Natsu's POV:

" they are invitations to a ball silly. I want you to come." As she said those words my face grew hot I don't know why though.

" wait you gave me two invitations ," I told her as I try to give her back the second one.

Lucy's POV:

Natsu tried to hand me back one of the invitations but I refused to take it back. " Natsu both of them are for you, you can bring anyone you want to the party."

He then slid the invitations in his pocket and gave me a big warm smile,"thanks Luce."

"No problem, now I gotta go give the rest of the invitations out." I stood up and turned back to Natsu," do you wanna come with me."

"Why not it's not like I got anything better to do," he replied as he stood up.

" ok then let's get going." I said as I grabbed his hand and pulled him towards the nearest village.

" you know I could get us there a lot faster," Natsu made me confused with that comment.

" we could always fly there" he said with a devilish smirk on his face.
