He was sitting leisurely on the couch in the living area, checking some mails in his phone, when he noticed her who was looking divine in her lehnga while descending down from the stairs, carefully carrying her lehnga like a small girl.

Forgetting all about his  surroundings 
he keeps staring her without blinking.
Scanning her from top to bottom he unconsciously stands up and goes near her, totally lost in her when she pushed him aside making him stumble and asked her mom who just came from the kitchen "Maa mei kaisi lag rhi hoon?"

(Mom how I'm looking?)

Seeing her daughter dolled up she  replied "Meri bacchi bilkul...."

(My daughter looks...)

"Moti Bhaish lag rhi hai" he cuts her in between and completes the sentence which makes her furious.

(Looks like fat buffalo)

"Kissi ne mote haaathiii se pucha kya?" she shouts at him with full rage.

(No-one asked advice from elephant)

"Ishani tameez se hone wala pati hai tumhara" her mom interrupts her while glaring her.

(Ishani talk to him with respect, he is your soon to be husband)

"Yahi toh dukh hai" she mumbled loudly.

(That thing saddens me)

"Mujhe koun si khushi hai" he replied while looking sideways.

(I'm also not happy)

"Maa mujhe der horhi hai, mei chalti hoon" she said to her mom while deadly glaring at him.

(Mom I'm getting late...I'm going)

"Ayaan ke sath chali jao, iss waqt kahan akeli jaogi" her mom stopped her and said in convinced tone which makes Ishani's blood boil in anger.

(Go with Ayaan, this time is not safe to go alone)

"Maa mujhe nhi jana iss hathi ke sath, log kya kahenge? Ishani ek hathi ke sath aayi" she said frustratingly while tries to convinced her mom who never listens to her in case of Ayaan.

(Mom I don't want to go with him, what will people say? Ishani came with an elephant)

"Aur mujhe toh sab salam krenge bhaish ko sath dekh kar" listening her blabbering he said irritatingly.

(Like people will salute me after seeing buffalo besides me )

"Ab mei hoon hi itni khoobsurat log tumhe bhi notice krenge hi" she said dramatically while looking at her nails.

(People will notice you because of my beauty)

"Ab sath mei bhaish chalegi toh sab notice hi krenge" he replied while scrolling his phone.

(When buffalo walk along with you then everyone will notice)

"Dekho tum na...." she was saying but her mom cuts her in the middle.

(Look you don't...)

"Hogya tum dono ka?" Her mom asked both of them who continuously fighting like a kindergarten kid.

(Have you two done with your fighting?)

"Woh....." They both said at the same time and looked at each other, probably ready to fight again.

(That...)

"Nhi nhi ladd lo tum dono, shaadi mei kal chale jana, abhi tum dono ladd lo, ladai nhi rukni chahiye, bhale shaadi ruk jaaye" her mom said irritatingly with their behavior.

(Continue your fight both of you, go to the wedding tomorrow, now both of you fight, the fight should not stop, even if the marriage stops)

"Apni shaadi mei bhi aise hi ladoge, kya kahenge sab?" Her mom further added.

(Will you both fight the same way in your marriage also, what will everyone say?)

"Ki dulhan kitni sundar hai aur dulha mote haathi jaisa" she said which makes his blood boils in anger.

(That how beautiful is the bride and the groom is like fat elephant)

"Bhaish jaisi dulhan bhi kahin nhi hoti" he said while glaring her.

(Also a bride like buffalo is nowhere)

"Aur haathi bhi circus mei hi hote hai" she quickly replied him making him more angry.

(And elephants are also in the circus itself)

"Bhaishe toh jaise 5 star hotel mei rhti hai" he said with gritting teeth.

(Like buffalos stays at 5 star hotels)

"Tum phir..." she was saying but again mom her cuts her in between.

(You again...)

"Hogya tum dono ka, ya abhi aur koi kasar baki reh gyi hai?" Her mom shouts at them.

(Is it over between you two, or is there any more left?)

"Maaaaa" she whined.

"Aunty mei drop krdunga" he said while picking up his car's key.

(Aunty I'll drop her)

"Maa please" she once again pleaded to her mom but no use because she goes from there without listening her.

She unwilling goes to the parking area but their was no sign of him. She called him twice but no response.
She was getting restless and starts searching for him when someone pulled her inside the store room and starts kissing her. On seeing him she starst hitting him with her small fist but it didn't effect him even a bit and he continued kissing her. When he noticed her cheeks wet he leaves her.

"Kya hua? Tum roo kyu rhi ho?" He asked her while wiping her tears when she suddenly hugs him making him surprised.

(What happened? Why are you crying?)

"Kahan chle gye the tum?" She questioned him while rubbing her nose in his shirt.

(Where you have gone?)

"Mei room mei gya tha change krne" he replied while caressing her head.

(I went to the room to change)

"Bata sakte the na" She said innocently while looking at him, making his heart crazy.

(You had to tell me)

"Kyu?" He asked while knowing her answer.

(Why?)

"Hone wali biwi hoon tumhari, haaq hai" she replied while putting her hands on his  neck and kissed his lips lightly, but he pulled her more in him and kissed her more deeper.

(I have right, I'm your soon to be wife)

"Chale" after sometime he said while holding her from waist tightly, when he noticed her bare skin.

"Ishaani yeh...yeh...piche ka kidhar hai?" He asked while turning her to him and get shocked to see her backside bare.

