved.

"Thanks!"

"That's not the only thing I got you" Tails responds, winking at Sonic.

Sonic is confused so he looks deeper and notices a piece of paper under in the box. He lifts it up and turns it upside down... It's a restaurant card for a place Amy opened not long after they came back and on the front of it was a chilli dog. When Sonic sees the chillidog he feels his mouth start to water.

"...Where"

"Amy's restaurant!"

"She has a restaurant now?!"

"Mhm!"

"Take me... Now"

Tails laughs and extends his hand out to him. Sonic takes it and Tails lifts him up into the air. While they're flying, Sonic puts on the new gloves Tails gave him, putting the old ones in the box. It takes a few minutes but they eventually come across a wooden cabin in the woods, Sonic can hear conversation and laughter as Tails gently descends towards the front. It's lively and unusual, Mobians of all different shapes and sizes were gathered there, and almost every one of them had a cell phone that they were on. When they get there, Shadow is waiting there, eyes glued to the new phone he recently got.

"Hey Shadow, Sonic's here!"

"Hey Shads"

"Hi" Shadow says, his voice barely dripping any sort of emotion.

"Amy saved us a table do you know where it is?" Tails asks.

The black hedgehog sighs, "Follow me"

He leads the two inside the crowded restaurant. Sonic notices everyone has some sort of fancy communication device like a smart phone or an X-pad which is like a smartphone but it has a fancy holographic monitor.

"How much have I missed?" Sonic asks.

"Since you got shot, Tails has been helping the planet advance in terms of technology. He's introduced some pretty cool stuff like cars, different plant species, new types of clothes, currency, and my personal favourite, smartphones..."

Shadow holds his up for Sonic to see, it has a black case on it and a red skull on the back, Shadow's choice of phone customisation didn't surprise Sonic or Tails one bit.

"All different kinds of cell phone companies exist here now! And I've also introduced stuff like films and television. I'm still kind of in the process of introducing stuff that will better help the planet and everyone who lives here with us, but so far everything is going so well!" Tails says enthusiastically.

"Tails as a matter of fact was rewarded with quite a few medals for his achievements. Pffft, I don't know what his parents were thinking when they abandoned him" Shadow says, still walking through the lively restaurant.

Tails has a moment where he sees the shadow of two adult foxes standing over him, then just as quickly as the flashback came, it was gone.

"Words can't describe how proud I am of you buddy" Sonic says putting his hand on his back.

"Thanks" Tails responds.

Finally they arrive at their table which is located at the back of the restaurant. When they get there the whole gang and some new faces are there waiting for them. When Sonic arrives everyone stands up and cheers for him. The hedgehog bows as if he had put on a show, soon everyone else in the restaurant is standing up and clapping for Sonic which was an indication that his story and what had happened got out. Amy runs up to him and gives him a tight old hug while holding a microphone.

"As you can see lady's and gentlemen! The man of the hour... The man of my dreams..."

"Awww" Go some members of the crowd.

"...He's back!" Amy shouts enthusiastically.

Another round of applause and cheering erupts from the crowd within the bar, the only person not clapping though is Tails, "He's not your man" he says to himself.

Cream heard him say that, she notices the fox trying to restrain himself from lashing out. Tails manages to relax himself and he sits down in one of the chairs in next to Vector.

"You okay kid?" The alligator asks.

"Yeah, I'm fine"

"Alright, just makin sure"

Amy hands Sonic the mic and the bandaged hedgehog begins to speak while Amy stands next to him excitedly...

"Thank you!... Thank you!... It's great to see you all. I'm still trying to grasp how advanced we've become thanks to no other than..."

A spotlight shines on Tails and the crowd cheers for the fox who manages to put on a bright smile, "...My one and only little brother here!"

Tails laughs shyly, Cheese sees Cream staring at Tails as he waves to the audience and pokes her cheek, Cream snaps out of her trance and looks at Cheese them back at Sonic when the spotlight on Tails closes.

