Misunderstanding! The third letter!!
"Okay, just one more time", Yuri muttered to herself as she grabbed the piece of paper she had found that morning in her locker and re-read it for the 113th time that day.
"Yuuuuuri! What'cha got the there?", Sayori asked bouncing her way to the back of the classroom to get a better look at what Yuri was reading. "J-Just my poem for today", Yuri replied, this time prepared with her poem she had on her desk.
Yuri had learned her lesson with Natsuki and had her poem ready to quickly switch to in case any of the other members asked about what she was reading. That way she was able to read her now third love letter over and over again to her heart's content.
"Ohhh, amazing as usual, but I'll read it when the time comes though! I don't wanna spoil myself", Sayori replied with a happy smile after a quick look at the paper and then handed it back to the purple girl.
"Thank you", Yuri replied back with a smile of her own and then the bubbly girl waved a hand and bounced her way back to the teacher's desk to continue her talk with Monika as usual.
"Hey there ar- NATSUKI?!", Sayori exclaimed greatly surprised a few minutes later when she spotted a pink haired figure on the door. "What?!", Natsuki replied startled and blushing lightly.
"What happened to you?!", Sayori asked walking faster than the speed of sound towards Natsuki to get a better look. "Haha, very funny", Natsuki huffed annoyed.
Sayori then started rambling but Natsuki didn't pay the least attention as she discreetly tried to lay her eyes on the purple girl at the back, hoping she would be looking or making some kind of expression.
But Yuri was still reading over and over again what the pink girl had left in her locker that morning. Natsuki quietly sighed disappointed a bit but at the same time knew it was her own fault.
At least the cause of Yuri's distraction was herself, she thought and then moved Sayori out of the way and went to the back of the room.
Natsuki then grabbed her manga and tried to read as usual but her mind was somewhere else. She couldn't focus anymore and with a long sigh she put her manga back in its place, and headed to where Yuri was sitting, with only one thought in mind:
"I gotta make her notice me".
"Hey", Natsuki said sounding a little bit upset as she dropped herself on the chair next to Yuri with loud and intentional thud. "Eh? Oh, h-hi, Natsuki", Yuri said with a quick glance at Natsuki quickly going back to her love letter.
"Another attack from your secret admirer huh?", Natsuki asked. "A-Attack? Ah... You mean this?", Yuri asked a little confused quickly realizing Natsuki meant the letter she kept reading over and over again.
"Is that good or why do you keep reading that thing 100 times per minute?", Natsuki asked with crossed arms. "T-To be honest...", Yuri paused a bit making Natsuki nervous to her the answer.
"Yes! I-It is so wonderful! It a-a little bit short but every word, every sentence just makes my heart skip a beat every time I read it", Yuri said dreamy as she clutched the letter against her chest happy. "That's cool", Natsuki said with a smile that escaped her mouth secretly proud of what she had written.
"Ummm... by the way, w-what do you-", Natsuki started asking nervous struggling to find the right words to ask Yuri about her new look. "Natsuki, you-", Yuri was about to say something when she was forced to stop all of sudden.
"Is this the literature club?", The voice of a girl asked out of nowhere. "Eh? Ah yes! Hello, I'm Monika the club president, how can I help you?", Monika said quickly heading for the door to greet the girl standing there.
"I'm actually just looking for someone, do you mind if I just come in for a bit to tell her something?", The girl asked nicely. "Sure, go ahead, make yourself at home", Monika said with a kind smile as she moved out the girl's way.
The girl then walked straight to the back of the classroom and soon she found herself right in front of the pink haired girl.
"Hi! What's your name?", The girl, who had short dark blue haired girl, with two little white bows on her hair and brown eyes said with a happy yet a little nervous smile. "Eh? Me? Ummm I'm Natsuki, who are you?", The pink haired girl asked confused.
"My name's Ryona Aono, nice to meet you", Ryona said with a nice smile. "Nice to meet you too?", Natsuki said still confused.
"Umm I don't want to take so much of your club time so... Would it be okay if I come see you to your classroom during lunch tomorrow?", Ryona asked expectantly. "Eh? Why?", Natsuki asked puzzled.
"I-I... Would just like to talk to you...", Ryona said blushing lightly. "But w-", Natsuki was about to insist when an idea popped in her mind all of sudden.
"I mean, yeah sure why not!", Natsuki replied with a cute smile. "Really?! Thanks!", Ryona said excited to then quickly say goodbye with her face still blushing lightly and proceeded to leave the club.
"Let's see how that went.... Dammit", Natsuki thought and slowly turned her head to see the purple girl next to her again immersed in the love letter. "I was hoping she would get at least a bit jealous...", Natsuki sighed quietly in disappointment.
"L-Looks like you have your o-own admirer...", Yuri said suddenly. "THE HECK YOU SAID?!", Natsuki asked feisty and surprised.
"I-I am sorry! I-I mean.. the w-way that girl was looking at you was...", Yuri said nervously running her fingers through one of her purple strands of hair. "Was what?!", Natsuki asked feisty.
"Y-You know...", Yuri said looking away nervous. "OH", Natsuki then realized the mess she had gotten herself into.
"That sure was unexpected right? But what's more surprising is that you didn't bounce your way to greet our momentary guest as soon as she appeared", Monika giggled and then glanced at Sayori next to her switching to a worried expression.
"Hey, you okay Sayori?", Monika asked concerned as she noticed Sayori wasn't smiling and had a weird look in her eyes and seemed absent. "Eh?", Sayori replied.
"Do you feel sick or something?", Monika asked concerned. "Ah... No, I just umm spaced out for a bit hehe, what were we talking about again?", Sayori asked faking her best smile while Monika just played along but couldn't help but feel worried.