(Ishani this..this...where is the back?)

He is not that type of guy who doesn't give freedom to her to wear something like that but going alone in a marriage at night, he can't afford that and most importantly he can't afford that any guy see her in that
dress which makes his heart skipped.

"Yeh backless hai" she replied proudly.

(This is backless)

"Tum yeh pehan kar jaogi?" He asked her in normal tone but deep inside he was getting scared, what if some guy tries to touch her.

(You will wear this?)

"Haan yeh latest fashion hai, dekhna sab dekhte reh jayenge" she said while readjusting her hairs.

(Yes it is latest fashion, everyone will be left watching)

"Bhaiso ko kb se log dekhne lag gye?" He said intentionally to make her angry then she cancelled her plan to go there.

(When did people start watching Buffalo?)

"Sundar logo ko hi log dekhte hai tumhare jaiso ko nhi" she replied dramatically, not getting effected by his words.

(People only see beautiful people not like you)

"Mujh jaiso se tumhara matlb dashing and smart" he said while raising his collars.

(By me you mean dashing and smart)

"Nhi bandar sakal wala jiske baal ghass jaise hai" she replied while laughing hard.

(Like monkey who has hair like grass)

"Ohh...tbhi mei sochu bhaish bagal mei kyu khaadi hai" this time he laughed hard anf making her laugh gone.

(Ohhh…then I think why buffalo is standing close to me)

"Ayaaan" she shouts at him and goes from the store room.

Roaming from here and there while looking at the gate every now and then a girl of 9 years old, beautifully dressed up in baby pink frock with matching bellies was waiting for someone eagerly in her home's backside garden. She was waiting for about 35 minutes still there was no signs of him. She sits on the swing and further waited for him atlast she sadly started getting up from the swing to go when she feels his warm hands on her eyes.

"Ayaan tum phir late aaye, mei kabse wait kar rhi thi" she said while turning to him.

(Ayan, you came late again, how long have I been waiting)

"Mei woh.." he was explaining his reason but she cuts him

(I was...)

"Mujhe nahi karni tumse baat" she said while totally getting dishearten.

(I don't want to talk to you)

"Lekin mei tumhare liye special gift laane gya tha" he tried to convinced her.

(But i went to bring a special gift for you)

"Mere liye...lekin mujhe tumse baat nhi krni" at first she get convinced but soon changed her mind.

(For me....But I don't want to talk to you)

"Thik hai yeh chocolate mei kisi aur ko de dunga" he said while showing her favorite chocolate box.

(Okay then I'll give this chocolate to someone else)

"Kisse?" she curiously asked him while gazing at chocolate box.

(Whom?)

"Woh Priya hai na tumhari class mei usko, bhot sundar hai woh, ussi ko de dunga" he said in serious tone while laughing hard from inside on seeing her expression.

(That Priya in your class, she is very beautiful, I will give it to her)

"Sundar nhi moti hai woh, moti hathi jaisi hai, tum mujhe dedo chocolates" she said while convincing him.

(She is not beautiful but fat, fat elephant, give chocolates to me)

"Lekin tumhe mujhse baat nhi krni na" he replied repeating her words which she said few minutes ago.

(But you don't want to talk to me)

"Tum hi kar rhe ho, mei nhi kar rhi" she said while tears stars forming in her eyes.

(You are talking, I'm not)

"Accha I'm sorry
Happy Birthday Ishani" on seeing her state he replied while hugging her and soon she starts crying in his arms.

Rubbing her nose on his shirt she looked at him and said "Mera gift?"

(My gift?)

"Yeh rha" he gives chocolate box to her and kissed her forehead.

(Here it is)

"Tum bas chocolates laaye?" she questioned him while getting hurt.

(You only brings chocolates?)

"Haan" he replied softly.

(Yes)

"Tumne toh bola tha special gift hai" she confusingly asked him.

(But you said that you bring some special gift for me)

"Haan toh chocolates hai na"  he replied gently.

(Yes chocolates it is)

"Mujhe tumse baat hi nhi krni" she said and angrily goes from there leaving him behind.

(I don't want to talk to you)

Crying bitterly she comes to her room and get shocked to see a big giant box there. She goes near to the box and got happy when she sees the name tag
"To my Dear Ishani"

"Kaisa laga?" He whispered in her ears making her scared while wiping her tears and hugged him.

(How's it?)

She rubbed her nose in his shirt and looked at him and asked "Kya hai isme?" Pointing at the giant box.

(What's in it?)

"Khud dekhlo" he replied while caressing her chubby cheeks.

(See on your own)

She excitingly opens the box and a giant big teddy bear comes out.

"Bhot pyara hai thank you" she said and kissed his cheeks for the first time making his heart crazy.

(It's very pretty thank you)

Ayaan and Ishani fathers were childhood bestfriend and neighbors. Both wanted to name their friendship into a relation that's why they fix their children's marriage. Both Ishani and Ayaan are childhood friends but getting married with each other was beyond their imagination. Ayaan's father Mr. Sanjay Mehra is a well known business while Ishani's father Mr. Ajay Shah is a famous lawyer. Recently Ayaan joined his dad's company and was very busy in work, so he hardly gets time to visit Ishani's house. That's why every weekend Ishani's mom invites him for dinner and whenever he got time, he comes to visit them.