"...Now uh I guess this is the moment where I share all the misadventures I had with Tails here and I'll do my best to keep it short. The day me and Tails get to Earth, oh boy we thought it was gonna be really boring because it was all dreary and gloomy the whole time. But then the sun came out and oh man! It was awesome! Giant towers and skyscrapers, all sorts of delicious food and uh whoa, the chilli dogs where me and Tails went, they were the best!"

The crowd has a brief moment to laugh with Sonic.

"Me and Tails even showed the humans how we party! And we turned that up the max, it was awesome! And we even discovered the giant trains that go super fast, not as fast as me though"

The crowd laughs with Sonic again, Amy sits back down by Blaze and Silver watching Sonic as he continues to speak and show that swagger she loved so much as he did. Tails was also staring at Sonic, it was as if his eyes were turning into hearts Sonic's comedic mood wasn't the only thing he was interested in it was what was behind him too, he licks his lips a little and continues to stare at Sonic's buns.

"... We also bought back quite a lot of music from Earth..."

Sonic shows his iPhone to the crowd, "So what do you say we all have a dance party later?!"

The sound of cheering and shouting fills the room as Sonic stands there nodding his head.

"Cool! You guys really want to get this started?! Well, why don't we start now!?"

Everyone yells and jumps around excitedly as Sonic dashes over to one of the speakers and plugs in the phone. Immediately a pop song plays over the speaker and flows through the air moving the bodies of the Mobians on the restaurant. Everyone is dancing and getting wild, Knuckles gets on the dance floor and does his best to show everyone his dancing skills, but because he isn't the best at that people start to giggle at him. The girls meanwhile are having the time of their lives letting the rythm take full control of them.

Tails isn't much of a dancer, at least that kind of dancing wasn't his thing, so he sits there watching Sonic get wild on the dance floor and impressing all the girls, he wished he could be there marveling Sonic's moves. He sighs and rests his head on the table. Without any warning or indication at all he's whisked out of his seat by none other then Sonic who's holding him high in the air.

"Wha?!?! Put me down!" Tails shouts.

"See I told you he was cute!" Sonic says winking at one of the girls.

Tails crosses his arms and pouts audibly, Sonic then starts to spin him around, laughing like a child having fun at the play ground while the girls record Sonic's antics. Tails can feel his face getting warm, his muzzle getting all warm and fuzzy... It was Sonic's carefree laugh that was making him feel that way, he loved his laugh... He adored it so much it made him smile. When Sonic's done spinning him around he sets him on the floor, Tails is laughing a little too.

"Ooooo! Is he blushing?!" One of the girls asks.

"Awww! I think he is!" Another answers.

"Huh?! I'm not blushing! It's just hot in here!" Tails says smiling nervously.

The two girls look at Tails, both are puzzled so they look at Sonic, the hedgehog just shrugs because he doesn't know what's up either.

"We're gonna go back to our friends! If you ever wanna join us Sonny we're at the front by the entrance!"

"Gotcha ladies!"

The girls giggle and go into the crowd as the music continues to blare loudly in the background. Sonic looks back at Tails who's blushing and extends his hand to him, Tails feels his heart pound even more faster, with each heartbeat getting warmer and fizzier. He reaches for Sonic's hand and takes it while looking up at him with a smile.

"Need some help learning how to dance?!" Sonic shouts.

"I guess I do!" Tails responds.

"Don't worry buddy, I can show you some moves! Come on!" Sonic says back.

Sonic shows Tails how to bust a few moves and the two have plenty of laughs as they do it but eventually Tails feels confident enough to dance on his own so out of no where he grabs Sonic by the hand and twirls him around playfully. Sonic smirks and the two find themselves in a duet dancing and laughing together, then a song Tails is familiar starts to play, Tails can feel his excitement start to spike as he takes a microphone and pulls Sonic onto the stage with him.

