Elena was frantically dialling someone's phone number  in a pitch black room.

"Hello.. Hello Sona..."

"Ele?Ele? Ele you there? Hello ... Hello Elena"

"S.. Sona.."

Elena was trying hard to call Sona but everytime she tried she met with the same answer

"The number that you are trying to call is either switched off or out of coverage area"

This was the first time that her call was received but still the stupid network wouldn't let her communicate. Being highly irritated with the situation, Elena disconnected the call & threw the phone. It went sliding on the floor & collided with someone's feet.

"Dada! " Elena's face for the first time in her entire life turned pale after seeing Sourabh

"Sona ko phone kar rahi thi? " He replied his face had turned hard

"Dada you know what you are doing is not right, Sona will be never approve of it"

"I don't care Elena ... I want Sona to be happy that's it"

"The common people will loose whatever little trust they have on us"

"I DO NOT CARE ELENA" Sourabh's eyes had turned red, blood had shot up in his eyes "They attacked my sister! "

Sourabh stormed out of the room, while Elena stood there fixed in her position.

"How's the arrangement Sonakshi? " Krystle asked Sonakshi excitedly

"It's perfect...  Just perfect" Sona replied

Was it really that perfect? Can things go as they were planned?

The bus broke down & came to a halt after making a loud screeching noise.

"Kya hua? " Karan asked

"Bus kharab ho gayi Bhai Saheb" The driver replied innocently

"Arey to utar ke dekho na kya hua" Dev shouted

The driver came back
"Tyre puncture ho gaya & doosra nahi hai"

"Ab kya hoga" Brinda asked

"Dariye mat mai hu na" Jatin replied & began grinning like a fool.

"Isse zyaada darne wali kaun si baat hai? " Dev replied

But Jatin didn't pay heed to him he was busy in staring Brinda. The imaginary violins were still playing in his ears.

The bus had stopped in an isolated place.  There were green fields around them with some trees & a river was flowing by.

"Aap log yahi ruko mai kuch intezaam karke aata hu" The driver left them with these words & the day passed. Even the sun had gone back to sleep but the driver didn't come back.

AT DUSK

"Dev Bhai can't you call our drivers" Nikki asked Dev in an irritated tone "Dhup me khade khade meri skin white se black ho gayi but ye driver nahi aaya"

"I'm trying Nikki... Yahan network ka bahut problem hai"

Their picnic had faced a complete Shorbonash & the day had passed uneventful.

"Karan" Sona called out " We have our tents let's put them here only Driver to aayega nahi"

Karan nodded & Krystle helped him to put the tents up.  Golu had already dozed off to sleep in Nikki's lap. Brinda & Jatin were stealing glances.

"Sonakshi"

"Yes Dev"

"Chalo mere saath kahi aur chalke dekhte hain shayad network aa jaye"

"Jungle hai aadhi raat hai lagne laga hai dar" Dev said while stretching his hands to show the forest

"Mujhe dar nahi lagta" Sona said firmly

Sonakshi kept walking for some time expecting Dev to follow her but after sometime when he she couldn't even hear his footsteps she turned around. "Dev...  Dev" Sona cupped her hands near her mouth to enhance the volume of her voice & called out his name again & again but he was no where to be seen.

"Dev I'm telling you mujhe aise mazak bilkul pasand nahi hai"

She heard the cracking of dry leaves beneath someone's weight. In a sly way she felt her jeans & when she was sure that she had reached the thing she wanted to take out, she held it firmly. The rectangular outline of the weapon was clearly visible on her shirt. She turned around but stopped when she saw who it was

"Bokarat Dixit!! Ye tum kya kar rahe the"

"Uff Sonakshi...  Itni alert rehne ki kya zaroorat hai...  I wanted to scare you"

"Sochna bhi mat mai black belt hu" Sona flipped her hair behind her shoulders in style

"Bas goondo se dar jaati ho"

"Dev.. "

"Sonakshi... "

"1 ghanta ho gaya hai you haven't found your network yet"

"Phone to kab ka dead hai"

Sona gawked at him. She raised her eyebrows "To hum yaha garba karne aaye gain? "

"Chalo garba karte hain" Dev said with a sincere face

"Tumi eakdom impossible"

"I missed this so much"

"What? " Sona asked with a completely clueless expression

"Kitna time ho gaya humne aise saath me time nahi spend kiya" Dev replied

"To isiliye tum mujhe yaha lekar aaye"

"Yes Miss Bose"

Sonakshi had no idea how to react to this. A lot of things had been happening in her life lately which were keeping her busy. She didn't realise when the time she spent with Dev had started reducing. "You are right" She replied " I'm sorry & I promise ki aaj ke baad kitni bhi tension ho I won't compromise on our time...  The DevAkshi time"

"DevAkshi! " Dev looked at her amused "Waah Ms.  Bose". He looked at her for a while, he just dwelled into her eyes & traced her face with his intense gaze.  Was Nikki right?  Are they 'just friends'?  Or does Sonakshi mean something more to him? These questions flashed in his mind. He still didn't knew the answers to them but he was sure about one thing that
Kuch to badal gaya hai mere aasman mein!!!

Sona snapped her fingers in front of his face. "Kaha kho gaye?"

"Ummm" Dev was thinking of some reply. He could obviously not ask the questions that were running in his mind directly to Sona. He needed time to be sure too. 

"Chodo... Ye batao ki meri advice follow kar rahe ho na? " Sona asked "Sleeping pills ko Tata Bye Bye Will never see you again bola ya nahi"

"Kind off... You wanted me to relax & leave all stress before I sleep & you said music can give me all the comfort I need...  Well,  I agree with you...  I started listening to this show Raat Ke Humsafar on Radio Rang ... Music has a mystical effect Sonakshi & the RJ herself is so calm, funny & understanding. She reminds me of you"

Hearing Dev's reply, Sona smiled gently & scratched the back of her ear.

"I even called her once" Dev said sheepishly

"No.  I remember all the callers of that show, & you have never called" Sonakshi voice was full of certainty.

"Kia tha maine but apne naam se nahi" Dev replied "Ghunghroo Wangdu naam se"

"Ghunghroo!!!" Sona laughed 😆😆😆 & laughed & laughed until her eyes became teary 😂😂😂. Dev looked at her with his hands on his waist but instead of being angry he lost himself in her laughter. It ringed bells in his heart.

Suddenly Sona stopped laughing "Ek minute Ye Payal kaun hai!!  Dev agar wo ladki tumhare aas pass bhi dikhi na to mai!! "

"Shant!! Gadadhari bheem wo tum hi ho...  Aur kaun hai itna special jiske liye mai ek RJ se advice lunga" Dev replied but this time his tone was huskier than ever. His eyes had turned intense & were fixed on Sona. For some strange reason Sona felt shy & looked down. Her cheeks had a scarlet hue on them & she BLUSHED for the first time in her life.  She looked up but Dev's eyes were still staring at her.  She looked into them & lost herself. An intense eye lock followed

Rang rahi hu ye kaise rang me

In that moment Dev got all the confirmation he needed. Yes Sona was the girl he had waited for.
