"Aadhil beta" after coming home he was lost somewhere, not even concentrating what he was doing.
First time in his life someone's grief make him sad.

"Sab khairyat?" His mom asked him when everyone was dining.

(Everything fine?)

"Jii ammi" he replied with a faint smile as her words are troubling him, he never thought that rich people are also longed for love and care. He always think she is a rich spoil brat who always speak bluntly to hurt people "middle class people".

(Yes mom)

"Mei dekhti hoon" they were eating peacefully when a loud knock on the door startled them. He was getting up to open the door when his younger sister 'zayra' stops him.

(I see)

"Assalamualaikum" he continued eating but got freezed after hearing her voice, in his house and at night makes him more surprised.

"Sifah beta, aap? Iss waqt?" His dad asked her after seeing her in a ittle hesitant voice.

(Sifah you? This time?)

"Woh hume Aadhil se kuch kaam tha" she said bluntly while looking at him and then at his house which was not soo big like her, small kitchen with two attached rooms, one balcony and one small living hall. But what fascinates her more was seeing all sitting on the floor together for dinner.
She never experienced such feeling of eating with family, even once in her life as her dad was a busy person and her step mom never considered her as her own child.

While he was just praying to vanish from everyone's eye.

(Have some work with Aadhil)

"Mu...mujhse?" He was soo embarrassed by her sudden attack on him that even his voice muffled in his throat.

(Me?)

"Haan" she quickly hides her emotions and replied happily making his family glaring him with questioning eyes.

"Aap dono jante hai ek dusere ko?" His mom asked her in total disbelief as she knows his son very well.

(Do you both know each other?)

"Hum ek hi college mei hai" she added making spoon falls from his hand due to sudden revelation.

(We are in the same college)

"Bhai jaan ne kabhi zikr nhi kiya waise" zayra added with a teasing glint on him.

(Brother never mentioned that)

"Haye Allah! Aisa kyu aadhil?" She questioned him while coming near to him and sits on zayra's place while scolding him like his wife.

(Why did you do this?)

"Kyu nhi bataya tumne?" She added like a proper wife while eating one morsel from his plate.

(Why didn't you tell them?)

"Sifah" at her brave act, he mumbled her name slowly while hiding gaze from his parents.

"Kyu aayi hai aap yahan" he added in same pitch while looking at her who was lost in eat.

(Why did you come here?)

"Sifah" this time a little bit louder he called her who was totally unaware of her surroundings.

"Ky...." she was blabbering something but stops after looking at several gazes on her.

"Woh...mei" she started to speak but shutters twice making zayra chuckle secretly.

"Bolo beta" rehman chacha encouraged her while she was thinking for some excuse.

(Say it)

"Woh....woh" she started with little hesitation when another knock makes them startled.

"Salam! Chacha" his dad opens the only to find her dad's driver who greets him with a smile.

"Bade shaheb ne bhejwaya hai" he added while giving him a bag full of some household goods, his medicines, few chocolates, and clothes for them.

(The owner has send this)

"Bade shaheb ne?" He questioned him while looking at the bag as their was no upcoming festival nor his birthday, he looked at him and then at his family.

"Haan" sifah replied with a sheepish smile while twisting her fingers in nervousness.

"Abba jaan ne isliye mujhe sath bheja hai" she added confidentially while her driver chocked as she was lying, at first place she forced him to buy all goods and then drop him to his place by warning him not to mention her name.

(That's why father has sent me along)

"Hai na?" She asked while looking at her driver chacha who was nodding with a scared face.

(Isn't it?)

"Lekin hume nhi chahiye yeh sab" aadhil declared while looking straight at her who was shivering from inside.

(But we don't need this)

"Bhot bhot sukriya apka" he added making her hurt.

"Kya kr rhi hai aap yahan?" He was in library making notes as perks of being topper and got scholarship. He was engrossed in his world when she suddenly comes and close his book while sitting next to him making him startled and then furious.

(What are you doing here?)

"Kyu library sirf tumhari hai? Baki log nhi aaskate?" Instead of replying she messed with him making his anger at peak.

(Why is the library just yours? The rest don't come?)

"Sifah" he coldly called her name making her realized that people start talking about them.

"Hmm" she replied with a bit of attitude as get hurt by his rudeness.

"Sab dekh rhe hai?" He muttered under his breathe making look her surrounding.

(Everyone is watching)

"Kyuki mei hoon hi itni khubsurat" she replied boldly not get scared by people around while giving a bright smile to her surrounding making everyone more suspicious.

