"Y/n?" The brunette asks, removing her glasses. You look up at her, your eyes red from crying. Veronica's face goes pale. "Y/n!" Veronica gasps. Kneeling down, she embraces you into a hug. You bury your moist face into her shoulder whislt Veronica pats your back. "What happened?" Veronica asks. A tear slides down your cheek. "S-S-Someone...hurt-hurt me!" You stammer. Veronica bites her lip. You lift your head off her shoulder and become face to face with Veronica. Her warm brown eyes met your e/c ones. Lifting a finger, Veronica wipes a tear from your eye. "Thanks..." You sniffle. "You're a good friend." Veronica smiles and kisses your cheek. She then stands up and extends a arm. You grab her hand and she pulls your butt up off the floor. "Now," Veronica wraps a arm around your neck, pulling you close. "Let's go beat these dicks." She announces. A smile spreads upon your lips.
