Marina's POV

It was now the moment I had waited not to happen was finally here I'm entering my new school, I registered in and they gave me the key to my room they told me I 'll have to share it just with one girl as the other rooms were for 3 or 4 students but it was better for me that way.

When I got in she was there

"Hi I'm Jaida Jones , I'm from New York "

"Hi I'm Marina I come from the border with Germany a farm house "

She had a lot of books I asked her if I could borrow some of them she oviously said yes and our friendship began.

She told me about her life in New York and that she wanted a new start so she came to Paris
It was a great story and she also loved books.
My story wasn't much interesting living in the farm land wander into the forest during my childhood thinking in there was a world no one else knew about except for me, but I told her anyway of how when I was younger I imagined seeing giant glass towers in the middle of what is supposed to be Germany and this people in black clothes and that as i grew up it faded away, my childish imagination.
LATER AT NIGHT
Sebastian's POV
As a SHADOWHUNTER I had trained really hard all day but now he was just relaxing reading one of his demonology books when aunt Elodie called me to the dinning room for dinner during the dinner she said that in a month and a half I'll have to go to Idris for the signing of The Accords and then they received an alert of an eidolon demon and a ravener in some fancy private boarding school.
Later
I went to the school all the students were sleeping when I saw them a women and a ravener, I decided to hide in one of the rooms whoever was in wouldn't see me I got in from there I had good visual of the demons, I recognized the women, she was Ms Dark I had read that she was involved on some trouble in England in the 19th century, what was she doing there what did she want, I realized I was in a girls room and one of the girls was the one I have saved two weeks ago from a ravener, may Ms Dark be after her?

Marina's POV
I had a really hard time trying to sleep, Jaida was sleeping already I felt something weird like someone else was in the room but I saw no one but Jaida sleeping, but the sensation was still there, then suddenly someone appeared, he was looking at me I got scared and was about to scream but he covered my mouth, then a memory came to me, I have seen him before he saved me from the dog then some passed in front of the room after that he let me go, then I said " who are you, what are you doing in the middle of the night in our room?" Then he answered "my name is Sebastian Verlac, I just like to wonder the roofs at night, my family is poor, sorry to break in here I shall really go I don't want to get in trouble " then he disappeared.

Sebastian's POV
I glamoured again and left the room there was no sign of miss dark why had I talked to her she was beautiful but now she knew my name but he had lied to her, was it the best thing I could do to keep her safe.