Amy seeing Tails getting on stage with Sonic made her a little grumpy so she pouts and watches as Tails starts singing with Sonic on the stage.

Then Sonic decides to join in singing with Tails as well, when he does the crowd cheers excitedly. The whole time Sonic is singing Tails is looking at him with loving eyes.

The two look at eachother while singing the next chorus making the crowd even more excited.

Amy has enough and grabs a microphone and sings the bridge, the crowd cheers for her too. Tails squeezes the microphone annoyed that she ruined the moment with her jealousy and impatience.

For so long I've blocked you from my mind

Before she can continue, Tails covertly uses a device to disconnect her microphone from the speaker so him and Sonic can continue their duet. Amy notices and tries desperately to get her mic to turn back on.

When the song finishes the crowd gives a loud round of applause for Sonic and Tails as the two bow on stage. Annoyed and embarrassed that she couldn't sing with Sonic, Amy shuffles her way off the stage and then runs out of the restaurant. Blaze and Sally run out after her. Tails in his mind celebrates his triumph while his head is low in his bow, he's smirking like Satan.

"Pathetic bitch"

Sonic suddenly grabs Tails, pressing him tightly on his side.

"Hey! What about your wounds?!"

"Pffft, I barely feel a thing" Sonic responds as he waves to the crowd.

Tails turns and waves too while blushing heavily, the distance between him and Sonic was making him excited and it was hard to contain said excitement, the fizziness in his heart becomes more intense. Later that evening, the food is served up to everyone in the restaurant. Some Mobians were still on the dance floor getting their groove going, others were eating and socializing and taking pictures with Sonic and the gang.

Tails got to sit with Sonic at their table, right next to him, he wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Shadow comes over holding a huge turkey, "Dinners served, eat up"

Sonic takes a piece of turkey and takes a bite, the taste is perfect, not too salty, not too peppery, how a turkey should be.

"Mmmf, this is awesome Shads" Sonic says.

Out of curiosity Tails takes some too and he's in love with the flavour too, "Mmm, delicious"

"You made this?! This is awesome Shadow!" Silver says excitedly, he's so excited he takes another bite.

Shadow shows off a confident smirk and gives a little bow. Everyone chows down on Shadow's cooking while conversating and laughing together. Eventually, Amy returns with Blaze and Sally I'm tow behind her when Amy sits down she almost immediately looks over at Tails who's enjoying his food while occasionally talking with Sonic, then she blurts out a question now one expected her to ask.

"Do you have a crush Tails?"

The whole table goes silent, Blaze drops her fork on her plate. Shadows mouth drops open and Cream gasps, Tails chokes on his turkey but manages to clear his throat enough so that he can talk.

"... Not right now... What are you talking about?"

"Nothing, I just find it very interesting how my microphone, which I charged this morning, suddenly decided to stop working" Amy answers.

Tails crosses his arms, "Do you honestly think me, someone who wouldn't even take candy from a baby, would sabotage your microphone?"

"Yeah, I think you did..."

"Okay?... But I didn't. Yeah, I was annoyed you suddenly jumped on stage while me and Sonic were singing but I never wanted to sabotage you"

"Uh huh... Anyway, back to my original question Tails... Do you have a crush? Who are you willing to ruin just to impress, huh?"

"Amy, stop..." Sally pleads.

"No! I know he did something! I just don't know what!"

"Come on... Just calm down" Blaze says, putting her hand on her shoulder, the pink hedgehog brushes it off.

"You have no proof that I sabotaged your microphone! You're just upset because it suddenly decided to stop working!" Tails shouts, "Don't come at me with bullshit unless you have the evidence to back it up. Oh and yeah I have a crush, not that I'll share who it is with you though"

Amy grumbles and pushes her way back to the audience. Cream whimpers and gets up to go talk to Amy, Cheese following behind her. Blaze and Sally sit down at the table and try some of Shadow's turkey. While Blaze is eating she she too begins to wonder if Tails has feelings for someone.