(Because I'm so beautiful)

"Allah! Aap jaaye yahan se abhi issi waqt" he muttered while opening his book and focusing on his book rather than her.

(You go from here right now)

"Mei kyu jaau?" She scolds him while again closing his book.

(Why do I go from here?)

"Kyuki sab dekh rhe hai" he added while hiding glare from everyone as it was getting awkward.

(Because everyone is watching)

"Dekh rhe hai toh dekhne do na" she stated while passing a big smile to everyone and making him nervous.

(Then let them see)

"Tum meri baat suno" she added while coming closer to him and glaring at him.

(You listen to me)

"Kl raat ko jo tumne kiya woh mujhe bilkul accha nhi laga" she said with soo many emotions making him feel bad for her.

(I did not like what you did last night)

"Itni akkad kyu hai tumme?" he got scared by her sudden mood change, this time she nearly shouts at him making poor boy more scared.

(Why you have soo much attitude?)

"Sifah" suddenly she hugged him sideways making his beating heart stop for few moments.

"Sifah" he again called her who was now sleeping on his shoulder.

"Aadhil" after two hours she opens her eyes only to find him as she was still sleeping on his shoulder while grabbing his shirt.

"So...rry" she mumbled meekly as he was studying and writing notes with difficulty as she sleeps on his injured hand, though it didn't hurt his arm but got numb for remain in same position.

"Uth gyi aap" He said in sarcastic way making her hurt again.

(You got up)

"Chalein ab" he added while packing his back and putting book inside making her confused.

(Let's go)

"Sab chale gye hai" seeing her confused eyes he said making her eyes moved around her surrounding which was vacant as college hours also ends one hours before.

(All are gone)

"Tum ice cream khaoge?" They were heading out of the campus while he managed to stay few steps away from her, not wanting their burning topic again.

(Will you eat ice cream?)

"Nhiii" he replied coldly making her frown so she goes alone to buy it while he was heading ahead with slow steps.

"Ahhhhh" she come back happily like a kid with a softy in her hand, she was showing him her ice cream with a smirk but suddenly trips making her stumble but he quickly pulls her to himself making her ice cream landed on the ground in instant.

"Meri ice cream" she whined like a kid making him chuckle as he never see her this side before.

(My ice cream )

"Tum thik ho?" But what amazed him when she starts talking with the ice cream like he is her bestfriend.

(Are you okay?)

"Sifah" he called her as few minutes passed away and she was still struck with the fallen ice cream.

"Chalna chahiye ab" he added while looking at the sky which was getting reddish indicating sunset and they are still in college.

(Have to go now)

"Hume ghar tak chodd doge?" she aksed or more like ordered him when he was starting his scooter making him beyond shock.

(Will you leave me at home?)

"Apki car" he didn't complete his s
entence intentionally without looking at her.

(Your car)

"Meri car servicing mei gyi hai aur chacha (their driver) abbu ko lene gye hai" she replied with twisting her fingers showing her helplessness.

(My car has gone into servicing and uncle has gone to pick up dad)

"Hmm" he nods slowly while starting his scooter and indicating her to sit.

They just passed few streets when he suddenly feels her hands around his stomach, though she was sitting sideways still she snuggles into him more making his heart thumping.

After few minutes something captured his eyes which was purely beautiful 'her genuine sweet smile'.
She was smiling while admiring the nature, seems like first time in her life she was enjoying nature this much.

"Sifah" stopping his scooter few streets away from her house he called her who was sleeping on his shoulder peacefully.

It takes more than half an hour to reach her house from college, hearing his voice she wakes up while whining and getting down from the scooter.

"Sifah" she was going to her home with slow steps as her eyes were closing again and again.

Seeing her lost in sleep, he thought to company her till gate, he himself doesn't know why he was falling for her cute antics.

"Aap soyi nhi?" he finally asked her as her drozy eyes says it all even after catching sleep for two hours.

(You haven't slept?)

"Nhi, kl neend hi nhi aayi" she stated in sleepy voice while he was carrying her bag because it falls from her hands twice.

(No, did not sleep yesterday)

"Sirf tumhare wajah se" this time she glared at him who was also looking at her with confused eyes.

(Because of you)

"Mere wajah se?" he mumbled slowly.

(Because of me?)

"Hmm" she nods while  grabbing her bag from his hands and heading inside her house leaving him in puzzled state.
