At 5 in the morning when the entire city was sleeping peacefully, a boy of about 14 years wearing loose army pants & a white T-shirt was going from one house to another on his cycle throwing newspapers. When he reached the Bose Villa he dropped a copy of The Times of India & paddled away.

A girl came out towards the main entrance of the house where the guard handed her few letters & the newspaper. "Didi Ye letter aapke liye hai". The girl took it & gently opened the envelope, it was addressed to Sonali. For RJ Sonali it was a treat to read fan mails & fan letters for her. There were 3 more letters one for Ele & another for Bijoy. The last letter didn't specify for who it was. Sonali opened the envelope & what she saw made her stand still for a while. Her eyes turned furiously red

"Dada... Baba" She called out

Bijoy & Sourabh paced down the steps hurriedly.

"Kya hua Shona beta?" Bijoy asked

Sona showed the paper cuttings which came with the envelope. They read

11 civilians killed in naxalists-forces rage.

"Did we attack their headquarters at Durganagar?" Sona asked gritting her teeth trying hard to maintain her calm & tone while talking to the two most important men of her life but was failing miserably.

"We did" Sourabh tried explaining " But no civilian was killed"

"The newspaper has the report dada" Sona said. The rage was being overshadowed by her despair " We could have talked about it before."

"I tried calling you" Elena who had come down now said. " Dada didn't allow"

"We just wanted your safety Sona" Bijoy said on behalf of Sourabh

Sonali sat down on the sofa with her hands in her hair & her head held down in complete melancholy.
"We had to solve things with our method. Some patience is all I asked for. "

"Kichu Bhaiya apne Sona ko dekha kya? " Dev asked Kichu Bhaiya who was cleaning the table after the lunch

"Doctor didi beach side pe gayi hain. Kuch kaam tha?" Kichu Bhaiya replied

Freshly fallen in love Dev walked out of the hall towards the backyard which opened to the sea

"Sonakshi" Dev called her. She was sitting in with a blank expression. Dev's voice didn't register in her head. So he went close to her. "Kya baat hai?"

"Kuch nahi" Sona said blankly

"Kuch to hua hai ... Kuch ho gaya hai"

"Bahut gaane sunane lagein hain Mr Dixit"

"Sab aapka asar hai Ms Bose"

"Cheesy... cheesy..." Sona giggled

"Excuse me... I was praising you" Dev made a puppy face

"Thank You & Aur kaunse changes laayein hain maine aapki life mein?" Sona cocked an eyebrow

"Sonali"

"Huh? "

"I mean Sonali ka show"

"Bahut Pasand hai Sonali? "

"I just love Sona"

"Sona loves you too ... I mean all her listeners "

"Huh? Do you know her? "

"Acquintace"

"Tum Sonali ko jaanti ho? Aur tum mujhe ab bata rahi ho!!! Milwao mujhe usse. "

"Milti nahi hai wo sabse"

"I don't lie Dev"

They stood in silence for a while. The sea washed their feet, refreshing DevAkshi.

"Dawai khani band ki tumne? Neend aa rahi hai Mr Obhodro?" Sona asked him

"Kind off... There is comfort in music but still there is something that disturbs me... I can't sleep for more than 5 hours"

"Hmmm ... Neend-chain gayab hai kisi ka ... Aisa to love stories me hota hai"

"Girls aur unki love stories"

"Hello!! Pyar woman right nahi human right hai"

"To kisi se hua kya? "

Sona smiled. "Anushka baba kehti hain ki Pyar me junoon hain & dosti me sukoon hain... Sukoon chahiye mujhe"

Dev stiffened for a while & then said "I don't agree"

Sonakshi looked at him,puzzled. She got the answer when Dev splashed a lot of sea water right on her face,leading some of it to enter her mouth "Cheeee!! Dev!! " She screamed "Ab to tum gaye beta"

"Mil gaya sukoon dosti wala? Buddy?" Dev laughed.

"Naaa!! Ab milega"

Sona ran after him. Dev rushed into the water. The sea drenching half of his trousers.

"Not fair Mr Dixit ... You'll change your clothes how will I manage in such gila gila kapda"

Dev kept laughing😂😂😂. The weather had teamed up with Dev & to Sona's dismay it began raining.

"Had hai" Sona shouted

Dev came out of the water. "Nikki Ke kapde pehen lena"

"Umm... Dev I'll drown in her clothes ... Too large for me!! " Sona remarked

"Take Brinda's clothes"

"She's still here? "

"Itna surprise mat ho Sonakshi ... Jatin ka waise bhi zyaada hi interest dikh raha hai Brinda me"

"Wo to hai"

Sona thought for a while & then her eyes sparkled with an idea "Why don't you help Jatin with Brinda? "

"Mai!!" Dev looked at her shocked " Jatin Ke pass Mai jaaunga to hum Boss ji & Jattu Bhaiya khelte reh jaayenge"

" Wo bhi sahi hai" Sona chuckled " But I still feel that the two of you will get along really well someday"

"In your dreams Ms Bose... Ab bolo kab milwa rahi ho mujhe Sonali se?"

"Milwa denge milwa denge Sabr karo balak... I have a condition"

"What? "

"Tumhe Dev just Dev banke Sonali ko call Karna hoga & jo bhi tumhari problem hai wo tum uske saath share karoge... Maybe it can help you nahi to"

"Nahi to? "

"We'll have to send you to a therapist"

Dev looked at her in shock "No need to make Dear Zindagi out of my life... I'll call her"

Sona clapped her hands in excitement like a small baby.

Sona pushed her chair back & rested her head on her it's back. Her body fully streched on it & her hands lying on its arm rests. She heard the door of the studio open. In a flash of a second she got up, took her gun out & stationed her finger on the trigger of the gun

"Relax Sona mai hu" Elena said

"Oh! Aaja Ele... I'm sorry I didn't notice"

"It's okay"

"Any new information about 271?"

"Nothing I don't know why she has become so latent"

"Maybe she is planning something big"

Elena looked at the studio. It was time for the next RJ to come & stop the commercials. She pulled Sona out & played Let's nacho on her phone.
Stress buster Ele said & the two girls started dancing on it in the lobby. There are limitless benefits of being an RJ even though of you've had a troubled past, shaky present & an uncertain future.

I guess that the hints you need are everywhere you can guess the mystery are still some loose ties of the story which will be connected a little later. For now enjoy Dev & Sonali's bond & also the road for Dev & Sonakshi to become DevAkshi, with Jatin & Brinda in the backdrop.