"So... Is it a girl?" The purple cat asks.

Tails takes a deep breath, he doesn't want to answer the question, but he knows if he doesn't do it everyone would be questioning him all night. He looks at Sonic who gives him a thumbs up.

"...It's a guy" He says poking his fingers.

The table is silent for a moment, Tails clears his throat and braces himself for the response.

"Whoa... That's not at all what I was expecting" Silver says.

"Tails it's not a bad thing if you like guys, we'll support you no matter what" Sally says.

"Thanks" Tails responds with a nervous smile.

"So... Who's this guy you like so much..." Shadow asks out of curiosity.

Tails needed to choose his words wisely. He was not confident they would support him as much if they found out the guy he wanted to date was sitting right next to him, and he didn't even know if Sonic saw him like that. His face turns red as he struggles to get the words out, unrest was building up inside of him as he reluctantly answered them.

"Well I'm too nervous to really say who-"

"Come on Tails... At least describe him..." Espio says.

"Yeah, you don't gotta say his name..." Knuckles adds.

Now that he had a tiny bit more confidence he thought it would be okay to atleast tell his curious comrades what the one who stole his heart was like.

"He's sweet, he drives me crazy sometimes, he's a bit brash but he always tries to do the right thing"

Ooo's and Ahh's can be heard from the group as Tails took a moment to recollect himself. Sonic raises an eyebrow because he sort of figured it sounded a lot like him.

"Sounds like a charmer" Vector says with a smirk.

"Interesting..." Blaze says.

"Whoever it is sounds a lot like me" Sonic blurts after swallow a piece of turkey.

"Y-Yeah, he reminds me a lot of you, heh heh" Tails responds almost immediately after Sonic comments on his response.

"Hmm, alrighty then..." Sonic says then he takes another bite of turkey.

"Hey Tails!" A voice calls out.

The fox turns around and sees one of the chef's, a tiger, waving to him as he walks over, "Our oven is giving us some problems, mind if you come have a look?"

"Oh, sure..." Tails responds, he stands up while the others continue to dine on Shadows cooking and follows the chef into the kitchen.

Not long after Amy comes back to the table and sits in Tails seat next to Sonic. The blue hedgehog sees she's calmer now, Cream comes back and sits in her seat too.

"Ames, that's Tails seat..."

"I'm sure he'll be perfectly fine sitting somewhere else" Amy responds, then she slides Tails plate over to Sonic who's starting to grow annoyed with Amy's behaviour. Charmy and Espio notice Cream and Cheese are a bit shaky so they begin to wonder if something is up.

In the kitchen all sorts of smells fill the air as chefs go in and out with plates full of food and plates cleared of food. The chef leads Tails to the oven and the fox begins to examine it, behind him the chef silently grabs a meat cleaver from the counter as the little fox looks around. He finds nothing wrong with the oven... But he knows something's off, he reaches for a kitchen knife on the counter as he pretends to examine the oven some more.

Eventually the chef turns and slowly begins to approach Tails from behind he raises the cleaver high in the air preparing to bring it down on Tails as hard as he can. The fox turns around and slashes him in the gut with the kitchen knife, the chef falls to the floor as Tails looks down at him with a cold, somewhat blank look on his face.

"You know... I had the feeling Amy put you up to this" Tails says.

The chef shakes his head as Tails walks towards him, he's struck with shock, fear and disbelief, his eyes can't move off of Tails as he continues to stare into his. The fox stabs him in the arm and stuffs a cloth in cover his mouth, a precaution incase he screamed... And he did, all the while flailing desperately to escape the crazed fox.

"Why don't we go check on some other stuff? Make sure everything is in working order? Maybe the meat grinder? Or the refrigerator? Or maybe even... Both of them..."

The fox takes some string and ties it around him so he can drag the bigger chef to the back of the building. When he reaches the room where the meat grinding machine is he gets the struggling chef on top of the table and powers the machine on.