"So how did it go?", A girl of long brown hair tied on a loose ponytail asked expectantly. "It went great! She's really cute, she looks even cuter with that little ponytail and her magenta eyes are so nice and aaaaahh I gotta stop myself", Ryona said with a fool smile all excited.
"See I told you, she already writes you those love letters, I bet she's probably feeling the same as you right now and can't believe you came and talked to her", the brown haired girl said patting the back of the dark blue haired girl.
"Well she didn't look that excited at first... Hana, do you think it was nervousness maybe or maybe he was lying?", Ryona asked concerned. "Yeah nervousness! I'd bet my butt on it!", Hana replied with a grin.
"Besides, Hiroki told us he saw that pink haired girl sneak into the second years lockers with a folded paper in hand this morning, and he said she's a first year aaaaand what did you find when you arrived today and opened your locker?", Hana asked. "Another love letter", Ryona replied blushing lightly.
"See? Hiroki never lies! But come on, ace, we still have to check on the new members", the brown haired girl said as both started walking away from the literature club.

"Why? Why Natsuki? I mean... I didn't really expect her to ever like a worthless piece of... Human, like me but... Why one of my friends?", The red bow girl said as she buried her face on her pillow, now alone at home.
"What was I even thinking writing those letters...", Sayori said as her pillow started getting some moisture that came from her blue eyes.
"Someone like her would never even lay her eyes on me... But I had a little hope after that day...", Sayori said sobbing as the not so distant memory came to her mind.

"Dammit don't cry now... Don't cry...", Sayori muttered to herself as she rubbed her eyes. "Of course... You big stupid cry baby...", Sayori muttered to herself as a couple of tears of frustration escaped her eyes.
"At least no one sees me here...", Sayori sighed sad and then pulled out of her pocket a folded piece of paper with a drawing of what she called Mr. Cow wearing a Minecraft diamond armor. The bubbly girl looked at it for a few seconds and more tears started flowing down her eyes before she made a paper ball with it and threw it away upset.
Sayori then sit down leaning on that tree that was in the back of the school, away from everyone where she'd sometimes come when the rain clouds were too strong, taking the full 30 minutes of lunch to try to recover her cool.
"I'm so stupid... The teacher was right, I shouldn't draw meaningless things like that... I guess it just shows how dumb and meaningless I really am...", Sayori thought to herself, hiding her face on her knees which she was clutching against her chest.
"Hey, you dropped this", a girl's voice said out of nowhere almost making Sayori squeak in surprise. "I was passing by and this hit me on the head haha I saw you throwing it and- ...are you okay?", The girl, who had short dark blue hair asked concerned as she noticed Sayori's puffy red eyes.
"Y-Yeah, I'm fine, sorry about that", Sayori said quickly trying to wipe all of the tears off her face despite her red eyes still telling another story. "Mmmm really? Umm ah, this is a nice drawing by the way", the dark blue haired girl said with a sweet smile as she showed Sayori the now unfolded but wrinkled paper with the cow in armor.
"It's not though...", Sayori muttered looking at the floor ashamed and sad. "Eh? What are you saying!", The dark blue haired girl exclaimed.
"Sorry, forget what I said...", Sayori said taking the drawing from her gently. "I mean I'll try but...", The dark blue haired girl said taking the paper back from Sayori gently, surprising her a little.
"This is a really cool thing! I play Minecraft sometimes you know?", Ryona said grinning sweetly. "You do?", Sayori asked.
"Yeah! I suppose you too, but the question is, do you like drawing?", Ryona asked. "I... Yeah, I mean it's fun and helps me get my mind off things...", Sayori replied shyly.
"Well that's great! I wish I could draw something so cool to take my mind off things, like I've tried but I can't even draw a basic face that doesn't look like something that would scream "kill me please" in agony", Ryona replied smiling awkwardly and Sayori found herself giggling for a bit before reality came to her mind again courtesy of the rain clouds.
"My art teacher said it's bad though...", Sayori said looking sad. "Really?", Ryona asked concerned.
"She said it was childish and that I shouldn't draw meaningless things for art class...", Sayori said looking ashamed. "Well, she's probably high or something, I ain't seeing nothing meaningless here much less bad", Ryona said looking at the drawing with a smile.
"See... Like, I see this cow feels like vulnerable, scared because bad humans come and try to hurt her, but she finds herself one of the most strongest armors so she feels strong too and can maintain that nice smile she has, look the way you drew her smiling is really good", Ryona said pointing at the drawing.
"I... Umm... t-thank you", Sayori said with a shy smile feeling now her heart pounding faster and faster. "Don't thank me! If you like drawing don't mind what that lame teacher says, probably the only thing without meaning is her own life haha", Ryona said and handed Sayori back her paper.
"You have talent! Just believe in yourself and tell those who don't to go to hell!", Ryona said messing Sayori's hair playfully, which of course caused her to blush madly.
"Ah, sorry I got a little carried away, force of habit from having to motivate people sometimes haha, I really meant what I said though", Ryona said scratching her cheek awkwardly.
"Anyways, I gotta go, I still have some stuff to do before lunch is over, bye umm", Ryona said realizing the crucial fact. "Sayori", the red bow girl said.
"Sayori, I'm Ryona, it was nice talking to you!", The dark blue haired girl said waving her hand goodbye and then turned around to walk away while Sayori just stood there feeling funny.
The bubbly girl then smiled and folded her drawing carefully to then put it back in her pocket.

"Believe in myself...", Sayori thought clutching her pillow still crying quietly wondering what to do.
