Delta talks about wedding plans and goes to see Poppy's job.

Poppy sat at the table bar and watched Delta.

''I should be cooking for you Delta.'' Poppy said feeling like a bad host.

''Nonsense darling, I don't mind it makes me feel like I'm back home.'' Delta said cutting up some vegetables.

''Oh, ok so how long are you staying?'' Asked Poppy.

''Until Branch gets back. It will give me and Hickory time away from each other.'' The country troll said.

Poppy raised an eyebrow. ''Something wrong with you two?''

''No, but it's good for couples to spend time apart, its key to a relationship.'' Delta explained.

Poppy nodded. ''Yeah, because they sleep with every girl they see.''

Delta stopped and looked at her and places her hand on top of Poppy's. She almost forgotten about Poppy and her ex. ''I'm sorry darling.''

''It's ok.'' Poppy smiles and sighs.

''So, what do you have planned today?'' Asked Delta.

''Well, I'm calling in and we can spend the day hanging out and wedding planning.'' Poppy said excitedly getting down and grabbing a notebook and pen.

''You don't have to do that honey. Honestly if I can join you, I would love to see what you do.'' Delta replied looking back as she started the stove.

''Sure.'' Poppy said happily.

Once breakfast was ready and Poppy got down the plates they started eating.

''So, you and Branch have a new partner huh?'' Asked Delta prodding for answers.

''Yeah, she seems nice.'' Poppy said not looking up.

''Hm and how do you feel about a girl partner?'' Asked Delta finishing breakfast and got up to clean the dishes.

''I don't know. I'm still trying to figure that out.'' Poppy said more to herself.

''You have nothing to worry about Poppy, I know Branch is crazy about you.'' Delta said getting the feeling Poppy was holding back.

''I know, but she is one of the girls he went out with.'' Poppy said.

Delta stopped and turned around. ''Oh? Like a serious one or just a few dates?''

''Branch said they went on a few dates, nothing to serious but I find that hard to believe. She was the caregiver to Rosiepuff before she passed, staying with her while Branch was at college or work.'' Poppy said looking down.

She felt upset, it wasn't fair while she was stuck with a horrible husband, this Mia troll was bonding and going out with Branch.

Delta saw Poppy and patted her hand. ''Hey, in the end he ended up with you if he had feelings as strong as he had for you, he would have stayed with her. I've known Branch for a while, and he knows what he wants.''

Poppy gave a small smile. ''Your right I'm probably making a big deal out of nothing.''

Delta hugged her. ''Hey, come on we still have a day of stuff to do.''

Poppy smiled and finished eating as she cleaned the dishes, and she got her back.

''Ready?'' She asked.

'Heck ya.'' Delta said grabbing her purse as they left, and Poppy drove them to the studio as they went in.

Delta looked around in awe. ''My lands this is so big! You work here?'' Asked Delta grinning.

''Yeah, I do hair and makeup.'' Poppy said as got her pass and got one for Delta.

They went to the back and saw Rose talking with Lownote and then Rose turned around and was shocked.

''No way! It's Delta Dawn!'' Rose squealed.

Delta raised an eyebrow and chuckled. ''Yep, that is me.''

''I got to talk to Hickory a couple years ago and I need to talk to you about what you did. If not for you Branch and Poppy would still be having an affair.'' Rose said.

''Yeah, but I'm no good with being on tv.'' Delta replied.

''It's alright, just a short interview.'' Rose said.

Delta looked at Poppy who smiles. ''Up to you.''

''Alright fine.'' Delta said.

''Great! Poppy get her ready she is on in 10.'' Rose said walking away.

''Why did I agree to this?'' Asked Delta who shook her head.

''It's only for a couple of minutes then we are free. I get off if you go up.'' Poppy said.

''I'm only doing this for you Poppy.'' Delta said as she went and sat on the chair across from Rose and Lownote.

''Welcome to another episode of Hot Gossip and we are here with a lady who a couple years ago was brave enough to bring a couple together please welcome Delta Dawn.'' Rose said.

Delta sat down and smiled. ''Hi.'' She replied as Poppy watched.

''Tell us Delta, why did you make such a risky move when you knew what kind of a guy Creek Pacemaker was.'' Lownote asked looking at her.

''Well, I couldn't stand to see Poppy looking miserble and I saw bruises on her, and she needed to get out of there. But with the marriage contract he had to be caught cheating on her and I figured if I could catch him, she would be free.'' Delta said looking at the camera.

''Your boyfriend Hickory at the time helped out with it. How did that affect your relationship?'' Asked Rose.

''It didn't I mean we knew what was going on. Creek just touched me and that was it but, in the end, Poppy is now engaged to Branch the love of her life.'' Delta grins.

''So how is Hickory doing?'' Asked Lownote.

''Great, he is back home, and we got engaged.'' Delta showed her wedding ring.

''OMG THAT IS FANTASIC!'' Squealed Rose.

Later after that Poppy and Delta left the studio. ''All that talking has made me hungry any places to eat?'' Asked Delta.

''Yeah, I know a cafe that is perfect.'' Poppy said as they got into her car, and she took off.

10 minutes later both girls arrived at the cafe, and they went in and ordered as Poppy pulled out the notebook.

''Ok, so how far have you gotten on the wedding plans?'' Asked Poppy.

''Well, I got the maid of honor and brides maid all picked out we are doing it at the farm in the barn where me and Hickory had our first kiss. It was a date night, and it was raining out, so we went to the barn and had our first kiss.'' Delta sighed happily.

''Aww that is so romantic.'' Poppy swooned.

''And we got about 200 coming.'' Delta said.

''Woah that is a lot, me and Branch are only having 100 trolls coming.'' Poppy said.

''Thats great, all we need is the food, colors, and wedding dress. So where are you and Branch getting married?'' Asked Delta wanting to hear about Poppy.

''We haven't decided yet. But we are planning it together.'' Poppy said.

''Aww that is so sweet. Well should we go dress shopping?'' Asked Delta.

''Yes!'' Poppy called excitedly.

They finished eating and paid as they took off to go dress hunting.
