KHUSHI

It had been a couple of months since I last saw Sonakshi anywhere near us, the last time I saw her was at that wedding I was planning and since then neither Arnav nor I had bumped into her. It looked like she had finally decided to stay away from us which was for the better.

Not seeing her or bumping into her had actually helped me a lot with my insecurities, it also made things between Arnav and I way better and the whole living together situation was working perfectly for us, we were getting to know each other better, getting to know each other's habits and so much more...

It was as if finally, after trying for so long, we were able to go back where we had started from, the insecurities were buried somewhere deep down, I was back to being my normal self, there was a bit of difference but I guess it was always going to be there, sometimes things happen that leave scars with us, and I guess this was one of the scars that was always going to be there and it dint bother me much anymore because despite it, I felt like myself and I was just happy to be me again.

I turned around and looked at Arnav, he was still deep asleep. For some reason, I couldn't stop staring at him, maybe it was his gorgeous face or maybe it was the fact that everything was good once again and I just felt so much in love with him.

I sat up slowly making sure to make minimal movements so I wouldn't wake him up and headed straight to the bathroom to take a shower. I didn't really have plans of going to work today, I was free for a while now as the wedding season was almost gone so I dint have many weddings to plan, I just decided I was going to stay home and relax or maybe go to a spa or something later if I felt like it.

I got dressed and headed outside to make myself some breakfast, since Arnav and I started leaving together, he had made sure I had breakfast every morning and now it had become a habit, I couldn't do without it.

I made the breakfast and even went to check on Arnav who was still asleep, it looked like he dint have plans of going to work today either that's why he was still asleep so I decided to eat alone and let him sleep. After I finished I turned on the Tv and picked a show to watch.

I was halfway into the second episode when he walked out of the room, he looked fresh out of the shower, his hair was all wet, it looked so sexy to me.

"Good morning babe." He smiled at me.

"Good morning, I made some breakfast, it's in the kitchen." I smiled at him, he nodded as he headed to the kitchen to get breakfast while I kept on staring. I don't know if it was his wet hair or my hormones were acting up but I was having some very dirty thoughts right now.

I paused the Tv and followed him to the kitchen, he was standing with his back facing me while he served himself breakfast, I walked closer to him and grabbed his arm, he turned around to look at me immediately.

"You startled me." He laughed as he inhaled a deep breath to calm himself down while I just kept on staring at him, why was I acting like this seriously?

"Is everything okay?" he looked at me in concern.

"Yeah, everything is fine." I smiled and nodded my head vigorously, I turned around and walked back to the sofa.

Okay something was seriously wrong with me. I get it, I loved Arnav, there was some attraction that was causing all this lusty feelings but then why was I so shy to make a move? He was my boyfriend!

He joined me on the sofa with his plate and watched along whatever I was watching while having his breakfast and so I tried to concentrate on the Tv as much as I could just so I could avoid whatever that I was feeling at the moment.

Once he was done eating he put the plate aside and grabbed his cup of coffee, he took a sip and frowned.

"Damn it, it's cold already!" he pouted making this cute face, okay Khushi! He was just doing normal things that normal people did, then why was it all turning me on?

"I'll warm it up for you." I said as I stood up immediately and headed to grab the cup from his hand, I don't know what happened exactly, he tried to pull it back or something but the next thing I knew was the coffee was now all over his tshirt.

"I'm so sorry, I don't know how I spilled it." I apologized immediately, he just smiled as he stood up and took off the tshirt.

"It happens, relax."

Now I couldn't even look at his face, my eyes were stuck on his chest, it wasn't even like it was the first time I was seeing him like this, I had seen him this way almost every day when he walked out of shower but like I said, something was seriously wrong with me today.

"Are you sure you are okay? You look flustered." He stared at my face.

"Yeah, I'll make another cup for you." I excused myself and rushed to the kitchen as quick as possible.

I grabbed some milk from the fridge to make him another cup of coffee, but the entire time I just kept wondering why I was acting this strange, it was like it was out of my control.

Arnav joined me in the kitchen after changing his clothes and stood beside me while I made the coffee and now he was staring at me and it was making me nervous.

