Kyanna's Point Of View

I had finally arrived at Ricky's house and quickly got inside.

"Okay, so, did something bad happen, is that why we're having this meeting?" Ricky asks and I nod not ready to talk about it until the whole group is there.

I can tell Ricky noticed that I couldn't tell just him, so he said "It's fine" and I understood.

Soon enough, everyone, except Felissa got there and I inhale and exhale nervously before sitting on the couch in between Ricky and Angie.

"Okay everyone, Kyanna wanted this meeting, and asked if we could do it at my house and I told her we could, so take it away Kiki" Ricky tells me.

I nod my head and look down not being able to look at everyone's faces yet.

"I - I realized that I have a crush on Felissa, and that if I like the second person and the first person, to always choose the second because if I really loved the first, this person wouldn't matter relationship wise. But, she does. So I decided to go to Donald's house and tell him that we needed a break so I could find myself. But, when I got to his house, his little brother let me in, and I went upstairs and heard noises and when I walked in, I was mortified. I saw Donald and another girl having sex." I say and as soon as I say it, the visual of it just replies in my head.

I felt someone grab my hand and I look down and see Angie's hand interlocked with mine and gave her a weak smile before continuing.

"Then when the girl asked who I was, he told her that I was "Just a friend." I was humiliated and I told them that Donald and I had been together for almost two years, and if Donald's brain was too clouded thinking about his small dick to remember" I continue and everyone and I share a little laugh before I continue.

"But then Donald asked me "Who the fuck even are you?" I was seething with anger and I said "You're ex girlfriend now" and when I was about to leave he  - he admitted that I - I was just a bet. I was mortified and I stopped dead in my tracks, walked right back up to him, because at this point he had just gotten out of the bed, and I slapped him and told him "fuck you" before leaving, but get this, the other girl he was with, told him he was disgusting and she left and stopped me, before I left, and she was now dressed and she told me had he known he had a girlfriend she would have never done anything with him, and she looked so sad and upset, so I just forgave her. But then we exchanged numbers and I left. I was going to tell Felissa my feelings, but when I got to her house and started talking to her, someone came downstairs.... her girlfriend, and she's beautiful... I can't compete with that. So I just told Felissa that I forgot what I was going to say after I caught her girl glaring at me. That's when I drove home and then asked Angie if she was available, and when she wasn't I asked Aniyah, and she was, so I went over and talked to Aniyah and Kaitlin about everything and then Kaitlin helped me come to the conclusion that we needed this meeting because as best friends, you guys would all want to help me through it, so now, here we are." I finish and wipe my tears that had fallen.

Angie had let my hand go and sat in my lap and began to wipe my tears away.

"My god Ky, you did not deserve that whatsoever, and I am so so sorry that it happened in the way it did, and I'm sorry that I wasn't there for y-" Angie begins to say but I cut her off.

"You being here now is enough Angie" I tell her and she wraps her arms around my neck and hugs me tight and I hug back, soon enough, everyone has joined the hug.

After the amazing hug fest we had, we were all sat down and it looks like everyone is thinking.

"What are they thinking about?" I whisper to Angie who is still on my lap and she just shrugs. "Maybe food?" She suggest causing her and I to chuckle softly.

"What are y'all thinking about?" I ask everyone.

"If we should beat Donald up or not" Nicole says and I can hear the anger in her voice.

"I'm down, let's do it" Angie says as she  jumps up.

"No! Guys, please don't even bother with him at all. It's not worth it" I tell them.

"Kyanna, he hurt you. If he messes with one of us, he messes with all of us." Kaitlin says.

I shake my head. "I understand that, and I love how protective you guys are of me, but then again, Donald is still human, no matter what he did to me and doesn't deserve to get beat" I say.

"This is why you are one of the best people I know" Naomi says with a soft smile.

I smile back at her and then look around to everyone.

● Time Skip: The Next Morning ●

Angelina's Point Of View:

I had just finished putting my outfit for the day on and checked my phone, it was still early, but something that surprised me was the date.

"Holy shit! It's January 11th" I say to myself and run a hand through my hair, Kyanna's birthday is in four days and she's turning 19!!

I ran downstairs to my family. "Mom!!" I call out and she gets up from the couch and looks at me worriedly. "What's wrong Lina?" My mom asks and I shake my head.

"Nothing is wrong, but its Kyanna's birthday in four days and I'm going to have the rest of Next Kidz belp me plan something for, but can we have like a surprise party or something here?" I ask my mom quickly.

"Awe, of course we can" My mom says and I hug her excitedly and she hugs back. "Thanks mom" I say happily "Of course, Kyanna deserves it, you should go over to someone's house or call them to help you." My mom says.

"You're right! I'm going to go and call Sada, because she is good at planning and stuff like that" I say and run upstairs.

I grab my phone and call Sada.

It takes a few rings but she finally answers the phone with a "Hello?"

"Hey Sada, we need to talk" I say

"About what Angie? Are you alright?"

"Yes Sada, I'm fine, but it's Kyanna's birthday in four days and I want to plan a surprise party for her, my mom already agreed to have a surprise party here, so I just need your help in planning everything else." I tell her.

"Ouuuu, this will be fun, I would love to help" Sada says as I do a silent "Yes!" to myself.

"Awesome, thanks Sada, so what's the first order of business?" I ask her.

"No problem, and I'd say since you would probably be the most subtle about taking her out for a best friend day, you should take her out and spend the whole day with her, while the others and I set up and everything." Sada tells me

"Okay, I've got this, should I ask her now or later?" I ask.

"Now, so it doesn't seem out of the blue, you know?" Sada exclaims.

"Yeah, I get you, I'm going to go tell Kyanna, and I'll talk to you later" I tell her.

"Okay, bye Angie." Sada says "Bye Saydizzle" I joke causing us both to laugh and then we both hang up and I text Kyanna.

Once I finish texting Kyanna, I get a call from Sada telling her that she got Naomi, Kaitlin, & Camille all on board with helping us out and that didn't surprise me, but what did surprise me was when she said she also got Kyanna's family on board.

"How did you do that?" I asked Sada and she responded simply by saying "I made a group chat with them and told them everything, and they promised to keep it a secret after they all agreed and then we all deleted the chat to not raise any suspicions" Sada says making me laugh.

"Alright Detective, I gotta go, but I'll see you later" I tell Sada.

"Bye Angie, I'll see ya later." Sada says and we both hang up.