"It's a shame I have do this... It really is... But I will do anything and everything to make sure my secret does not reach anyone else's ears... Especially Sonic's"

"Y-You're crazy if you think he's gonna love you you little faggot!"

Tails plunges the knife into the chef's chest and he lets out a loud shriek hoping, praying someone hears him, "Homophobia, a perfect character trait for those who have no balls... Or bitches..."

"Let me go! Help!"

"This is an air sealed door, no one's going to hear you die"

The chefs eyes are full of nothing but fear when he remembers this.

The tiger growls and tries to get free desperately as Tails slowly starts to move his body into the meat grinder, the chef lets out an earsplitting scream as his feet are the first to be destroyed by the meat grinders crimson covered blades. Tails enjoying the screams coming from the screaming chef lets out a sickeningly evil giggle which turns into a full on laughing fit. The screeching and screaming finally ends when the tigers chest gets caught in the grinder and it clogs the gears in the machine. The terrified expression on the chef's face makes him smile and lick his lips.

He opens the door and drags what's left of the chef, that being the upper torso, to the freezer. He hangs it on a hook displaying it there and then he looks down at his blood covered chest and stomach, "Tch... What a mess"

The fox manages to clean the blood off his fur, dispose of the evidence, change his gloves, and he begins to walk back to the table where the others are. As he walks back, he uses his nanites to erase any footage of what he did on the cameras. He checks his face for blood and uses a hankerchief to wipe the blood off his white fur before finally arriving back at the table, he switches from being cold, calculating, murderous back to his usual shy yet, nerdy, go happy attitude.

"Hey guys, sorry I took so long"

When Amy hears Tails voice her pupils dialate and she stops eating. Cream slowly starts to calm down and so does her small blue companion as well.

"Hey Amy, can I have my seat back?"

Amy reluctantly gets up and goes to another seat sitting in-between Shadow and Vector as they both chow down on dessert Amy's cooks prepared, the pink hedgehog looks like she's seen a ghost.

Tails sits next to Sonic and lays on his shoulder, the blue hedgehog smiles and offers Tails a piece of his funnel cake. Tails loves how sweet it tastes, Sonic laughs at his facial expression, the small fox laughs with Sonic as the other chat and have fun together.

Amy looks at Tails and wonders how her plan could have failed, Tails looks at her and shoots a crazed smirk at her while Sonic ruffles his head. This makes her jump back a little in her seat.

"What's wrong Amy?" Tikal asks.

"Nothing... I'm gonna go check on my staff, I'll be right back" She gets up from her seat and goes to the kitchen. When she gets there she asks her chef's if they saw the staff member she asked to dispatch of Tails, none of them had seen him apperantly so Amy searches around the restaurant, she goes into the room where the meat grinder is and finds it the way it was before Sonic arrived for the event.

Everything feels normal like nothing happened, until she finally enters the freezer... It's there she discovers what's left of the chef Tails killed hanging on a wrack next to one of the more regular meats. Her anger is pulsating inside of her, tears start to stream down her eyes and when all the darkness inside of her reaches its boiling point she lets out a loud angry scream. Her staff hear it and run over to find the dead chef hanging on the metal wrack and Amy, on her knees, crying her eyes out.

"Chaos! Someone call the police!" One of the waiters shouts.

One of the chefs helps Amy up and takes her to her office. The waiters run out into the room and one of them grabs a microphone and pauses the music making some people in the restaurant confused so they all look up at the stage.

"Hey guys! So uh don't be alarmed but a situation has developed so can you all step outside please? You can take your food with you but right now the police are on their way here so can we all clear the room?! Thank you all so much and we're so sorry"

"What's happening?" Knuckles asks.