He put his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him, I looked at him as soon as he did that.

"You don't seem like yourself today, you're all over the place. Are you sure everything is okay? Remember we agreed to tell each other everything, even the stupidest things."

"Yeah, I'm okay... it's just..."

"Just what?" he raised his eyebrows.

"Since I woke up, I can't take my eyes off you." I blushed.

"And why is that a bad thing?" He smirked.

"It's not... I just feel like wanting to kiss you so badly and touching you and I am just so shy to make a move, I don't know why." I looked at the floor trying to avoid eye contact with him.

"It's been long since we were intimate like that, and the time it happened, things took a different turn so I get it, it can be awkward or make you shy."

"I still don't know if I'm ready though."

"And no one is rushing you... I'm right here and I'm not going anywhere, so whenever you are ready okay? Even if it's after we get married, I don't have any problem."

"Okay." I nodded as I stepped backwards and turned off the Gas, I poured the coffee in a cup and handed it to him as I headed back to the sofa.

I couldn't stop thinking about that time now that he had mentioned it, it was such a beautiful night and although we hadn't taken the step yet, he had seen me completely naked and that was a big deal for me... but then Sonakshi came back and everything was messed up now.

I looked at him again, he was standing right where I left him sipping on the coffee. It had been almost nine months since we started living together and everything was going so well I dint want anything to mess that up.

"You don't have to go to work today?" I asked.

"No, I don't have much to do so I thought I'd just stay at home and rest." He replied.

I turned off the Tv because clearly since Arnav came out of the room, I dint even pay attention to it. I walked back to him, he had just finished his coffee, so I grabbed the cup from his hand and put it aside, I cupped his face and pulled him in for a kiss, I was done being shy.

He immediately grabbed my waist with both his hands and kissed me back so passionately as if he had being waiting for this moment forever. It wasn't like we never kissed, that was the only intimacy we had since we were living together, just kissing each other, but something about the kiss today felt different.

I slid my hands down to his waist and then started pulling up his tshirt from both sides and pulled it off, I immediately started rubbing my hands around his chest, oh how I had been dying to touch him there.

"Can I?" He asked as he grabbed my top to pull it off, I nodded and he pulled it off, he then picked me up and made me sit on the counter.

He slid his hand to the back to unhook my bra while I sat there with my heart beating like it was running a race.

"Tell me to stop if you get uncomfortable okay?" he said as he pulled the bra off. I grabbed his face and bent over to kiss him again just because I was feeling shy being bare chested like this. He slowly went from kissing my mouth to my neck and to my chest. As soon as his mouth met with my chest, I gasped.

He picked me up in his arms and carried me to the room and put me on the bed, I lied down as he came on top of me kissing me all over.

He then slowly started sliding his hand down towards my stomach and circled around with his fingers for a moment before pushing it inside my pants.

"Stop." He pulled his hand out as soon as the words left my mouth.

"I'm not ready for that yet."

"It's okay." He smiled as he kissed me on the mouth again. I was just starting to be okay with getting intimate with him so I knew it was going to take me time until I was fully ready.

I flipped him over so he was lying down and I was on top of him, I leaned down and started kissing him all over just like he was doing to me a while ago, in between the act, he suddenly pulled my down and I fell onto his chest, he wrapped his arms around and held on to me tightly.

"What was that?" I laughed.

"I like how this feels." He said as he rubbed his chest against mine still holding me tightly which kind of made me laugh.

"Someday... I'll make you mine fully." He smirked.

"Too sure aren't you?" I giggled as I stood up and headed to grab another top from the cupboard and put it on.

"Not too sure but just glad... I'm glad we are taking baby steps. I can't wait to go back to what it was before. Us being so comfortable with each other, and I am starting to feel it happening slowly.

"I want it to be like that too." I sighed as I lied down beside him and looked at him while he looked back at me.

"So... I was thinking of going to a spa today, you know just get a massage or something to relax... would you like to come along?"

"I've never been to a spa, what would I do there?" he laughed.

"You will relax. Spa's aren't for women only, come on... we'll get a couple's massage, it will be fun."

"Okay, if you say so."