Sonic shrugs, Tails putting on the act of a skeptical, unsettled little brother says "I don't know but it's making me uncomfortable"

Everyone begins to wonder what's happening as the waiters and chef's escort everyone out of the restaurant and into the woods outside. Sonic is nervous, but he puts on a brave face. Tails pretending to be afraid takes Sonic's hand as they're led out of the building, Blaze feels Silver take her by the hand, she blushes but doesn't seem to mind so Silver smiles at her to try and lighten up her mood.

When the police arrive they enter the restaurant and start to canvass the scene. Amy urges them to look into Tails... But they find no evidence that the fox is responsible.

"What do you mean he didn't do it?! He killed Richie! I know he did! He gave me an evil smirk and everything!"

Mighty The Armadillo sighs and fixes his tie and badge, "Amy, first of all, you need to calm down. Second of all, there's barely enough evidence to implicate Tails in the murder so until you have concrete evidence, I don't believe a word your saying"

"Mighty, please-"

"Sir! Can you come here please?!" An officer shouts.

Mighty begins walking away while still looking at Amy then he completely turns around and jogs over to the officer who called him over. Amy can feel herself shaking so she runs off down the path into the darkness. Since the restaurant was going to be closed for a while everyone decided to go home. This meant Sonic's big family had plenty of time to gossip, conversate and laugh to their hearts content. Being among friends made Sonic feel good inside, he just hoped though that Amy wasn't losing her mind.

"You okay?" Tails asks.

"Yeah, I'm just worried about Amy... That's all..."

"She thinks I did it... Pffft, maybe she's making desperate moves to get to you or something along those lines..." Tails suggests.

Sonic growls at the thought of her framing his little brother for murder, "I swear if she is..."

The gang come across Amy who's sitting on a log, she's bawling her eyes out and shaking like mad. She looks up at the others who are looking down at her with disapproval.

"What do you want?!" Amy shouts.

"You tried to pin Richie's murder on Tails! What's wrong with you?!" Silver shouts.

"Yeah, there's no way Tails is capable of murder..." Espio adds.

"Guys?! Why don't you believe me?! The security footage being earased is proof enough! It was him! You have to believe me!" Amy shouts.

"I'm sorry Amy, but for you to accuse Tails of murder is like saying the idiot won first prize in a spelling contest" Blaze retorts.

"I even had a chat with Mighty before we left, the security footage wasn't altered at all. Face it Amy, you're losing your mind" Shadow says in a cold unforgiving tone.

As everyones took their aggression out on Amy, Tails could feel his satisfaction for watching her suffer grow to a much more exciting level then usual. And then Sonic said his piece and it was one of two crushing blows to hit the pink hedgehog.

"You have the audacity... The actual audacity to say Tails is responsible for Richie's killing. I've known Tails for a long time, he's not like that, he's kind, loving, smart, beautiful even..."

Sonic keeps him close, Tails can feel his face turning red and his heart fizzing up like a shaken soda.

"... If you're going to pull something as stupid as accusing someone who couldn't even hurt a fly of murder, know your facts first"

Amy's shaking grows visibly worse as her friends, well former friends, slowly begin to hate her more and more.

Then came the second blow... And it was the most desvistating of all, Cream steps forward with a face full of regret, gritting her teeth, trying to suppress her rage.

"Cream.... Please, no-"

"Amy tried to have Tails killed..." Cream says.

Silence...

Sonic's rage goes off the rails when he hears Creams revelation. He slowly let's go of Tails, bawling his fists and looking down at the ground. Blaze gasps, Shadow glares at her with disgust, Silver turns around and messages his face, Charmys eyes go wide... It shocks everyone...

Knuckles is so pissed he wants to beat the crap out of her, Rouge can't even look at Amy. Tikal takes off the friendship bracelet Amy made for her and throws it at her.

"You're sick!" She screams.

"Asshole!" Shadow shouts.

"Why?!" Blaze says.

"I can't believe I was your friend!" Silver screams, tears streaming down his face.

The mental beating Amy was taking thanks to everyone turning against her was so bad her head began to spin and her brain felt like it wanted to just explode. And then, the finale came... And it came with a hard knock.

Sonic swings at Amy, his fist collides with her face knocking her off the log she's sitting on. Amy is surprised and stunned by this, she tries to back away, Sonic snarls as he approaches her and begins striking her repeatedly, he kicks her in the face, "You psychopathic..."

"Sonic! Please... No!" Amy screams.

He doesn't listen and let's his fist fly into her snout, "... Little..."

Amy shields herself so Sonic kicks her and she rolls into a tree, "...Bitch!"

Amy wails some more as Sonic continues to hit her around, taking his frustration out on her as the others watched. Almost no one felt bad for her. When Sonic is done he's panting and glaring and Amy with his eyes shooting daggers at her, the pink hedgehog's face is bloodied and bruised, she has a black eye and her face is swelled up because of the blows she took from Sonic.

The blue hedgehog slicks his quills back still trying to comprehend what he just did, but he doesn't feel any sort of remorse for Amy, after all she did try to get Tails locked up. Tails feels so satisfied after watching Amy suffer what she's going through he smirks and licks his lips, the only person noticing him do this though... The angry, confused, blood covered pink hedgehog herself.

"You wanna know something Amy?!... I've been waiting to say this to you for so fucking long, but I could never bring myself to say it to your face... I don't love you... I hate you... I hate how clingy you are, I hate how obsessed you are with me, I hate those stupid outings we go out on, I hate everything about you!"

The punishment Amy was taking was cementing its way into her mind, it made her muscles weak, her heart ache unbelievably worse then it had ever done so before. She was begging in her mind for this to be some sort of fake dream, a sick reality she had thought of. But the burning fury in Sonic's eyes, his aggravated snarl and showing of his fangs, the evil grin from Tails, the death glares from all the others... It was all real.

"Sonic... Please... I'm telling you the truth" Amy sobs, choking on her words.

There was no solace, no safe haven for her, just angry glares everywhere she looked, hatred and disbelief hitting her like a machine gun.

"I can't believe you're buying his act!" Amy screams.

"It's not an act! You just tried to do this because you think I have a crush on Sonic or something!" Tails shouts.

"And even if Tails did have those feelings for me..."

Sonic presses his head on his chest, this makes Tails smile and blush.

"...I'd have him any day over you"

Amy unable to take any more of this so she hastily gets up and runs off into the woods crying her eyes out and screaming loudly, she trips but gets back up again. The disapprovimg stares from what used to be her family still weighing down on her sanity.

"Tails... I'm sorry this happened to you..." Tikal says putting her hand on his head.

"It's fine... I'll pull through" The fox says.

Knuckles suddenly takes Tikal by the waist and brushes his face on hers making her laugh, "Hey, maybe one day you'll find the right guy and become a super cool couple like me and Tikal"

"Haha, Knuckles stop!" Tikal giggles.

He presses his lips on her mouth and laughs. Tails lets out a dry laugh and looks over at Sonic who's rubbing his face, still trying to comprehend what he just did. Everyone shows concern for their leader and gathers around him. Sonic looks at them all, the comforting smiles made him feel a little better, he looks over at Tails and grabs him by the wrist pulling him in for a tight hug.

Tails sniffles and hugs him back, he was happy Sonic was feeling somewhat better and he could also rest easy now knowing Amy was out of his way.

When they return to their base the first thing they do is go into Amy's room and trash all her stuff, when they're done messing up her room they all head to bed. Before Tails goes to bed he does a happy little dance spinning around and laughing, then he falls backwards on the bed and sighs, smiling like a happy child.

"What a good day...", A wicked grin edges it's way onto his face, "No more pink eyesore... No more inconvenient outings with Sonic... No more garbage cooking... It's too good to be true"

Tails looks out the window, up at the stars and the ocean out is window, "I have the feeling tomorrow's gonna be great day..."
